I recently had a relative who needed mental help, but was scared to do so. The Coping center made this process so much easier. The nurses, doctors, and entire staff were so wonderful. I cannot say enough about how they helped and treated him with respect.

I went to serenity haven about 3 & 1/2 years ago and to this day I still have them to thank for me being where I am in life. They gave me all the tools I needed to do good & I use them on a daily basis. The staff is amazing. At first I hated it but now when I walk into the doors it just feels like im coming back home. Thank you so much for everything you guys did, even if it pissed me off. <3 LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!

My stay at serenity haven saved my life. And has saved the lives of many women I know. Been sober since January 1st 2023. I was a chronic meth user for 11 years 9 years of that I was an i.v. user. I have to say from my experiences that this sober house is amazing and has the potential to be life changing. My case manager Paige is one of the biggest supporters I've found that is truly there to help and makes a difference from case management to just being there for us on the daily to make sure we are okay goes above and beyond in every aspect. Beverly is one of the most dedicated and compassionate supporters of recovery Ive ever met. That woman truly cares no matter what state or condition you are in she loves you for you. Jess is one of the absolute best sober supports I've ever met she is there at the drop of a dime to support you and work through your problems even when it complicated her schedule. This sober living is highly recommended if you truly want change. It's saved my life.

There is one person that I personally am rating 5 stars because ever since I got there she has been very nice, has more manners than royalty, and a lot of others feel the same. She donated food clothes and helped me out when I was in need. Don't take kindness for weakness though if you pull up with bad energy? Brightveiw has been such a blessing for me. They do things a little different there….but, IT WORKS!!!! It is totally a no judgement zone where they don’t make a person feel bad for anything. The entire staff will welcome you with open arms. I know I’m in the right place when the staff are genuinely happy to be at work. I love the whole team, but one smile in particular really made me feel unafraid and at peace on my first day there (and everyday since then) and that’s Jeremy!!! He is so kind and welcoming. I have been coming to BrightView for around 6 months after going to pinnacle for 6 years. It is a wonderful place. All the staff have been awesome and treat the patients as humans not as just another addict. From the front desk to nurses to the counselors to the Drs. A lot of the staff have been there a few years which that right there tells you its a good place bc thats rare in this line of work. I do telehealth for counseling which I love .
Carrie has been one of the best counselors I have ever had or seen. She's at #2 in my own chart. I hope to start taking the steps to wean off and this is first time I've ever felt confident about doing it despite the pain as I know there are ways to deal with it now. I'm so happy I switched to here.

Honestly, half these reviews are exaggerating OR are describing how things use to be yearsss ago at the clinic.. There are cameras, they have been in place for; a year or so maybe-giveORtake; So outside issues have pretty much subsided. Now, the people sitting in their cars while people "hold their spots" IS something a few certain individuals do, but certainly BHG have been and will be addressing those issues as well from their camera footage.!? And last but not least THEIR ARE 4 NURSES NOW đź‘Ź YAAAYY Usually 4windows open! Barely a wait in the last 2 months at least.

Overall, this place really does a lot right. The staff works hard, things run smoothly and you can tell there are people here who genuinely care about what they’re doing. Huge shoutout to Michelle (aka the real MVP / PD) for keeping things together. It does not go unnoticed.
That said…the parking lot is currently giving “extreme sports obstacle course.” The potholes are not subtle. You don’t just park here, you navigate it. If you hear a loud thud on your way in, just know it’s not construction, it’s your suspension filing a complaint.
Fix the potholes and this place would be pretty close to perfect. Until then, consider it part of the full experience — just drive in like you value your tires.
