First off, let me divulge that I was in treatment from beginning of July 2021 to September 2021 for alcohol addiction and I received more than adequate treatment! It is incredibly disheartening to see that the reviews for this place aren't looking the best! At my time of treatment, I can't say enough good about the substance abuse education as well as the other education they provided that has proven helpful in my journey ! The staff at the time went above and beyond for all of us and not a single soul was left unattended to. Mercy Health is a small hospital and for years never heard much positive. Well I have had 2 weeks of amazing care for my mom who has been there. She is doing rehab in the swing bed unit. Each and every person that has taken care of her, has went out of their way to make moms stay there better. Even when she was a bit difficult to work with. Stubborn you may say. This hospital has not been given the credit they deserve. I just wanted to share my experience and to say thank you to each and every staff member who has helped mom! I need to also add how clean this place is!!!!

Been going for a few months now, LOVE my therapist, felt a bond right off.
Psychiatrist, Angel, I was iffy with but I felt in our 1 visit, I could bond with her.
Next she’s gone and in comes Mercedes. Right off the bat, I felt judged, unhinged and just overall bad mojo in general. I gave her one more try, it didn’t change.. I then just cancelled all appointments and told my therapist.
I’ve learned last week she is no longer there, others are filling in. May give it another try as I just don’t have 100% faith in my PCP with mental health medications.

When I started treatment here I wasnt sure if I was valid in being depressed which honestly sounds crazy saying it now. I love my therapist Dana and my in school one Janae becasue they listen to me and also help me fix things when I mess up lol. Scheduling could be better though because at the moment Im barely having 1 session a month.

Easy to get in same day! My first day I was dosed and I always feel comfortable here. They really have helped me . They will help you, but they won't waste their time if you're not willing to help yourself. If you are serious about your recovery they give you all the help and time in the world.

I tried on my own to break my pain pill addiction. I couldn't get through the withdrawal symptoms. With Brightview help I am pain pill free for the past 4 years. They are good people offering real help. Thank you Brightview.

A family member went to Talbot Hall recently. He had been to several other rehabilitation centers, but said this was by far the best facility he has been in. He learned a great deal that he has put to very good use since he came home 6 weeks ago. I’m very grateful for the people that helped him and have made a huge difference in his life.

I went to residential this fall. The staff is just incredible. There is someone there for you 24/7. Only 15 beds so you really can work on your recovery with the smaller groups. They will help you with your aftercare program and after you leave will always be there for you if you need them.

I have been to rehabs that charge out of pocket and ones that take Medicaid. Talbott hall is among the best places to get treatment that take Medicaid. This place saved my life when I was at my lowest. Detox was comfortable and the out patient programs have been solid.

The Chalmer P. Wiley clinic has been great at providing me with healthcare. My claims were processed quickly, and I could be seen quickly. I enjoy the staff. I suggest you request a female primary care provider. Male primary providers are disrespectful and dismissive. Choose whoever you like for specialty clinics.
