If you use more than 3 tiny creamers they get mad and say this is why we can't have nice things lol 😂 the people and program is what you make it but it's just hilarious to me that 3 creamers pisses them off when they make over 7000 off one person a day 😂😂😭 also if you complain to upper management they block you and the Jen woman will text you a dozen times asking if you want to be in the program even when you've been in the program over a month they are clueless but I enjoy it me and my wife I'm sober and I quit cigarettes I guess you just do the best with what you get

I can only speak for myself, but going here was a great experience overall.
The highlight of this place for me was the therapist Julie who pulled it all together. If she's gone now, I would probably dock another star as the rest of the staff was a mixed bag in terms of organizing.
Despite this, everyone was caring and understanding, and this felt like a very safe space to tackle some difficult issues, so I cannot really fault the atmosphere.
It is a new center, so it certainly did feel like a work in progress, and the management was going through a transitional period.
And there were some uncertainties with coverage which certainly left an anxious taste, albeit the staff did help resolve this in the end.
Overall this was a very homey experience, and I don't think there are many facilities like this around. I sincerely hope this place continues to operate and be there for others, and help them as it helped me. Thank you LAOP for all you've done for me.

Well I'm experiencing a Bitter Sweet experience with this fully developed hospital! Hospitalized through emergency with breathing issues from a chest cold(green mucas) day after Thanksgiving m terrible chest pain when coughing. I have had terrible experiences in the past with county facilities, but I have to say from the moment I stepped foot into this didi hirsch location, I was greeted by empathetic ears, and once they heard my story, they vowed to help me. I don t struggle with addiction, but I have had true mental health issues in the past and my therapist at Didi hirsch, Colleen, has been amazing at addressing them. The program they have me in is to avoid any future hospitalizations, which is a service I wish I had known about many years ago.I will say the only thing I don t like about this location is the Soviet looking building it conducts business in, it is very outdated but that s no reflection of the hard working therapists there.
