Wonderful and understanding people here. The office workers, the counselor's are all great, especially Amber, my counselor. But my 2 favorite people in the building are Doctor Anderson and the addictions nurse, Karen. Them two have helped me with several other non addiction health issues. But I cannot say enough kind words to aptly describe just how awesome this collection of dedicated people who are easy to talk to and who also come from a place of understanding. You Rock A.C.A.S.A. I'd recommend people here, without a doubt.

The receptionist are really friendly and super helpful! I love that you can just walk in for a crisis appointment anytime and they will find a counselor for you to talk to if yours is unavailable if you're having a really hard day. They have a crisis hotline and the people who answer are really nice and helpful. The atmosphere here is really welcoming. I love that the staff here helps me believe in myself by challenging me to think more positive and use healthy coping skills in my everyday life. I have felt more understood and less alone in my mental health journey here throughout the years. ❤️

Clarity has some issues right now just like most businesses. My personal expirence is I have a consistent therapist that took the time to know me..well I have had a few that challenged me,and if your going thru something and your hateing on the place and you feel like they arnt treating fairly? It's ok it's part of the process. And the Dr knows me well and actually talks to me..and he always gives me his "Jerry Springer last thought" before the session ended.i gave 4 stars because nothings perfect and normal is just a setting on a dryer.

Great health care clinic for our Seneca people, staff is very courteous and take the time to listen to your health care needs. The staff members in the pharmacy help you quickly and will answer any questions you may have about your prescriptions. Amazing emergency and icu team. If you have minor cold complaints expect to wait because the staff is focused on really life threatening situations. They did a procedure to remove fluid from around my dad’s heart. The kindness they have and ability to talk through as he was awake through a needle into his chest. Can’t say enough how the staff does try very hard and treated my dad w dignity and respect. The icu staff is also very kind and try’s to keep dad informed clean comfortable and doing their best to get his body back around for him. If you are upset about waiting perhaps try care now place as this is a small staff hospital focused on prioritizing life threatening situations.

The therapy staff is friendly and knowledgeable and a lot of fun to be around. The office staff makes scheduling easy and they are always helpful and engaging. I will never go anywhere else.

Took my daughter there for crisis. Kathy was great very informative and kind. It's mental health services so of course there are people there with mental health issues. I would definitely recommend.
