The experience I had at Avenues Bucks was everything I knew I needed and even more I didn’t know I needed. The facility and programming, and especially the staff and clinical team is unwavering in their dedication to the process and clients. Bucks utilizes a combination of accountability and supervision, while allowing me the freedom I needed to create a life of recovery akin to what would be required of me outside of a program. I’m extremely grateful for this experience and program. It really has given me my life back and set me on a path to build a life I could have only imagined.

My experience so far is great. It is way better than The Light Program because the staff here at Hope Springs aren’t just working for their paychecks. They are also very helpful with information and helping me with my depression. I would’ve given a 5 star but, since the individual sessions are biweekly it is difficult for me to wait so long before I can talk to my therapist.

My time in the PHP program at STR was truly life-changing. I came in struggling with trauma and uncertainty, and the staff created a safe, supportive space where I could begin to heal and grow. A special thank you to my case manager Katie for helping me navigate legal issues and plan my next steps when I felt overwhelmed. I’m also deeply grateful to my therapists Matt, Ashley, and Blake, as well as Lauren, the intern, who all supported me through the hardest parts of recovery. Leigh Anne, our house lead behavioral health tech, kept communication open and made sure everyone felt heard. Monique, the nurse practitioner, was incredibly compassionate and helped me take my first steps toward accepting my need to change pronouns and pursue gender-affirming care. Through my recovery journey I have been to a number of treatment programs and facilities both php/iop-residential and have done well at most of them, but Footprints stands out as one of my favorites, by far, and the one I have made the most growth and progress at. I came in with a positive mindset, open to any and everything they had to offer and was able to really take advantage of it all. One thing I am most grateful for is the environment and community that grew my positive energy. Everyone from my APN, Dee, my therapist, Michael who I have learned so much from. Jose, my case manager who has always went above and beyond to facilitate any other needs I had. And for Melvin who always was a leader and ready with a smile and positivity. I always felt comfortable and connected. It was always easy for everyone and myself yo be able to engage in group settings and that is a credit to the vibe and energy of each one of the therapists who ran each session. If this is your first time coming to treatment, Footprints gets an A++ from me. Its always tough to take that first step, but they do an amazing job of walking with you the rest of the way. You cant imagine the incredible experience at RCA. I was being weaned off valium (post AFIB) and needed to be monitored. But I went to most of the sessions with these healing addicted people. Seeing these people getting their green bracelet and the smiles and friendliness was life changing and responded to them with congratulations. These people are my heroes and the sessions were amazing. The "Serenity Prayer" has been a relationship lifesaver. I know people friends, who were RCA and they also think it a amazing. Rca Devon was such a great experience. The staff is outstanding and I’ve build friendships with a great crew of men from there and we’re still all friends to this day. That was 3 years ago now. Coming to Banyan was most likely the best choice I could’ve ever made in terms of my treatment. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and they are very supportive to everyone here including myself. The therapist I was assigned as well, Dani, did everything in her power to help me as best as she could which means the world to me. Overall if I would have to come back to a treatment facility I would always choose Banyan.

Pyramid Langhorne is a place to show you if you are ready for sobriety. Not just to do counseling with counselors or administrative staff that actively undermine each other but BHT staff who can honestly be their for the clients and show them a better way of life. Some of the nurses are better than others but for the most part the care and compassion is there. Shout out to the welcoming women at the front office of the administrative building or whatever. I can’t say enough good things about this facility/program. I did my IOP here and from day one, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Courtney and Mika are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate—they don’t just go through the motions; they truly invest in your growth and wellbeing. The groups were meaningful, engaging, and actually useful in real life, not just “textbook recovery.” I learned tools that helped me rebuild structure, confidence, and balance in my life. The environment felt safe, nonjudgmental, and motivating, and I always walked out feeling better than when I walked in... they even have recliner "lay down and share" chairs oh and the Coffee is top notch This facility played a huge role in my progress, and I’m grateful for every counselor, staff member, and peer who helped me along the way. If you’re looking for an IOP that truly cares and makes a real impact, this is the place. Highly recommend.

I signed up for outpatient treatment and the staff was very friendly very helpful and my therapistMr. Derek) a good dude, very understanding never looked down on me because of my alcohol and powdered cocaine addiction. Unfortunately, my addictions got the best of me and I relapsed and didn't return.I was so ashamed of myself I didn't want to show my face and went back to boozing and now thankfully I'm finally getting help that I need. I was admitted to Jefferson Hospital suffering from severe alcohol withdrawal syndrome, borderline experiencing auditory hallucinations. I was also suffering from gait abnormality and balance and coordination issues so they transferred me to Wyndmoor Hills for Physical therapy and once I'm discharged well before I'm discharged, I'll pick a rehab facility for inpatient treatment.Wish me luck.

Everyone was very courteous. I had a wonderful chat with the person signing me in. I could tell the person who did the test knew what they were doing. And the parking attendant was so enthusiastic & friendly, I didn't mind much having to wait a few minutes. This was at least the 3rd time I've gone to Jefferson in Cherry Hill for this kind of test, and I can see myself continuing to do so in the future.

What a great hospital to get treatments done. When you are told you have cancer your whole world seems to stop. All the staff at Jefferson Hospital made me feel there is still a lot of living to do. Everyone here is so friendly and you can tell they really care. Andrea Cirillo my chemo nurse is one of the best!!! She made my chemo treatments actually fun to go to as strange as that may sound. Andrea made my treatments bare able. I was blessed to have Andrea. Dr Dansoa my oncologist always answers any questions I have. She had me set up for a great treatment regimen. The chemo actually killed the cancer cells in my lymph nodes. Dr Brill my surgeon is top notch and I am so happy I went with her. I just had a double mastectomy last week and I never had any pain. Her incision was perfect. This is my team and I’m thankful for all of these women. I wouldn’t go to any other hospital for my care.

This was my first time in treatment, there was alot of miscommunication among staff and clients. I can truly say Harmony Healing Center gave me the tools to start living a clean life. Katie was always available, Bri the case manager was available as well. The techs was welcoming upon arrival. There was some ups and downs. Jasmin made sure i was good every day. This place would be great if it had structure.

I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to come here. Bri did everything she could to help with FMLA and short term disability. Katie was always available, and made me feel comfortable to share with her the things I need to work on.I was very surprised to receive this amount of individual attention. I was never brushed off or made to feel like anyone was “too busy”. Housing was well maintained and comfortable. Anytime something was needed within the house either a tech, or even Bri and Katie would give us a ride to a nearby store. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a PHP. Thank you Harmony! Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m still sober. 4 months and 2 weeks. But I was amazed how a therapist and case manager took us to get food for housing when needed. I worked in this business. That is not in their job description. Above and beyond.

Phoenix changed my life! 10/10 highly recommend if you are suffering from the disease of addiction, phoenix is a great place to start your journey to recovery. The clinicians/therapists are highly capable and they make sure you have the tools you need to succeed! I had some doubts coming into the program but I was put at ease by the care and attention I received from my therapist and the other patients and staff. Good energy all around. I must start the review with giving honor to God, for God ordered my steps here to Good News Home for Woman, here I found a reconnect with God. In the program you find out a lot about yourself and the traumas that caused you to make some horrible choices. You also find out ways to deal with real life issues. The entire staff has helped me to save my life I will forever be grateful to all involved. I truly believe in the sister hood I don't know if I can give a special thanks to anyone So once again thank you so very much Good News Home for Women I will find a way to pay it forward

I successfully completed my program last week. The 35 days I spent there have not only saved my life, I also now, for the first time in 43 years, LOVE myself. My counselor, Lisa, helped me put faith in myself, which I never experienced before. All the techs where awesome to me, I'd like to shout out Helen. Everyday she put a smile on and that smile is contagious, at the same time she genuinely cared everytime she asked myself, or anyone else how they where doing, that means a lot to so many of us, that were in those rooms. I've been to better and been to worse. They provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients the opportunity to heal and grow. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. It's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. I'm very satisfied and grateful.🙏

I thank my lord and savior jesus christ for pyramid in Quakertown. The clinical team as a whole is amazing, I would like to thank my counselor and the entire clinical staff for all there love and support in helping me strengthen my spirit as well as supporting me mentally and emotionally. They provided stability and assisted me in building a strong foundation for my recovery. I would also like to thank the entire nursing staff and case management.
