Great place, I learned so much from the older people there and it helped me mature and grow in an amazing way. Bri and Lauren were incredible and group sessions were mixed with open sharing and activities to shift your mind to something else. I joined evening and morning classes and both were great.

As for me this was the first rehab I completed Overall the Tecs were helpful and relatable with real insight about their addiction and how they overcame it and their responses were real talk The case management were helpful into getting you to the next phase that fits you The counselors gave real information from insight not from paper work they helped break information down so you could understand and feel it Medical was on point and treated you with respect and talked to you like a person The CEO walks around and talks to you like he understands and any problems he takes care of right then and there This place helps you get the help you need if you want it Even with all the BEAUTIFUL females around their gives you motivation cause your gonna want someone similar in style attitude body wise and everything It was the perfect place at the perfect time for me and I would love to thank not just one person but All and I'll want everyone that's want help it's there if want it Thank You All. RCA was the best experience of my life in the worst time in my life possible I felt like nothing could go right until they trained me and taught me mentality. I needed to move on with my life, protect my sobriety and help others.

I would recommend this place to anyone! I myself had the best experience here for my inpatient recovery ! Could work on somethings like the food and how they serve it. Other than that it was over all the best experience I had!

All of the staff there is helpful and as friendly as you are. It is a bit slow when trying to get referrals and appointments to outside practitioners and other VA centers for specialist and coronary tests.

Rated #2 in all VA's in America. It's breathtaking views and classic architecture make it more like #1. On premises cafeteria, and gift shop, add a real convenience. Located in beautiful Chester County, Pa., it's only minutes to famous Downingtown, and West Chester.

My brother is a resident. He is well cared for each and every day.

I felt compelled to write this as my loved one was a resident there, and I am extremely thankful for all of their support. Seth was always there to help me when I needed advice and assistance for my loved one...even after they were discharged. He made that very clear that I could always reach out, and I could not be more grateful to them/him.

Thank you PRC, I have 402 days clean and sober today because of the excellent treatment that I received from the entire staff. I got the help from Chris my therapist to work on more personal issues with alcohol drugs and mental illness. He also helped me with my family to. I saw a psychiatrist and a doctor. They provided me with recovery home to live. I feel blessed today and I know that if I stay clean and sober for today, life is worth living. Thank you

My Experience here is wonderful.I know that the staff cares .. I have gotten a job while here . And I am working on my recovery . The tools you learn while here can take you far. The staff are also great.They keep you busy working on your self. The house managers are real. They don't allow you to go by the wayside. You will be held accountable. If you are working the program of recovery whether mental or SUD , trust me you will see the growth . Those staff who stood out , are all of them ..They go above and beyond to make sure you accomplish your goals. So I give them a Five stars . Cause they are very compassionate. You gotta come here wit a open mind . Liz Yoga groups and Sam art therapy are great. Equine with Ms Cat is therapeutic. Ms Jen Grief group with the candy and heartfelt shares are awesome. The rekie class is flawless. Mary and Megan see to it that we are provided with things to do. Weather it's Softball league ,Gym Passes to work out . Sheile the intake assistant is real as they come . Olivia is a joy to communicate with. And Luke, Neil , and Reggie , Sarah and Timber are all that ... Can't forget Emily ,Veinna , Brooklyn therapist Jen , Julie , The book club Teacher , Anthony, Eric , Kai , and his martial arts class and Emilee they all have touched my heart . Provive is absolutely amazing. I am a client here and I am getting the utmost care I need. Groups, AA, Alumni, Doc/Psych Visits, 1v1 Therapy, they have it all! I am learning about myself and how to Navigate the hardships of life and to live life on life’s terms. Shout out to Noel, Julie, Jen, Luke and Megan for making time here an absolute blast. Provive is the best wellness center in Southern Pa!!

I bring my family member here I want to show some appreciation to the facility the are very helpful staff is nice. I must also give a shout out the the red head woman at the front desk sorry I don’t remember her name but she is nice always smiling and quick at her job I would highly recommend anyone who needs help to come here

They actually listen to you and know what they're doing, they don't just take notes and do what they were going to do anyway, they actually cater to your specific circumstances, let you give input, take that into account, and adjust your treatment accordingly, I've had so many bad experiences with other clinics, so I'm glad I finally found this place! Also, the pink haired Lady at the front desk will remember your face and add you into the dosing queue the second you walk through the doors. She's super fast and good at her job but lady I wanna say GOOD MORNING to you! like... please. you're super good at your job but let me say good morning and say it back to me. I'm not trying to make conversation. I just want to say good morning. 😊😊😊

Compassionate Care I can’t say enough good things about the VA Hospital in Wilmington, DE, and the care they provided to my stepdad. From the moment he received treatment, the staff showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. They treated him with dignity and respect and made sure he felt cared for every step of the way. Our family truly appreciated the time, attention, and kindness shown by the doctors, nurses, and entire staff. It meant a lot to know that my stepdad was in the hands of people who genuinely cared about his well-being. I've been driving my father here, several times a year, for quite some time now. Staff is always welcoming, the doctors, in any field, always speak with my father like they've been friends for years & making sure he knows exactly what to expect before, during & after his procedure/surgery. Athough it's a hike from the Atlantic City area, the doctors & staff make the drive worth it every single time. I'm actually here now & although there's a bit of a wait, it's still comforting knowing my father will be in good hands.

Earlier today I realized I was out of medication while traveling. This VA hospital got me exactly what I needed. It took a little time because their travel liaison was out of office so I had to go to their ER, and they were on a different system than my home VA, but I really appreciated their dillagence. Literally saved my brain from imploding on itself and were so patient!

Was in there Back in 2003, around before Christmas. Place was beautiful and so surreal and peaceful... Helped me appreciate life Can be beautiful to just look at soberly. Psyhs. Good too. Food was awesome too. They even made me hand poured flapjacks for breakfast. And sausage 😋 I am currently Sober thanks to A lot from MALVERN. I HOPE TO REVISIT IT SOMEDAY SOON JUST FOR A GROUP OPEN MEETING 🙏 🙏 🙏

The people at keystone r some of the BEST people in the world, Mr Remi, Ms. Rema, Ms.Q, Ms. Lori. Mr.DJ, Ms. Rasheda, Mr. Joe, but don’t forget Me Frank him and his dancing was a special treat and the best cook Ms.Rhonda who cooked some of the best meals I have ever had, and I’ve been all the way to California and all the states in between and by far the BEST MEALS……the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and my PRAYERS AND THANKS GO OUT TO THEM ALL FOR MY LIFE BACK……truly top notch.again thanks……….BLESSINGS!!
