Spark Wellness delivered an outstanding experience for my sister’s recovery post-substance abuse. From the moment I called, Josh’s warmth, understanding, and genuine care, created an immediate sense of comfort. The entire team, especially Gina, seamlessly blends professionalism with a genuine, friendly approach, and made my sister feel like she was among trusted friends rather than just another patient. Witnessing my sister's newfound positivity and happiness, coupled with her readiness to embark on a journey towards a fulfilling life of recovery, is truly heartwarming. Spark Wellness has ignited hope and happiness in our lives. I can't recommend them enough.

My wife and I used to teach at Good News Home. I have nothing but good to say about this organization. They show the love of God. My father was admitted to the RWJ Hamilton hospital due to heart failure. It was our first time here, and we’ve been very impressed with every aspect of his care. The nurses are exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and dedicated—especially Kelly and Bernadette. Bernadette, has been incredibly patient. During the CV procedure, she stayed with my father the entire time and explained each step to us with great care. Afterward, she continued to stay by his side to ensure that he was comfortable and doing well. Kelly has been taking care of my father in his room throughout the past week, including over the Thanksgiving holiday. She is one of the most caring nurses we’ve ever met—deeply passionate about her work and genuinely dedicated to her patients. We will not hesitate to recommend RBJ Hamilton to our friends and family.

Kristine Aguilar has been my therapist for 1.5 years and within that timeframe, my anger, depressed mood, and anxiety have decreased substantially. She is excellent at explaining DBT and helping me to use its skills in my life. She questions me gently, never afraid to ask me the hard questions so that I have greater insight into my feelings and behaviors. I feel unafraid about being 100% honest with her. My quality of life has improved 200%. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone who is unafraid to change their life. ps--I don't know why some other reviews are complaining about the "overcharging," or being charged if clients don't give 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment; their policy is very clear. I find that to be a very fair policy, if you don't like it, then go to another therapist center in the first place. And I bet they all have a policy like that.

I didn't know about CPTSD and that there was a path for real healing. After decades of therapy, it was here, with Dr. Edmond, that I saw how that pain shows up and manifests, how I was responding to it - mind and body. That awareness led to time to pause, to see options, to choose differently. Dr. Edmond helped me work out what all that could look like. I'm forever changed and forever grateful.

I've had a genuinely positive experience with Hispanic Community Counseling Services. As a community-based organization, they are doing vital work to support underserved populations, especially the Latino community in Philadelphia. The therapists are compassionate, culturally sensitive, and dedicated to helping clients navigate difficult emotional and mental health challenges. The staff has always treated me with respect, and I’ve witnessed how hard they work to accommodate clients, even with limited resources. Mental health services are difficult to navigate anywhere, and HCCS shows up daily for people who might otherwise go without support. They offer bilingual services, trauma-informed care, and programming that reflects the real needs of the community. No place is perfect, but I’ve seen firsthand how committed the team is to improving and listening to feedback. If you or someone you know is looking for culturally competent, accessible care, HCCS is a great place to start your healing journey.
