Omni House in Colorado Springs, CO - the provider literally admitted to me that she doesn't follow up on HIPAA laws because she's to busy. This place changed my life from the inside out, yes it was hard, but it was exactly what I needed to internally transform through Jesus Christ and many men and women in Christ from this facility that helped push me to find my own life. And now that I have had this experience from New Life for girls I have completely turned my life around, I was a drug addict for 3 years almost lost my children to my parents and now I am a life coach I work full-time I am getting my own home and my own new car and I am thriving in the Lord and it is all 100% due to this experience at this facility. The medical care is fine. BUT…
Playing loud music in an ENT waiting room really makes no sense. I suffer tinnitus and it hurt my ears the whole time ringing. Other people come here with various similar issues. Turn the music off or at least turn it way down.
Also, if you have play music, how about something soothing rather than rocking?

Saw Dr. Martin at the Hunt Valley location for the first time today. Happy that I now have a competent Primary Care Physician. She lisrens and she is easy to talk with and doesn't rush. Phone system is now fixed so I can give 4 stars. My daughter is a patient with a therapist who is at the Timonium office and has nothing but good feedback. And my daughter won't just talk to anyone. It's been a hard time finding someone she will talk to. I will say prior to this month the phone issues were horrendous. So those reviews with ppl mentioning phone issues are accurate. I stayed here for a month and it was a great experience. the staff was extremely helpful and caring. I never felt more tended to. The food was ok it was more the environment that helped relax me. They had the whole place being cleaned and it made me feel comfortable. The therapists were very encouraging and I feel like I couldn't have gotten to this place in my life without them. This program has a novel approach to addiction therapy. As with most rehabs, the lower you get on the HR food chain, the better the people are. This excludes Ashley, the Nurse there, who is a complete rockstar.
Now with the bad; I left before my 30 days was up because I got what I needed from them and my insurance wasn’t going to cover more time. Despite my approaching it respectfully with them, as soon as it became clear that I was leaving, the executives, primarily Sue Dennis, the intake coordinator, spoke to me with vitriol, disrespect and a complete and total lack of self awareness. After SHE lied to me, telling me all I needed was a BCBS plan to get in, I purchased said plan at the tune of $750/month. Can you guess what happened next? I was denied care, despite being fully transparent about my needs before I bought the insurance. Sue is a bulldog, but is either willfully negligent or completely incompetent; neither bodes well for the future of this program

This place saved my life! From the time I walked through the door just three days after my suicide attempt I felt SAFE and with folks who understood what was going on. The Harbor of Grace helped me gain valuable tools to help with my depression and SI. The staff taught me that it is OK to not be ok and that it is more than acceptable to ask for help in a time of crisis. I would recommend that any first responder going through a difficult time with eother substance abuse or mental health issues to buy in to your own treatment and allow Harbor of Grace to assist you in that treatment.

Amazing!!! Helpful and caring!!! There’s nothing bad here nothing!! I can’t tell you how wonderful it is and refreshing!!! I have been on methadone 4 years and had to relocate back to central Pa and when I made arrangements with my old clinic at ARS, they tried to literally kill me!!! When I moved my entire life and had it all switched so I thought until!!! I get there and then they say oh your insurance is for another county do until you switch it we cannot help you!!! And left me sitting in the room alone!! Just not even care or bothering with me!!! They make ppl want to relapse why bother when you don’t care this much but I rememenrr beinf told Mechanicsburg ctc does same day so w only 32 mins left I rushed over to here and the world of diff of care, wanting to help!!! Willing to work with you as anyone knows even if you have no insurance the state of pa will pay up to 90 days back bills so they got all my paperwork and my dosing
That day and let me dose and set me up!!! I cannot tell you how as I say defeated in the other clinic defeated crying hysterically I saw my entire sobriety flash and about to be gone before my eyes!! I went from homeless, destitute, a person no one saw as worthy to a career in retail management, built myself to a respectable person agian that also helps others in recovery with at least that first step and now use my career to help give a job to those otherowise others look over!!

I’m a door dasher that delivers to this address almost daily there’s a girl named Alexis that claims she didn’t get her order when I handed it directly to her and is putting my job in jeopardy. Nobody in this building tips well at all but to say you didn’t get your order is disgusting just to try to save a few dollars. If you didn’t have the money to order your coffee for 2 blocks down she shoulda went and got it her self. Whoever Alexis is at this place is a disgusting person

This place changed its name to scrub all the awful reviews it had, how dishonest.
They treated me very poorly. Mr. Vaida (I fail to see how he's an accredited doctor) did almost nothing during the appointments and appears to possibly be autistic- struggles to look at you, doesnt talk much, is uncomfortable with eye contact, doesnt seem to be able to process anything when he's on his computer (which he will be the entire time you talk to him) and then just gives you whatever he wants to and tosses you out. The front office staff were rarely quick to wait on you despite being right there, lazy and nasty to patients.
I know you'll be stuck going here for insurance reasons, but dont expect much so your expectations are only let down quite a bit instead of massively.

I have been with Port Recovery for about a year and a half now. I've had sessions with Alana, Elaine, Courtney, Joanne, and Carol. I also had M-F 9am group sessions as well when I was on probation. I like the place enough that I've decided to stay with them after probation to keep seeing Ms. Cook as my psychiatric nurse practitioner. The welcoming environment is exactly what I need, and most likely you too. I was referred to Port Recovery from my Probation Officer. I got into trouble by wrecking my car into a ditch while sleep driving on Ambien. I couldn't remember a thing, only waking up in the hospital. So, I stopped taking extra Ambien even if I can't fall asleep back in February 2020. Now, I'm getting help at Port Recovery with my severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD issues. Best place I've been to for those issues, and being able to see all the professionals I need under one roof is perfectly convenient. Everyone is on the same page! Good luck to everyone else!!! I came through here 2 times and am almost 3 yrs clean. I've had my ups and downs, multiple rehabs, multiple rehab relationships, etc. This was a male only rehab and that's what I needed. I could complain about some things but the goal was to stay clean and I didn't wanna die from an overdose. My counselor was Casey and she was what I needed in a counselor and she lived everything she says. Amazing counselor. Also night staff Brad and Gino. Brad always talked to me and believed in me and he's everything I wanna be In a man and in my recovery. He is the definition of what a man is. Gino is just a thorough dude. Also the nurse Pam and I had an amazing relationship, we spent hours talking and she helped me so much. I want to thank Conewago Place for bringing my soul back.
