Turning point taught me so much I still use today. The staff was amazing and helped me through early recovery and learning life skills I didn't know. I was so broken when I got to turning point but they uplifted me when I didn't want to continue. I'm still clean today and I have no doubt that turning point has a lot to do with that. This place changed my life for the better. They slowly integrated me back into the community, teaching me life skills and how to be a woman! The rules may be a little strict, but if you truly want to better yourself, these rules are in place for that. Behavior modification, learning how to cook and clean, and counseling for my addiction. Based off of reviews was not looking forward to this experience, I was in complete shock and denial. But the staff was amazing. Never had issues with communication, they called or emailed over everything. I never had issues getting through either and I called once a day. I never have been away from my kids for more than 24 hours until this. But they did a good job at treating the pt while also keeping the family informed and at ease. Pt did report that they would go back if it was needed. They had a decent stay there and that staff was very nice. No issues during or after stay. No hospital is going to be perfect nor is any person. But this was very smooth compared to what I had expected. So if you’re like me scrolling thru reviews in a panic stop crying and know it will all be okay. They will take care of your baby! Kitty Moriarty 1 year ago I went to turning point in 2017 and I knew nothing about how to live a "normal" life. I had no idea how to do anything clean. Turning point taught me so much I still use today. The staff was amazing and helped me through early recovery and learning life skills I didn't know. I was so broken when I got to turning point but they uplifted me when I didn't want to continue. I'm still clean today and I have no doubt that turning point has a lot to do with that. I would recommend turning point to anyone Bobbi Jo Cheverine 5 years ago I attended the Woman with children program at turning point in 2015, I have since been able to stay clean coming up on 6 years and have since had my child full time. This place changed my life for the better. They slowly integrated me back into the community, teaching me life skills and how to be a woman! The rules may be a little strict, but if you truly want to better yourself, these rules are in place for that. Behavior modification, learning how to cook and clean, and counseling for my addiction. I’ve also been taking my son here for about 2 years, his mental health has improved so much since starting to come here. The offices and waiting room are super clean. There’s even sound machines playing in the waiting room with which is really relaxing and calming. Such a small detail but they use lamps in the offices instead of super bright over head fluorescent lights which changes the vibe entirely, it’s a more intimate less intimidating setting.
