I have had nothing but a positive experience so far! I moved from Florida to North Carolina on July 30th 2025. I needed a new outpatient facility to go to and this place ended up being LITERALLY 2 MINS from my new home! They told me, to be seen, I was able to come in any time on a Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The day I walked in I did a psychosocial analysis right away with a doctor on Zoom, and then they got me set up with a follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist within 1 week. I went to the facility, sat in a room and met with the doctor on Zoom. They arranged for me to do a weekly virtual outpatient group, again on zoom, and medication assisted treatment for the Suboxone and mental health medications I take. It is very important for me to have my medication and this place made sure I did NOT miss one dose. The transfer from my Florida outpatient facility to this one was a smooth transition. 5 stars!

I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. Thank you Owls Nest Recovery... may you be proud of the difference you make in the world. You are making sober soldiers that carry this message to others. God is moving in this place... keep it up!

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! I can't thank Peggy Lombardo (Alumni Coordinator) enough for saving a family member's life. She befriended "Will" long before he was willing to seek help. He was never alone in life because she checked on him regularly and gently coaxed him into getting the help that he desperately needed.
Approximately 7 months after reaching out, Will made the decision to better his life by accepting Peggy's offer of help. Once his decision was made, Peggy instantly started moving mountains to get him the help he needed. She was in daily contact with his family offering her advice, supplying helpful contact information, and even talking him through his fears when they became too great and he wanted to run.
As a result of Peggy's unrelenting quest to help Will, he has received a Certificate of Completion from the Midwood Addiction Program where he received counseling, housing, a sense of community, independence, and gradually took control of his life again.
A little over a month after graduating, Will has found employment and is ready to start this new healthy chapter in his life. When asked if he ever talks to Peggy anymore, the answer is "yes! she's full of valuable resources.".
How do you thank someone who has saved the life of someone you thought was lost forever? There is no repayment plan that could ever be enough for this angel on earth. Peggy will always be our angel. She truly has an amazing gift and we are forever in her debt.

Great place! Coming into this I was a little skeptical about being treated well. The staff and therapist took their time with me, to tend to my needs as a new patient. I had some bumps along the way until I met Evie Dillard. She was so helpful to me by giving me extra resources to get ready to exit treatment. Lemme tell you about the housing situation 1st.
I read the good reviews and the horrible and the bad kinda concerned me.
I can tell you the bad was not only exaggerated but most just someone salty and spreading total BS.
There are no rodents and I've never been to a house that had zero bugs not even a fly before I got here, not even my father's house. Ok so these 2 floor some with a upper smoking/ lounge deck are nice nice! 4 bedroom 3 full double sink bathrooms , two with walk-in shower , I bath / shower and a half bath by living room. It's fully stocked with any pans coffee pot anything you need.
The staff are some of the nicest ppl and you absolutely get to know them.
You are treated pretty much how you treat them. Just be kind!
Midwood center was the one I went to and the staff there are always awesome. If you need something just speak up, I've seen ppl come through and expect everyone to be mind readers.
I would list everyone I love at Harmony but I'm horrible with names but there are standouts.

She had my back and actually drove to Salvation Army and helped me get insurance, talked me into Salvation Army in first place and bought my broke ass two packs of smokes
She is absolutely a gift from God and deserves to be the highest paid at Harmony!

Dr. Hammond is working with me for my parenting classes. Since starting, I've become closer with my kids, calmer, more understanding, and my kids even mentioned specifically that I have changed so much. They even told me they enjoy talking to me more now. I no longer yell at my kids, or get overwhelmed, or overly frustrated. Communication is so much easier. And I even utilize what I learn in each class, in my everyday life aside from parenting. I absolutely love these classes and am thankful for this program.

This place is amazing. All of the staff is so sweet and helpful, the nurses are fast and efficient, and you don't just feel like an addict here. First I would like to say this place is great for people who need to get the helped they need , they work with you , they are patient with you if you need someone to talk too when family doesn't call they definitely the right ones to talk too beside your therapist. I got admitted On 6/15/25 - got the helped I needed with my postpartum depression & MDD 🫶🏾 I can’t remember all the BHA’s Just know I remember faces . I got discharged 6/23/25 best decisions I made . I have 2 ratings, one for the staff and for the business. For the staff, therapy and the rest of staff. Most Amazing people, caring, loving, and great listeners. They need more people to help, especially when you have patients who need one on one. They helped me see the directions I needed to go. I feel like, if I could have stayed a little longer (4 or 5 more days). Do not lose these wonderful caring people. To name a few, Precious, Hope, Teresa, Lee, and Quan! These people need help on the floor, and they will have more time to work with All patients. I am sitting home crying 😢 all time. You can not help someone (with serious depression)enough in 4 days! This was my second time there. This time they helped so much! They helped with my seizures. They made sure i was ok physically. They even sent me to the hospital to get checked. Everyone was so nice and understanding. I felt like a human there. Like i mattered. I felt appreciated and loved by all the staff and peers i met there. My doctor Debbie and rob the social worker helped so much. I went to Rebound after Three Rivers because they just discharged me when i wasn’t safe at home. They found me a safe place to go. Also like i mean some staff were mean but i just showed them kindness. But overall it was a very good experience. I am grateful for Rebound. It saved my life! I was completely honest and they helped me. Thats all u gotta do no matter how scared you are always be honest! Everyone’s experience is different but mine was so great! I would def recommend Rebound to my family and friends. The staff that i want to recognize is Lee, Shidaya, Rob, Debbie, sydney, and especially Maddy! She made me felt heard and like i mattered!
Sydney was always joking it made my day!
I also made alot of connections with the peers. I made some friends and keep in contact with them. But also every concern i had or felt uncomfortable they dealt with it!

My clinic was closed and they was able to emergency dose me and went out of the way to help and made sure I didn't suffer all weekend and all staff was very friendly and very helpful didn't leaving me guessing answered all questions

This place has had its fair share of up-and-down in the last 10 years. But what I can say, is this, There is a counselor named Keith if you were a seasoned addict and you need genuine counselor, I want you to request Keith. This man has been in my life for 10 years, and as I came back-and-forth between clinics, he always became my counselor again. Never judgmental, Always always rational and you can’t help but to put a smile on your face when you’re around him his aura, It is purple. And I’m telling you right now he is a blessing to this place. The program director is also a counselor that has been there for a while and moved her way up. She is also fair and a sweetheart tells me to have a good morning every day. The financial person that does insurance she will work with you as long as you are doing for yourself and trying to make a better way for yourself they will help you. A lot of these bad reviews from people that are victim, mentality and don’t want to change their paradigm. It starts with the most important part, YOU

I am from California, I spent 3 months at the facility. They definitely over charge you for treatment. Their facilities aren't the best....however there are some people here doing almighty work. One such person is Hakim. He is a counselor here. He is a good man with a good heart, he cares about people. I wish he would transfer to California and be my counselor there. He really helped to see many things in a different way. He's very passionate about his patients and the job he does. I would guess they don't pay him nearly enough for how valuable he is to this facility. I hope to see Hakim again one day. There is also Jay who is often the only nurse in the dispensery. A great guy and always has a kind word. I'll miss these guys very much....they probably have no idea how much what they do impacts people's lives....or maybe they do. Either way folks like them are rare in today world.

This is a response to the last review I see, the lady with a small star on her icon. Methadone is a safe medication, it stops withdrawals from illicit opiates and does not get the person in treatment "high", which allows the patient to get their lives back. Please educate yourself on methadone and methadone treatment centers.

Obviously the people saying "one addiction for another" has very limited understanding of this treatment and addiction. Yes, this treatment can take years. This verses cold turkey/abstaining is night and day with success rates. Or I like to call that the "just pray about it and hope" method. BTW it doesn't work. If it did, nobody would have an addiction. These people complaining are still failing drug test and trying to play the system. Eventually u have to admit defeat and surrender to ur recovery and stop trying to use illegal substances by counting days till ur testing is done or sneaking in urine or basically trying to manipulate ur recovery process. I promise u will get out of recovery what energy u put into it as well . Yes, there are a couple nursed that seem to not get we r patients and we pay thousands of dollars a year to be there and yet they treat us as if we r at the dmv. One is down right rude and doesn't even look at us. She will not speak to us u less ahe has to. We will not miss her when she goes we just really hope she leaves soon.

I came in to see my orthopedist due to extreme pain. The moment I the Dream Team at reception got me a wheelchair and took me where I needed to go. The techs in X-ray assisted me and then took me to my doctor’s pod. Dr Watts staff is wonderful.

On November 13 my husband had a surgical procedure done ever one was so helpful and kind to us treated us with dignity and respect as if we actually mattered one of the anesthesiologist even said a prayer with us which we Gladly accepted that my husband would have a good outcome my husband was in room 1129 all of the nurses, dieticians environmental services, nurses Technicians were concerned and cared about my husband well being our THANKS to Everyone May GOD specially BLESS All of you 😇🙏
