My treatment plan through SWCTC saved my life. I'd never heard of methadone and a friend told me about it. I was in denial and had spent so much money and time finding drugs. My whole existence depended on getting my pills. I wanted to stop and prayed for a way. I've been clean for 22 years now. They are friendly people that work there. They work with you on things you don't want. I have been there for 12 years have not wanted to change clinics. They help you with counseling every month and they are nice. Tish has been my counselor for a long time she has been my favorite so far. So has been such a help with talking about things.

I’ve been going here for years the staff always helps me even if my therapist (Nathan ) ain’t in . Speaking of Nathan he’s probably the best that they have , he is well down to earth and cares about his patients . Even the nurses are very caring , so are the doctors there . We crack jokes and stuff to make it easier to deal with . From me there’s complaints

I see Dr. Fields and as someone who isn’t looking for prescriptions and actually wants help for a quality life . I just want to praise this Lady . The Wiillows saved my life! If you are considering going to rehab don't waste another day call the Willows today!!! I know it's scary not knowing a place that your going but trust me this place will change your life if you will give them a chance to help you! All the staff are amazing and you will ❤️ every councilor you have. The other clients will become your best friends for life. The program is amazing and will be motivited especially for you. The Willows is located in a beautiful setting. It's a layed back community and a place to heal your heart as much as your mind! I really wished it could have stayed longer burned my insurance only covered 60 days. I miss this plagce and everyone there every day.

This teeatmemt center is so different to ones ive been to in the past. They treat you like the human being you are not a number. All the counselors are amazing. If your assigned counselor is occupied and you need to talk, they all listen. If you work your program correctly you can make great improvements with the skills and support you are giving here. The one GREAT thing about the Oakwood VA Medical Clinic is the Department of Veterans Services Representative Pablo Cruz. Pablo Cruz is highly professional, really cares about Veterans and is very knowledgeable of how the VA Disability System works. It's wonderful to know there is someone connected to a VA Medical Facility that can be trusted. I've had so many frustrating experiences at the many VA Medical Facilities I've used since returning from Vietnam in 1970 and for the most part the Oakwood VA Clinic is filled with the same type of personnel you would expect to find at any VA Medical Facility, they're there for a paycheck, not to care for Veterans. A beautiful building with plenty of parking but until the VA Medical personnel can follow the EXAMPLARY Behavior displayed by Pablo Cruz, faith in the VA Medical System will never be restored. The only reason I would use the Oakwood VA Clinic is for seeking assistance from the Department of Veterans Services Representative Pablo Cruz. He is the only reason I'm giving this facility a 5 Star rating, if it weren't for Pablo Cruz, I'd rate this facility what I rate all VA Medical Facilities, ZERO.
