I could not be more grateful for the care I received here. The staff are amazing and will make sure that you are always comfortable. You will be respected, heard, and treated with dignity. You won't be dismissed, all your questions will be answered. Be completely honest so that you can receive the exact care that you need. You could not ask for better accomodations or understanding. The environment is immediately welcoming. Its quiet, peaceful. They have everything you need, you really just need clothing. (Its a bit chilly, bring hoodies and fuzzy socks) There are even laundry facilities. You will be provided with a vape or nicotine patches if you use nicotine products. You may rest as much as you need, the staff will let you sleep through the night, vitals are during the day. You can call your family, except for during group meetings. No visitors, but the stay is short. The counselors and peer support specialists are very honest, open, and eager to help you with your personal journey, without being pushy or making you feel rushed. Whether faith based or evidence based care is right for you, that is your choice. There are options for both approaches!
The idea of group meetings was terrifying for me, an introvert, an addict full of shame and guilt. You are not obligated to contribute, that was reassuring. But I was surprised at myself for wanting to contribute and engage. It was a bit sad leaving. While here, I was not just a junkie, just an alcoholic, a lost cause, all of the negative adjectives I used to describe myself. I wasn't the things my family called me. I wasn't an echo of the childhood I lost. I wasn't an empty, lonely vessel on autopilot. I was a person. A human. Im more than my story, but sharing our perspectives and caring for each other felt like being part of a family. A family where you aren't the black sheep. It was almost overwhelming to feel that kind of support and HOPE. Ill be honest; When I came in, i wasn't ready to get help. The timing was just right. But very quickly that changed. They made me want to be better. Not for recognition or pats on the back. Not for attention or brownie points. They made me want it because they made me see I deserve it, I deserve to live a good life and be happy. If you are thinking about making some changes, please come here. What do you have to lose?

I am so very thankful for everything you do in your program from start to end. It has been a game changer for my son who has battled addiction for a few years. I see the spark back in his eyes and a joy and excitement towards his future you’ve given him the tools to be successful. You’ve given him the tools to cope, but most of all you’ve given him hope towards his future. He’s halfway through the program and has nothing but great things to say thank you so very much. I honestly would of gave it a 5 star. But a couple of staff were not nice to me. It was mostly night shift. One made fun of me Stimming and i have Autism. She laughed at me stimming on my tippy toes. Jenesia a tech is very rude. Told me i couldn’t go on my tippy toes. That its not allowed, but thats my way of coping/stimming. That i needed a doctor’s order. Which i didn’t i talked to the doctor. I understand the reason why they have to keep the doors open all night. But they could of at least dimmed the lights. It kept going in my eyes and waking me up. I didnt get much sleep being there. That doesn’t help me with my physical conditions.
Now for the compliments. Unit 2 overall is such a good unit. I did get treated like a human being I felt safe, and supported. Not like the other ones i have been to that made me feel horrible like we weren’t human beings. Dr.Feldman Lance, now hes the best doctor I have had in any mental health facility. He actually listens to u(if ur not mean or give attitude) and he gets things done. He is also so sweet and very nice, and understanding. I don’t like talking alone to males but with him I was ok. He is nice and gave a nice vibe! Megan the tech is another great staff member! She made me feel safe while I was there. I could talk to her about anything! She was just there! Shes so nice too. Then there is Abby another tech. Shes super nice as well! She helped me calm down . She let me keep stimming on my tippy toes even when other staff said i couldn’t. That made me cry and get upset because they said I couldn’t. But she calmed me down! She is a really good one. And then there is Kenzie the therapist. She was very nice! She cared alot! She listened and helped me understand what I was confused about. She was so sweet! Then there was a group therapist named Kathleen. Oh boy she helped so much! I loved attending her groups when i could of. I am actually going to take what she told us and work on it in my therapy sessions! She made sure everyone got there questions asked. She was really nice because the group room door slams, and I get overwhelmed with that. She made sure it didn’t slam. But overall I would definitely recommend this facility! Now it is different experiences for everyone!

I was broken when I arrived. The staff at CCBH listened to me and gave me real tools I can use to fix myself. Special love to Med techs Micah, Dragna, and Matteson for their help and support during my stay in Unit 8. It is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

I was scrolling the web and I always check the reviews of places I have physically been seen at. I'm a single father now and i havent been able to post as much as i'd like. When I saw some of the comments they really well....pissed me off. Dr Craddock is one of the most caring DR/Pshyciatrist i have encountered in my recovery. I started in 2008 in Seneca,SC and quickly moved to Recovery Concepts with Dr Craddock. Just to put it all plainly. There was never a time anything was offered to me that i didnt have to take the assesment for or bring up first. He never said try these THATS BULL. They don't just hand out any medications if they are deemed nessicary and you bring them up the administer an assesment on you and you may or may not have ADHD or anxiety. I in fact do have and will always have SUD, anxiety and adult ADHD. I will say it again for those in the back. He is a great DR/Pshciatrisrt but they dont make you take the medication and they certainlly dont bring it up. Hope this clears the BS away from him.

My stay here helped save my life! While the program is rigorous and rules are strict - if you throw yourself fully into the process, you will see results. Staff is warm and caring and are always trying to meet clients where they’re at. Hopefully I never need to, but I would return here for treatment if I had to.

Glad to say I am 26 days clean from alcohol and this place helped amazingly with that. The night nurse Matt is amazing with what he does and how he coaches / teaches you while you’re there, Very informative and through guy.
Also love Sam and Amanda very much! how chill of a person they are and interacting with patients so nicely, treated equally and always makes sure you’re good or don’t need anything extra. Thank you guys for a better road to success.

I recommend this rehab facility to anybody who is struggling with addiction has changed my life forever because not only is it a rehab but it teaches you about the Bible and you learn how to live with God leading your life has changed my life tremendously I would have never traded that experience for anything. I started going to PCTC around 12/2020 I believe.. I have found the staff to be very kind , caring , and helpful . I had Jackie as a counselor when I started and she was promoted and went to Anderson location and I ended up with a new counselor Chelsea and have been lucky enough to have her ever since ! They have helped me with transportation when I've had issues getting there as I am disabled and don't drive , I have had some very hard things happen in my life and I grew to trust Chelsea and have been able to talk to her and she has helped me lot just by listening and truly ended up failing a DT and knew I hadn't done anything and have had a flawless record and had just taken an observed 2 days before(clean as can be other than methadone )an being given the DT that I took on my own that came up as failed and I was so shocked and cried because I knew I hadn't done anything and it was just very helpful that she helped me through that and she helped me figure out what happened.. I figured she wouldn't believe me because I am sure so many have said the same , but she didn't and she cared enough to help me figure it out. All of staff there are just such genuine caring people and seem to be doing it because they truly care to help ppl recover and not just doing it for a paycheck . They have connected with so many that I see and the kids that have to come with their parents they connect and get to know the ppl and don't make you feel less than for having to go through the process of recovery. I recommend them to anyone who is serious about bettering and extending their life by leaving addiction behind .

Our 22 year old son was ‘failing to launch’ - gaming, marijuana use and generalized anxiety were issues that prevented him from moving into a healthy and successful adult life. The three months that he spent at Momentum provided just the right mixture of support, insight and challenge to help him channel his energies in a positive direction. His therapist, Joe, was compassionate and effective, and helped motivate our son to reach for more than he thought possible. He left Momentum with a very positive attitude about himself and his possibilities. He has just started a ‘transition’ program where he is utilizing the lessons learned at Momentum to carve out his new life. Momentum is a very fine program with a dedicated, caring and skilled staff - we can highly recommend it!

I was very impressed with the quality of care that my son received at Trails Momentum. He was there from May 2023-September 2023. He arrived in a very sad and lost frame of mind. These people care about you, and you can feel that even if you came here court-ordered. This is a good place to get help, I go to weekly sessions and I look forward to them every week. Getting clean is extremely hard but they made it extremely easy

My name is lynn.. I'm currently a client at step by step .. I was court ordered to renewal and that place was too crazy for me so they changed my court order to this place when I told them about it .. they got me off the street the same day they first talked to me.. they have classes and programs to help us I am a year clean thanks to this program... I don't know why other people are hating on this program they obviously have a personal issue but the rules are lenient compared to other places we have a lot of structured freedom .. I'm thankful to this program

I see Dr. Fields and as someone who isn’t looking for prescriptions and actually wants help for a quality life . I just want to praise this Lady . I can tell she’s very busy as it is a “clinic “ atmosphere. But I feel she genuinely cares about these illness’s… and is very educated and equipped with the tools needed to help people like myself .

This program does work, as much as you want to make it work. I’m going to 100% honest as well, this program is not a walk in the park. What this place, or Jesus in this place, has done with me is kept me sober since October 17th 2021 and grown me up spiritually and maturely as well. It’s called Life Changers for a reason, you have to want that change in your life.

Leila was such a God send for my STD case. After dozens of calls to other attorney offices, I decided to give this firm a try. Upon arrival, I was pretty discouraged and the entire process was an emotional rollercoaster dealing with the STD company’s shenanigans however, Leila successfully got my claim approved and she answered all of my questions through it all.
