My husband, son, and I engaged a consultant to help us find the right fit for a young adult transition program. It was clear that Engage was the right place for our family. In addition to being a welcoming and supportive community for our son, it was a great place to go deep through individual and group talk therapy, and community engagement through volunteering. We also participated in family therapy and while our son has graduated from the program, we continue to meet with our family therapist as we've made a great and lasting connection. While a "newer" program when we started with Engage, I really appreciated the leadership and staff's willingness and ability to hear and apply feedback to ensure the program was responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this program and I think the leadership and staff are doing the right work for the right reasons. Thank you Engage!

As a father of a young adult that attended the Engage program, I can say that the growth and self respect of my daughter is impressive. From having no defined path to follow, she is now happy attending College and working. My family fully recommend the Engage Young Adult program.

Dr. Jack Hinman and team provide an excellent program and our overall experience with Engage Transitions was quite positive. Our young adult was a participant at Engage for 11 months after personally selecting it from other similar programs. No situation or program is perfect, however the most important factor for us is that our son left a stronger person and continues to utilize skills he learned during his time at Engage. Our family had many opportunities to collaborate with Jack and Lacey during this period. Every family has different circumstances, so we always appreciated their flexibility, support and feedback during all the ups and downs. We were fortunate to visit the Cedar City area and Engage House/apartments a few times and always had good experiences. Last but not least, it a pleasure working with Josh on all things financial and Bridgeway Billing was amazing handling insurance.

I love this house. It's done good to me it's kept me sober everybody here is super awesome and do nothing but help each other out. My house manager is very helpful and understanding with things. Its great!

This place has helped me beyond measure. I came in needing support and structure and found a kind of weird little family. I know that staying sober is my responsibility but Serenity Station has been an integral part of laying down a good foundation.

I have nothing but good things to say about Steps Recovery center in St. George. These people really do care about you, you aren't treated as just another client. Almost all staff are recovering addicts, so they definitely "get it". I highly recommend checking them out. They got me right into a bed from detox. The food is incredible, they have their own chef, his name is Roger and he will hook you up!

STEPS is the best part of my life now. Every employee cares and wants me to be better and happier. They achieved it. Thank you Steps for helping me find my way back. I’ll be forever in gratitude for you. Love you guys. Ol Rickity…

Love this particular club. Those that gave one star obviously haven’t followed the suggestions they heard here.

My daughter attended this facility through high school until she graduated. All in all a positive experience. She liked it there. Definitely had some issues that required disciplinary action but nothing too harsh. They were a bit understaffed for therapists at the time to the point where the then-director became my daughter's therapist. Aside from that, no real complaints. Would recommend.

My personal experience: I was 16 when I went and I have to admit my behavior was definitely different when I got out. It taught me discipline and respect for myself and others. I learned to make decisions starting from personal responsibility to educational opportunities. I definitely recommend this place. I fought back the first few weeks and maybe even months but it’s like a wild horse who had trauma, they are eventually going to learn and it’s going to take time. I recommend! I would go back for the discipline and scheduled order they have. Thank You Falcon Ridge and its staff!

I went to Falcon as I was struggling with addiction and depression. Although it was tough some moments (as life is) being there was such a healing experience. The staff was so genuine and I made friends I still keep in contact with to this day. I graduated the program and received my diploma with the help of the teachers there. So thankful my parents sent me to Falcon.

I was at flacon for 11 months and my experience wasn’t good at all, most staff had bad anger issues and would take it out on the students. Especially Thomas Timoteo one of the shifts supervisors I wouldn’t trust my kids around that creep he is extremely disgusting. Everyone staff there will always lie to you and your guardians. The only staff there that never lied to my face was Sean even though he was sometimes strict he was always on the students side. Over all I experienced a lot of trama here, my mental health is getting worse I was healing from trauma and my mental health was healing before I went to falcon ridge ranch now that I’m out I’m really struggling with mental health and hopefully I recover soon from all that which I know will take a minute but I just want to forget about that place. If you actually want the best for the child don’t send them here. -Estrella Velazquez

this facility deserves to be on netflix. i will never forget the staff here and how nasty they talk and treat the children. please if you love your children keep them home. they will advertise as help for your teens but this is far from it please look for alternatives.

I came in terrified, exhausted, and feeling completely defeated. The staff here treated me like a human being from day one. They were patient, understanding, and never once made me feel judged. Detox is never easy, but they made it safe, manageable, and hopeful. I walked out feeling clearer, supported, and ready for the next step. Truly grateful for Nextstep.

I flew in from North Carolina, Billie made the entire process very easy. Upon arrival at Salt Lake International, her transport team was very professional and greeted me at the arrivals hall. When I arrived, the nurses seamlessly checked me in. I was given a thorough medical check before being able to lay down on a very comfortable bed! My stay was short (about six days), but the staff were professional and very friendly. I couldn’t asked for a more relaxed stay, thank you to the amazing staff! The experience was relaxing, and I had no issues whatsoever. Thanks Billie, your team is amazing!

I was torn between the Sheridan and the grand America, They had nothing but no vacancy, So Nexstep came in clutch last last second, They take in 24/7 and greet you at the door with welcome arms and Valume, They staff is absolutely stunning, Don't hesitate one bit for room service, This is hands down one of the best 5 day staycations I’ve ever had the fortune of encountering, I plan on coming here next year for my park city skiing trip. They don’t cheap out on snacks and food, free tv and wifi I CAN ASSURE YOU!! I’ll be back for my next trip. absolutely LOVR Billy and the staff, They do no discriminate!! Everyone is welcome and you feel it the moment they grab your bags at the door . 10/10!!! I’ll be a Next gen after Next gen after Next gen!! We love the team here! FOREVER GRATEFUL!!

My brother Joshua was fortunate enough to be able to stay here for 40 days. He's doing so much better, he's sober and hopeful. He was released prematurely due to insurance/paperwork error, and Jeremy and Darrin were so kind and understanding. My brother has said nothing but positive things about the environment and the way he was treated. He feels that he was seen. He feels heard. He feels understood. We will always be thankful for his care, and his future now seems so promising. Thank you to everyone who runs and operates this safe haven. 🙏

Utah Addiction Centers truly saved my life. When I arrived, I was so spiritually bankrupt. I was truly a mess. I was battling my Mother's death and my Fiancé suicide. By the time I graduated the program, I was a strong empowered woman who found her center and spirituality again. I was transferred to Active Recovery in Centerville. I went from being homeless and hopeless to getting my own place and employment I love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of the counselors and support personnel. This is a safe place of healing and love. Hope starts here! I recommend it to anyone who wants to start over. One phone call could change your life, it did mine. I will be eternally grateful 🙏 🥲

Matr isnt a ordinary rehab program ..although 12 step program is in the curriculum it is a small portion of the rehabilitation process ...the staff and counselors have all been patients or in recovery themselves. When first walking thru the door u feel as if u just got to ur favorite aunt or relatives house u would visit yearly..you know the ones who never judged u but always made sure u knew when u were *€!@&÷? Up and gave u wisdom and advice to get thru it..jeanie is the sweetest REALEST people ive ever met..no matter the issue if ur genuine and u give 116% she will have ur back and shes saved alot of lives .kept alot of people from dying ,and serving life sentences in prison.shes known world wide and people listen when she speaks..hasnt been like that always if u know her story.but she spoke up for recovery addiction and other important issues and has gotten alot of laws and bills passed.you work with horses the environment is beautiful..not to mention the mind body and soul work ..its amazing what you learn..this is where u want to be if you want to change ur life..and u can smoke cigarettes .lol..
