I haven't been going here long, but my first day there, I fell in love with the staff. Efficient, SUPER kind, fast, make you feel like you REALLY matter, attentative. Qhen you first walk in theres a calming water sound lightly in the background. Plus, the one staff member, Carla/Karla (sorry if its mispelled) had brought her dogs in, so my first step in the door I was greeted by two beautiful Labs. It was then that I realized that this is my place.

ARS is a life saver. I left to go to another clinic due to pricing, but came back to ARS. My counselor actually cares and I am very grateful to have her. The nurses are professional and friendly. They went through a lot of personnell changes, but the newer staff seems to fit right in especially the nurses. I don't know where I would be without this program. I ve been attending this place for 4-5 months and I can say it s a wonderful place. They accommodate u well, and the staff is awesome. I absolutely love the nurses they are so nice. The system is overwhelmed and underfunded when it comes to mental health but Northwestern has been a life saver, quite literally, for my child. Her caseworker Annie is absolutely amazing and supportive and her psychiatrist is compassionate and extremely helpful. We were truly lost before we found this support system. The staff is organized and efficient. Registration was easy and visits are always a pleasant experience. We rarely wait and my child s safety is a priority. I truly can not complain at all. UPMC took over the Somerset hospital and it made it so much more better! The nurses work very hard making sure everything is working properly and everyone has what they need. I had to have back surgery and had stayed over night I was very well taken care of...I had no problems with anyone they all was very helpful, especially Jodie, Eunice and Brenda they was with me the most during my time there.. They were once patients themselves at one time so they thought about those little things that made it all the better.. It's those little things in life that matters most (in my opinion)..If you didn't call for your food when it was time your phone would ring to make sure you wouldn't miss having something before the kitchen closed for the night.. Somerset hospital has some a long way and it's only getting better and better.. Thank you for everything to ALL of my nurses and to DR. Sharma For doing an amazing job on my surgery.. He is the only Surgeon who will make sure you have a back brace and a Ice pack that Velcros around your waist Both are top of the Line..

I recently visited Spero and it was a great overall experience. The employees were all very detailed and helpful with the answering of my many questions. The most important to me was the level of kindness they all showed. It is not an easy thing for me to actually seek help with my addiction issues, but they made it comfortable. Had an amazing experience at Edgehill. It took me forever to get into the swing of following the routine. I learned to open up and share my experience and stories after listening to everyone else. I'm grateful for all the staff there and all the people who made it possible for me to be there.
