I haven't been going here long, but my first day there, I fell in love with the staff. Efficient, SUPER kind, fast, make you feel like you REALLY matter, attentative. Qhen you first walk in theres a calming water sound lightly in the background. Plus, the one staff member, Carla/Karla (sorry if its mispelled) had brought her dogs in, so my first step in the door I was greeted by two beautiful Labs. It was then that I realized that this is my place.

I have been to several clinics and ARS is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. The entire counseling staff is amazing and really cares about each and every patient. The Director, Sharonda, is very personable and is truly a caring person who really goes the extra mile to help you. The nurses are the best I have ever seen and really show their compassion and caring personalities. Its a shame the SAME 2 PATIENTS keep posting negative reviews, because this place truly is a God send and has saved may lives.

It’s unfortunate that the clinic has unhappy patients who write bad reviews because they don’t get their way. The clinic saved my life. The nurses are caring and the new director is extremely nice and always makes herself available for patients. Like most clinics the counselors come and go but there are several that have been there for awhile and are great. My counselor Ann is amazing! No the clinic is not perfect but they care and try. If you’re serious about your recovery ARS is a great place.

I went here for about 6 years. I was an addict with terrible mental health. I got clean with their help and got my mental health in order. The places wasn't perfect and I had issues here and there. As a whole the place saved my life. I know that maybe everyone's experience isn't the same and maybe I was just lucky. Either way I don't think I would be alive today without their help.

I've had good and bad experiences with this organization. The main reason I left them is the fact that the front desk staff has a tendency to mixed up the telahealth appointments and mark them down as in house. I wonder how many other people have experiences that? I've had it happen 4 times before I decided to seek treatment elsewhere. Sad because I had a good relationship with my doctor. This type of miscommunication is dangerous in this setting because there are a lot of vulnerable people that go to this location for treatment.

I just had my last Jade appointment
The staff at Jade - Alex Dan Emily Gloria the doctors all of them Rosie are just fantastic you couldn't ask for someone to care more and someone to try more and if you're really serious about getting clean and living a different life Jade is definitely the place for you. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to.
The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. I have three kids that are happy, healthy and in a nice home because of Jade and I couldn't be more grateful.

Medmark most definitely saved my life. When the doctor decided he wasn't giving me my pain medicine any longer because he didn't want to get in trouble (this was 2019) and I didn't know what to do since I have chronic pain from several severe bone breaks. So I called medmark and on my first day of treatment I wasn't worried anymore. I've been going here for over 5 years almost 6 now and they have never made me feel bad for anything they have been nothing but caring and supportive. I really thlnk they have saved my life and lots of other lives as well.

Was on the fence about having my child admitted to any psych hospital, but they needed professional help immediately. Decided western was the best option and they did not disappoint. My child was content and safe while hospitalized and came home feeling like themselves again. The staff handled all prescriptions in a very timely manner and all follow up appointments. They called and checked in with me regularly throughout my child's stay. No one wants to have to take their kid for psych evaluation, but if you find yourself in this situation, I would see if western is the right place for your child's needs.

Though I find this institution to be filled to capacity, they still make it work out. I was there for over one week and the staff were outstanding. I’d like to give a special shoutout to security (Lindsay & Bev) Dr. Schindler (she is amazing) and the rest of the staff Ms. Neaka, Alexis, Nicole, Cam (the best to ever do it), Shiloh, Bennie, Spidey (too cool for school), DAYRON (the most patient and youngest of the staff members!), Justin (the peer specialist, who had a great talk with me because he once was in my shoes.) It was a good hospital with nice staff I was released today (3/4/25) I was there after an overdose for 9 days on the 11th floor due to lack of space in other units I'm a minor as well the food was decent the staff all wonderful

They were very good. They helped me when I was at my lowest. They worked together to distract me. I awoled a lot, people probably say I was supposed to go there but I did. They truly helped me. The therapists are also really good, and well trained. I really can’t call out just one person, because they all came together to support me.

I cannot speak more highly of Newport. I read negative reviews when considering sending my 12 year old. I was terrified. No parent wants to do this, let alone drop their kid out of state. It was a horrible decision but we decided to take the leap for fear that her life may be over if we didn’t. (Or that she would never move past the pain she was in, at best…)
Our experience was wonderful. Newport treats the kids like they matter. The rooms are cozy and more home-like, which warmed my mama heart. This place is what I wish all crisis intervention places are like, but sadly are not. Children deserve better. Newport does it right.
My child is better off for having been through the program. She came back with tools and a better outlook. We then got her in a therapeutic school and I’m happy to say she’s thriving! I’ll never say it isn’t a journey. She still struggles here and there. But we are light years beyond what we hoped for back then and I attribute quite a bit to the care she got at Newport. She would agree and that says something …

CCG has been a very important part of my recovery, both the mental and addiction parts. They offer medication assistance for withdrawals and cravings for opiates. I have an addiction counselor, Tammy, that is amazing! And a therapist, Monica, that helps me tremendously! CCG offers IOP for addiction and mental health. I really love that CCG is open minded and assists in any way to get a person clean, sober and healthy and happy. Lauren DeWitt and her teammates at Ascension Recovery Services have gone above and beyond to now help two of my friends. The first for loss of spouse and the other for alcoholism.
They take it very personally as if they were finding treatment for their own family member. Lauren set up a family intervention and even personally flew with my friend to the treatment center.
This world is a better place because Ascension Recovery Services and I hold them to the highest regard.

Today, Region Ten Crisis Unit was the only one to help me. They picked me up and brought me in to see a nurse and doctor. Then, set me up for more help next week! Really a wonderful experience during a crisis for me. It s hard to be positive when abuse is happening, but today Region Ten spent hours deescalating and managing my crisis issues well. It s hard to say: I was raped and in the UVA care unit, I was assaulted by 3 long relationship partners and needed shelter for emergency and care for the physical abuse. Now, my mental health is in crisis after a 7-month roommate situation turned violent. All this past trauma builds up and comes up when new abuse. I was able to get out all the bad, plan for counseling for future mental and physical care. Thank you! Your team even stayed late, and it s nice to know others in crisis can come to you.

This is the second time in just a few months I've been to this Labcorp location and I want to make clear what a great experience it was both times. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the wonderful staff member whose job description I don't know. I would very much like to call her out by name as she is a rare gem. She cares and it's authentic. Both visits, she was exactly the same, helpful, empathic and caring. She made me feel totally calm and also uplifted. She deserves credit for this and reward, imo. I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

I would happily like to update the fact that she no longer works there. That's a great blessing.
My son told his awful therapist exactly what she wanted to hear and committed suicide. He was so much smarter than she was. Huge disappointment. She had to say a cuss word every other word out of her mouth, she was very unprofessional. He was of age so she couldn't speak to us, as parents but in all honesty she was a mom hater. Dad would pick him up and she would speak to him for an hour.

Everyone I have to deal with from the time I walk in and to the time I walk out is very professional uplifting even when you’re having a bad day they make you smile. The front desk ladies are super super nice, I love my therapist I’ve never been able to open up to anyone until I met Donna! She is a number 10 in my book, I highly recommend her if you suffer from extreme PTSD depression. My psychiatrist is wonderful, they always make you feel at home. I would definitely not want to go anywhere else. Brooklane does have a very strict no call no show or if you call within 24 hours of your appointment but I completely understand. If you were looking for a new place to call home therapy Psychiatrist everything they offer this is definitely the right place.

I'm currently there for pain maintainence and to not take any more pills prescribed to me that screw up life alot more than methadone.. This place is an excellent facility..lil dated but the ppl and the mission there is to help! PERIOD. If u end up with a problem there it's bc your not taking yourself seriously as they are and that's a shame..the name PROGRESSIVE says it all..do what u need and work the program and progression is possible..I've had privileges for years with not one issue! Great place for treatment if u want to take it serious, bc they will..enough said
