PLEASE choose Western MD Recovery!!! The whole team is truly wonderful, special shout out to Eddie, NP and Beverly, counselor. I have never in my life seen or even heard of a healthcare provider who would come out of his own pocket to help a patient in need. I will forever be in debt to Eddie for providing a ride, a hotel and food and to Beverly for doing everything it took to get my family member into the best rehab possible. Not to mention Beverly taking the time out of her day even after work hours to constantly check on my family members wellbeing and send them kind words of encouragement. My family member has said nothing but amazing things about Beverly, Eddie and the team since day 1 and after seeing it firsthand, I can honestly say they are some of the most caring, kind, and compassionate people out there. Even Eddie’s wife is incredible!! If you want to go somewhere that cares, GO HERE!!!

Bridging The Gaps was everything I expected and far beyond. The disease of addiction is so powerful and manipulative to the human brain that entering any treatment facility felt like I was accepting failure as a person. BTG helped alleviate the stigma associated with this admittance from the first call and through-out the entire process of treatment; continuing their connection and acceptance long after exiting into the real world. The atmosphere of a small, closely knit team of clinicians helped cater to every individual need and treat you as a human and not a number or folder. I felt so moved by the education and effort they put out that I returned a year later to deliver flowers as a gesture of gratitude. If you’re searching for an answer to your endless cycle of misfortune & addiction, look no further.🫶🏻

I have been to several clinics and ARS is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. The entire counseling staff is amazing and really cares about each and every patient. The Director, Sharonda, is very personable and is truly a caring person who really goes the extra mile to help you. The nurses are the best I have ever seen and really show their compassion and caring personalities. Its a shame the SAME 2 PATIENTS keep posting negative reviews, because this place truly is a God send and has saved may lives.

It’s unfortunate that the clinic has unhappy patients who write bad reviews because they don’t get their way. The clinic saved my life. The nurses are caring and the new director is extremely nice and always makes herself available for patients. Like most clinics the counselors come and go but there are several that have been there for awhile and are great. My counselor Ann is amazing! No the clinic is not perfect but they care and try. I first thought coming to a program for help was dumb. but learned that it's a good thing to find the help needed. I am one who struggles with change so I am glad that I am not kicked out for being open and honest like I was at Twin Lakes and Pyramid. Also glad that I do not have to sit in groups for like 10 hours a week, which cripples my ability to sustain employment. Recovery Concepts should be commended for the work they do!!

Edgehill was exactly what I needed when times were tough. Staff cares and gets what it’s like to be an addict, and a lot of people in the program are genuinely trying to get better. The long haired cook Blue is the BEST. He was my favorite staff member while I was in there, super professional, and he makes great food. And the woman running the place is a sweetheart. Of course, there were some other people in the program that didn’t take it as seriously but oh well, everyone’s different. Over all 4.5/5

Edgehill saved my life. The staff here care. They teach boundaries, accountability, and will show up for you. Getting clean is what you make of it. If you do the work, you’ll see results and the staff will help you every step of the way. If you fall and reach out for help, they will be there to pick you up. I’ll have a decade clean this year and I could never ever ever have done it without the support of the community here. This treatment center is a 12 step model, which has worked for me. They set you up for success with an outpatient program as well as referrals to sober living. We did chores, which helps in taking positive actions, accountability, and gaining self esteem. The groups every day are helpful, educational, and varied so as not to be boring. The AA and NA community hold meetings in their larger meeting room daily so you can’t help but get plugged in to the community. And if you are just having a bad day and no longer at the center you can pop in and there is always someone to talk to. The staff are still apart of my life today, this place is the best thing that ever happened to me.
