I'm going to give this place a 4 out of 5 This treatment center helped me tremendously!!!They are absolutely amazing here!New Seasons helped me change my life forever for the better on 3-19-24! And I will forever cherish that!!& also be forever thankful & grateful! I would not be where I am today without them! Since i was 16 years old. Almost 14 years i battled with addiction toopioids(pain killers) and as of 6-11-24,I am, 2 months & 22 days clean! Methadone ONLY! So Thank you New Seasons for everything you guys did for me!I appreciate you guys so much!. Thank you for helping me change my life! There are a few downfalls though..1. is the intake process..Which takes 3-5 hours!!! & it will seem like it's taking forever & a year lol but that is the worst part & once you get through that the hardest part is over!!!I was hoping & praying so hard that the methadone was going to help me & I am beyond thankful that it did & it still does! I dont think about a pill, i dont wish for a pill, i dont want a pill & i dont NEED a pill!!! 2. All the nurses go on break all at once except for 1 so there is only 1 window open for you to dose at so you have to be there before 10:30 or 11am if you want to get in and out quickly. I always made sure i got there at 8am because it wasn't busy at that time.3.They don't take my insurance which is,(Wv medicaid) and that's why I had to be transferred somewhere else. But,I live in Wv anyway so I don't have to travel as far now.4. If they did an update and remodeling to make it feel warm, cozy and welcoming It would make people feel a whole lot more comfortable when you walk in..But, on a great note,Which is the most important to me is,Most of the staff are nice..They do know how to communicate with one another which is a big plus for me!My counselor Merisa was awesome!I was truly blessed with her! I definitely recommend her as a counselor! The dosing nurses are great! I enjoyed making their day just as much as they made mine! Especially Ashley!!! She is the best & will always be my favorite! Most importantly I got a dose of medicine every morning that kept me clean which means I was able to live and see another beautiful day without fighting a battle that I fought with every single day i opened my eyes for almost 14 years!So yes, I would definitely recommendNew Seasons treatment center when YOU or anyone you know are ready to get clean, healthy, happy & change for the better! I've been going here since 2019. While they have their flaws, okay, a LOT of flaws, I've really never had any trouble until recently. They've changed their policy a lot. There are ONLY 4 counselors for all the clients who go there. They have new nurses quite often I feel. They will work with you however if you present yourself to their treatment team. No real problem with long lines anymore since COVID began in 2020, once in a while there's a huge wait, especially around holidays in the Summertime like Memorial day and the 4th of July. I do have a decent counselor now and the doctor, Dr. Stephanie, she's VERY kind and friendly and actually listens to you, as well as the main doctor, Dr. Petersen. And there are like 4 nice nurses that are kind and friendly and quick to have your medicine ready for you as soon as your at the dosing window. It's a very clean clinic compared to most I've been in. I do recommend it tho, because everyone has a different experience there.

I guest dosed here for 3 day's straight because me and my bf had to go to WV from NC for his aunt's funeral unfortunately. We had absolutely no problem's at all, they were all polite each day and honestly, the dosing nurse's were nicer AND faster then the one's at our clinic we go to everyday here in NC!

ARS is a life saver. I left to go to another clinic due to pricing, but came back to ARS. My counselor actually cares and I am very grateful to have her. The nurses are professional and friendly. They went through a lot of personnell changes, but the newer staff seems to fit right in especially the nurses. I don't know where I would be without this program. If your on the fence about treatment take a chance at life.

I ve been attending this place for 4-5 months and I can say it s a wonderful place. They accommodate u well, and the staff is awesome. I absolutely love the nurses they are so nice. I recommend this place if you re wanting to change your life for the better. Give it a shot, you ll be happy u did. It s $15 a day without insurance if anyone is wondering.

This place is a place where angels work. My husband and I were desperate to get away from the addict lifestyle and needed help doing it. We were able to get into Frederick Institute extremely fast. Most places like this only do what they do because it's a job and most people who go to them only go to get high and/or don't take it seriously. The people here made us both feel human again. We felt loved. We felt cared for, and it was the first time in a long time we had people give a shit about us besides each other. We had lost everything not due to drugs but simply bad luck and needed to feel like we weren't alone in this world. Amanda at Frederick Institute was the head angel here. We will forever be grateful and she will forever have a special place in our hearts. The clients here also seem to be a special breed as they all seemed to want to be better. This place is HIGHLY recommended. We had to stop going here and start in Martinsburg as Frederick is just too far but they made the switch easy.....easier than they had to. They genuinely are amazing humans and if it were possible, we'd make the hour drive there and back to continue here. We miss and love you guys and appreciate you all!!!

Honestly the reviews scared me a little bit before coming as I am a new patient but I was very pleased with my visit today. Dr. Wheat made me feel very heard and listened attentively and gave me a plan moving forward and ordered labs to figure out what s going on. The nurse Brittany was super sweet as well, gave me a flu shot and a strawberry shortcake bandaid and then the ladies down at the lab were very sweet with me as well and helped me out.

I couldn t recommend Melissa Crigger and the team at Brook Lane enough. It s been a year since I last saw Melissa and every day, I m reminded of the good that she s brought to my life. I was diagnosed with chronic depression after my mom passed away in 2006 and was having a very hard time finding a therapist that I was comfortable with. Emily Cunningham was the first therapist I tried at Brooklane and I had a good vibe on the first session. I've gone through several therapists and Emily is the first therapist I've had in years who I look forward to sessions with.I did have a negative experience with one of the psychiatrists and asked to transfer to someone else. The process only took an approval and I was put with someone else for my very next session.

Most negative reviews seem to be for emergency services (which I ve never used), but I had my scheduled foot surgery here recently and had an excellent experience. The nurses in pre-op and recovery were so kind and accommodating. They made me feel at ease and cared for. The surgical team was great as well! After my surgery, I had a billing issue, and the billing customer service was very helpful. I got my issue fixed immediately. I can t speak for the ER, but I highly recommend the surgical services here!

I had my daughter here around the middle of December. Dr. Benor and staff delivered her. I just want to say thank you for giving me the best experience. Everyone was kind and helpful and answered all of my questions with ease. Although it was quick and I had no troubles, so it was a very quick recovery, I couldn't be any happier. From Labor and Delivery, to Mother and Baby, and even the Peds unit, that we got moved to (because there was more babies being born than they had rooms for upstairs) every single one of you are amazing. My baby girl is growing great and we at home have loved every minute with her. I enjoyed talking to each of you and though this was my second baby, you all taught me things I didn't learn or know from the first time around. You're much appreciated!

I have watched Grafton change the lives of children and families. Are they perfect? Definitely not. Is there any facility that is better? To be quite honest, not that I have seen and not with the scope of offerings that Grafton has. Although the campus is locked down to prevent elopement, there are large outdoor areas and the students get to go outside when they are walking from building-to-building. The scenery and the location make the views absolutely gorgeous. Inside the greenhouse, grows beautiful produce you can purchase for your own gardens, and the kids love spending time there. The children go to amusement parks, zoos, aquariums, movies, out to eat, and more. The children get to enjoy activities such as music therapy, time at the Clubhouse, and playing on their basketball team. The staff is very communicative with families and offer the families support opportunities. Grafton is a HUGE advocate of children improving their relationships with their families during their stay there, and will do what it takes to help contribute to that. The kiddos have school on campus. The classes are small and have sensory areas where children can take time for themselves as needed. There are all different kinds of celebrations on campus from holidays, to birthdays, to seasonal events. I have met very few people that I felt like didn't care for these young people. If you need a secure long-term facility for your child, I would definitely consider Grafton before anywhere else. Thank you, Grafton, for what you have done for our family and others. I highly recommend this holistic and well-rounded program.

I love the Winchester office! it is so spacious and very clean! The Winchester office is so convenient, right off of RT 7/ I81!! Walking distance from downtown. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Had an amazing experience at Edgehill. It took me forever to get into the swing of following the routine. I finally started to get the most out of the program once I took the time to get rid of the anxiety of being somewhere far from home. Shae is an awesome guy who keeps it straight up with you. No sugarcoating what he dealt with and how he became who he is. Joe was the kind of guy you look up to and would never expect to meet there. If you meet Blue in the kitchen youre in for a great meal. The different programs each day was a cool change up from going to so many AA meetings. I learned to open up and share my experience and stories after listening to everyone else. I'm grateful for all the staff there and all the people who made it possible for me to be there. If you have to go to a rehab this is a great place to be.

Went to the Inova walk in after tumbling down some stairs. It was brilliant having the x-rays done on site. Staff at the facility were so kind and gave plenty of time for me.to ask questions.
