Now that I've been going to this particular location for going on 6 years... (Will be 6 years this November 2O25)... I've had time to process a whole lot. The counselors are very caring. They're really helpful and kind. They want to see you do well. The nurses are super friendly. So are the doctors. As far as wait times, well, TBH, that all depends on what time you get there during the morning. Like me for example. I go daily now and I try to go before 6am, if I get there before 6am, and I don't have a UA, I'm usually in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In my opinion, this is one of the better clinics in the Hagerstown area. They all want to see you do good and stay clean and sober for the rest of your life. Not saying you'll have to be here that long, but, just enough to get stable to where you feel safe and comfortable with yourself. I also wanted to say that I've had about 4 or 5 counselors since I've been going there and IDK why the counselors keep leaving or getting let go. The one I have now, she seems pretty nice. Also, FYI: As of June 1st 2024, their hours will be changing. The cutoff time for dosing will now be 12 Noon, instead of 1pm. I think it's because of the lack of counselors and nursing staff. It would normally be a 5/5, but things have REALLY changed. Physicals every 3 months, I don't understand why...and they have a HUGE turnover of nurses and counselors. I'm telling y'all what, if Mary goes, idk how much longer everyone will stay. Mary is the best!

Yes I’ll agree this treatment center has been a very very positive experience. Especially those who have moved on to another job. Am sure working here could be a challenging experience as well. Even though the few counselors I have had were worth coming to this center and am grateful for there stall. I hope going forward I’ll experience the same. Thank you.

I'm going to give this place a 4 out of 5☆ This treatment center helped me tremendously!!! They are absolutely amazing here! New Seasons helped me change my life forever for the better on 3-19-24!♡ And I will forever cherish that!! & also be forever thankful & grateful!🙏🏻 I would not be where I am today without them! Since i was 16 years old. Almost 14 years i battled with addiction to opioids(pain killers) and as of 6-11-24, I am, 2 months & 22 days clean!♡ Methadone ONLY!♡ So Thank you New Seasons for everything you guys did for me! I appreciate you guys so much!.♡ Thank you for helping me change my life!♡ There are a few downfalls though.. 1. is the intake process.. Which takes 3-5 hours!!! & it will seem like it's taking forever & a year lol 😆 but that is the worst part & once you get through that the hardest part is over!!! I was hoping & praying so hard that the methadone was going to help me & I am beyond thankful that it did & it still does!🙏🏻 I dont think about a pill, i dont wish for a pill, i dont want a pill & i dont NEED a pill!!!💪 2. All the nurses go on break all at once except for 1 so there is only 1 window open for you to dose at so you have to be there before 10:30 or 11am if you want to get in and out quickly. I always made sure i got there at 8am because it wasn't busy at that time. 3.They don't take my insurance which is, (Wv medicaid) and that's why I had to be transferred somewhere else. But, I live in Wv anyway so I don't have to travel as far now. 4. If they did an update and remodeling to make it feel warm, cozy and welcoming✨️ It would make people feel a whole lot more comfortable when you walk in.. But, on a great note, Which is the most important to me is, Most of the staff are nice.. They do know how to communicate with one another which is a big plus for me! My counselor Merisa was awesome! I was truly blessed with her! I definitely recommend her as a counselor!👌 The dosing nurses are great! I enjoyed making their day just as much as they made mine! Especially Ashley!!! She is the best & will always be my favorite!♡ Most importantly I got a dose of medicine every morning that kept me clean which means I was able to live and see another beautiful day without fighting a battle that I fought with every single day i opened my eyes for almost 14 years! So yes, I would definitely recommend New Seasons treatment center when YOU or anyone you know are ready to get clean, healthy, happy & change for the better!✔️ I also recommend methadone instead of suboxone! It helps me tremendously!♡

Long, long wait to be seen, treated and otherwise but high rating for the first doctor in my mother's almost 67 years of life to kneel to her (5ft) level. Kudos for them!

Meritus is the creme de la creme of medical care. I was treated with the utmost care. Everybody was kind and professional. I will never go to any place else but Meritus if I need any more hospital care. The ER is outstanding. 1000 stars for Meritus.

The opening of a new world-class emergency facility is a terrific addition to this hospital and will benefits thousands of patients for years to come.

I want to sincerely thank the entire team at WVU Berkeley Medical Center for the exceptional care my mom received during her recent day. From the emergency room to the surgical unit, every staff member was professional, kind and compassionate. Care was not only efficient and thorough, but also delivered with genuine empathy. I am truly grateful for the outstanding treatment mom received and want to thank everyone who played a role in her care. I want to recognize Dr. Mark Anthony and RN Nikki. Dr. Anthony was highly skilled and exceptionally compassionate and reassuring. RN Nikki displayed kindness, attentiveness and genuine care that made all the difference in mom‘s recovery. I love the Winchester office! it is so spacious and very clean! The Winchester office is so convenient, right off of RT 7/ I81!! Walking distance from downtown. The staff is absolutely wonderful! So personable and easy to talk to. They try and get you the help you need! They have a great snacks there too! I highly recommend them! 10 out of 10!

If you're looking for a clean, inviting clinic for addiction treatment, Spero Health is the place. They combine medication treatment (suboxone) with counseling and have a care coordinator to help with other needs. Great place!

Edgehill saved my life. The staff here care. They teach boundaries, accountability, and will show up for you. Getting clean is what you make of it. If you do the work, you’ll see results and the staff will help you every step of the way. If you fall and reach out for help, they will be there to pick you up. I’ll have a decade clean this year and I could never ever ever have done it without the support of the community here. This treatment center is a 12 step model, which has worked for me. They set you up for success with an outpatient program as well as referrals to sober living. We did chores, which helps in taking positive actions, accountability, and gaining self esteem. The groups every day are helpful, educational, and varied so as not to be boring. The AA and NA community hold meetings in their larger meeting room daily so you can’t help but get plugged in to the community. And if you are just having a bad day and no longer at the center you can pop in and there is always someone to talk to. The staff are still apart of my life today, this place is the best thing that ever happened to me.

Had an amazing experience at Edgehill. It took me forever to get into the swing of following the routine. I finally started to get the most out of the program once I took the time to get rid of the anxiety of being somewhere far from home. I appreciate the time they took with me and not just feeling I was a lost cause. The serenity prayer was the thing that stuck with me the most. Shae is an awesome guy who keeps it straight up with you. No sugarcoating what he dealt with and how he became who he is. Joe was the kind of guy you look up to and would never expect to meet there. If you meet Blue in the kitchen youre in for a great meal. The different programs each day was a cool change up from going to so many AA meetings. I learned to open up and share my experience and stories after listening to everyone else. I'm grateful for all the staff there and all the people who made it possible for me to be there. If you have to go to a rehab this is a great place to be.

The place is Wonderful all the way around. THE ACCOMMODATIONS were great.they treated Me and the other clients very well. The rooms have plenty of space and ThHe Food is excellent and Plenty .... Snacks are out at all times .. The Staff is the Best part they all are friendly and very respectful

Freedom center doesn’t deserve any bad publicity. I was difficult.?I was not an easy patient. They put me on a behavior contract within a few weeks of being there due to my behavior, detoxing issues & my foul mouth . I talk this place up all the time. I’m now almost year clean as of 11/15/25. Shoutout to Jason, Joe call center, the chef’s and the best part of the facility the nursing department. Thanks once again for helping me through the start of my recovery.

Went to the Inova walk in after tumbling down some stairs. It was brilliant having the x-rays done on site. Staff at the facility were so kind and gave plenty of time for me.to ask questions. Do note they ask you to wait outside their internal door until they take your temp and they ask you the typical.covid screening questions. Mask wearing across the board too.
