I’ve been seeing this clinic a little over a year now and let me just start off saying I absolutely adore everyone that has helped me Addiction is hard and can last a lifetime but with the right help and the right outlets that was provided through ARS I’ve been doing the best I’ve ever done in my entire life!! Thank you ARS for saving my and my husband’s life!

I have been to several clinics and ARS is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. The entire counseling staff is amazing and really cares about each and every patient. The Director, Sharonda, is very personable and is truly a caring person who really goes the extra mile to help you. The nurses are the best I have ever seen and really show their compassion and caring personalities. Its a shame the SAME 2 PATIENTS keep posting negative reviews, because this place truly is a God send and has saved may lives.

It’s unfortunate that the clinic has unhappy patients who write bad reviews because they don’t get their way. The clinic saved my life. The nurses are caring and the new director is extremely nice and always makes herself available for patients. Like most clinics the counselors come and go but there are several that have been there for awhile and are great. My counselor Ann is amazing! No the clinic is not perfect but they care and try. If you’re serious about your recovery ARS is a great place.

Have been going to Villa Maria for 5yrs. An I think the staff are caring an understanding. Even though I got a new psychiatrist an therapist. Because one retired and the other had a new job. The current Doctors I have now are great. I feel safe respected, very comfortable and I felt secure opening up to my new talk therapist.. So if you need a good mental health Dr. I recommend tem.

I haven't been going here long, but since the first day I was in love with the staff who are very efficient, super kind and always make me feel that I matter. They are attentive to all my necessities, listen to any questions or concerns, they gave me great advice, I feel that they have been a godsend for me.

I haven't been going here long, but my first day there, I fell in love with the staff. Efficient, SUPER kind, fast, make you feel like you REALLY matter, attentative. Qhen you first walk in theres a calming water sound lightly in the background. Plus, the one staff member, Carla/Karla (sorry if its mispelled) had brought her dogs in, so my first step in the door I was greeted by two beautiful Labs. It was then that I realized that this is my place.

Kitchen inspections are always a pain. Got inspected by Jesse today and he was very respectful and helpful! I always appreciate how Brice and the other inspectors are very kind and helpful! From past experiences in a previous state other than Maryland, any type of "health inspection" was someone being very rude and not much fun at all!! Keep the good work up guys! I appreciate what your doing!

When I visited my family in Harrisonburg in August. I had some medical problems. I went to the emergency here. I was treated very good. I spent one night at the hospital. All nurses and doctors helped me fast and did their best. Thank you very much.

They should shut this place down and just give veterans real healthcare.

3 months out for appointment. I tried to get dental appointment and I have called 6 times over 3 month period they dont have someone who answers the calls but you leave a message and they never call back. So now ill spend $1000s on health care i get for free but cant access and on fixed income

I’ve seen the positive impact they have in the community. The staff is friendly, professional, and really cares about helping people. They offer addiction treatment, mental health care, and counseling all in one place, which makes it easier for people to get support. CCG Frederick is making a real difference in Frederick, MD by offering hope and support to everyone that walks through their doors.

The receptionists always had this "Please don't waste anymore of our time!" attitude. Even so, everything I asked or paid for was late or sent to the wrong place, so what were they doing then?

The 4 hour parenting class kept a good pace and was very interactive to keep your interest. Its a great resource for people to hear advice and listen to others in similar scenarios. Would recommend.

You should probably change your hours on here if you're not going to open until 7:30 on a Wednesday. What's the point of a 7:30 appointment if you don't open until 7:30? After check-in, I am already 10 minutes late... no fault of my own.

Two visits so far, no complaints. Standard clinic for basic medical care. Nurses have been very helpful.

Today, Region Ten Crisis Unit was the only one to help me. They picked me up and brought me in to see a nurse and doctor. Then, set me up for more help next week! Really a wonderful experience during a crisis for me. It s hard to be positive when abuse is happening, but today Region Ten spent hours deescalating and managing my crisis issues well. It s hard to say: I was raped and in the UVA care unit, I was assaulted by 3 long relationship partners and needed shelter for emergency and care for the physical abuse. Now, my mental health is in crisis after a 7-month roommate situation turned violent. All this past trauma builds up and comes up when new abuse. I was able to get out all the bad, plan for counseling for future mental and physical care. Thank you! Your team even stayed late, and it s nice to know others in crisis can come to you.

Dr. Yoder is so caring and protects your over all well being and health. The pharmacy inside is sweet, curtious, and fast. Healthy transitions is also very helpful at keeping you reminded of your scheduled benefits and is there to help you along the way

09/11 My wife was bitten by a copperhead snake and was taken to the ER at Inova Fairfax. The ER team and ward staff provided excellent care. The doctor took special care with her case, as this isn’t common, and made sure she had serious follow-up and observation. We felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process.

I’f u have ehlers danlos don’t come here. Was treated terribly doctor relocated my socket in triage and then gaslight my pain the rest of the time like he didn’t see it snap out the socket he told me x rays was fine and used my crying as me being mentally disturbed when in reality I blew the tendon. He didn’t help my pain and sent me home

I would happily like to update the fact that she no longer works there. That's a great blessing. My son told his awful therapist exactly what she wanted to hear and committed suicide. He was so much smarter than she was. Huge disappointment. She had to say a cuss word every other word out of her mouth, she was very unprofessional. He was of age so she couldn't speak to us, as parents but in all honesty she was a mom hater. Dad would pick him up and she would speak to him for an hour.

Very experienced therapists and psychiatrists

Everyone I have to deal with from the time I walk in and to the time I walk out is very professional uplifting even when you’re having a bad day they make you smile. The front desk ladies are super super nice, I love my therapist I’ve never been able to open up to anyone until I met Donna! She is a number 10 in my book, I highly recommend her if you suffer from extreme PTSD depression. My psychiatrist is wonderful, they always make you feel at home. I would definitely not want to go anywhere else. Brooklane does have a very strict no call no show or if you call within 24 hours of your appointment but I completely understand. If you were looking for a new place to call home therapy Psychiatrist everything they offer this is definitely the right place.

Very considerate staff and never long lines to deal with. Overall a very good treatment facility and obviously much better than the life I was living!!!!

Ive been a patient at med mark for almost 4 years now the staff is very professional .I would refer this place to others in need and i have referred it to people in need.

The parent education seminar was pretty good - especially the emphasis on the Children's Bill of Rights.

This class was veery helpful and gave very good resources. The instructor knew the subject well and gave each member of the class detailed information and advice. I will recommend this class to any parent that needs or wants to take this class.

Good program

This program saved my life. I am forever grateful and truly blessed to have been able to come to this program. I have been in many inpatient and outpatient programs over many years in Florida and Maryland- This program gave me structure, balance, cared for ALL of my basic human needs, taught me how to help myself, gave me hope, taught me how to have faith, learned to love myself, be accountable, allowed me to choose what type of network /self help group would work for me, then took a chance on allowing ME to be apart of another incentive type program so I could continue to serve others here at Gail Recovery/ Wells Inc. At some point I have to close this review, But honestly I could go on for pages because with out them- I would have been long gone, or lost. The hardest part was reaching out and asking someone to help me.
