The 2 stars was the last appointment the male dentist the old guy a complete jerk to my daughter. He didn’t even tell her he was numbing her with the needle and kept getting really frustrated with her. Mind you she’s so scared of needles and dentists as is. He really didn’t make it better at all. He was getting mad at her because she was scared and jumped. Him and his nurse didn’t even acknowledge us when they came in kept speak to each other and barely spoke to us the entire time. If it wasn’t needed I would have left. He shouldn’t even be able to work with anyone let alone kids him or his nurse. Edit: they’ve done so much better since last time. The employees were all very detailed and helpful with the answering of my many questions. The most important to me was the level of kindness they all showed. It is not an easy thing for me to actually seek help with my addiction issues, but they made it comfortable. Her caseworker Annie is absolutely amazing and supportive and her psychiatrist is compassionate and extremely helpful. We were truly lost before we found this support system. The staff is organized and efficient. Registration was easy and visits are always a pleasant experience. We rarely wait and my child’s safety is a priority. I truly can not complain at all.
