I haven't been going here long, but since the first day I was in love with the staff who are very efficient, super kind and always make me feel that I matter. I wanted to give tech Tyler a shout out cause he has been there for me when I needed it he was like a father /big brother to me helped me when I couldn’t help myself gave it to me how it should of been and kept it real!! That tech is my favorite always will be!
My counselor Luciano was the best counselor I could have EVER asked for! He will always remember my hard headed self and I will always remember him, he reminded me many times that I can do this and NEVER EVER Gave up on me when he wanted to many times he kept me head strong through rough times and I will always be grateful and appreciative of him he is by FAR the best counselor I have ever came in contact with!!!!
Ms Kim the director is the most amazing woman that could ever run a program because she along with my counselor gave me a shot many times and would take the time out of her day to speak to me whenever I needed it and I am so grateful for her!! She also is SOOO different from other directors cause she also gets HEAVILY involved in the community works on the units and helps everyone when asked does not push stuff off and she always goes out of her way to help any way she can!!!
Counselor Leslie is also a amazing woman cause she helped me through hard times as well I met her very early on in my stay and she gave a lot of advice on how to become a better person and had faith in me! She is a person who will stand by your side when needed!!!
I also want to give a shout out to tech Brandon , he is a very funny guy and has an amazing heart!! Give great advice when needed and has an open ear when needed as well!!
This place I couldn’t be more grateful for I still stay in contact with them because they played a huge part of me coming out of jail and becoming a turned around young man and I couldn’t ever explain how grateful I am for this place!!

I had some work done on my knee and I was really pleased with every step of the way. The front desk was always sweet and helpful. I got a second opinion from another surgeon at the hospital, which was very helpful and reassuring for me. The surgery day couldn't have gone better. I was irrationally worked up about a lot of things and each nurse / staff was able to provide comfort and reassurance. I wanted to thank everyone and I want to include Charlotte and the anaesthesiologist (i'm sorry i forget his name) for their exceptional support.

This clinic actually treats their patients like they are human beings. Unlike acadias clinics which they own all of the clinics in wv but this one. I haven’t even talked an Acadia clinic in the town I live in but I drive an hour to this clinic just so I don’t have to go to the Clarksburg treatment center.

Medmark most definitely saved my life. When the doctor decided he wasn't giving me my pain medicine any longer because he didn't want to get in trouble (this was 2019) and I didn't know what to do since I have chronic pain from several severe bone breaks. So I called medmark and on my first day of treatment I wasn't worried anymore. I've been going here for over 5 years almost 6 now and they have never made me feel bad for anything they have been nothing but caring and supportive. I really thlnk they have saved my life and lots of other lives as well.

I have been to several clinics and ARS is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. The entire counseling staff is amazing and really cares about each and every patient. The Director, Sharonda, is very personable and is truly a caring person who really goes the extra mile to help you. The nurses are the best I have ever seen and really show their compassion and caring personalities. Its a shame the SAME 2 PATIENTS keep posting negative reviews, because this place truly is a God send and has saved may lives.

It’s unfortunate that the clinic has unhappy patients who write bad reviews because they don’t get their way. The clinic saved my life. The nurses are caring and the new director is extremely nice and always makes herself available for patients. Like most clinics the counselors come and go but there are several that have been there for awhile and are great. My counselor Ann is amazing! No the clinic is not perfect but they care and try. If you’re serious about your recovery ARS is a great place.

CCG has been a very important part of my recovery, both the mental and addiction parts. They offer medication assistance for withdrawals and cravings for opiates. I have an addiction counselor, Tammy, that is amazing! And a therapist, Monica, that helps me tremendously! CCG offers IOP for addiction and mental health. Lauren DeWitt and her teammates at Ascension Recovery Services have gone above and beyond to now help two of my friends. The first for loss of spouse and the other for alcoholism.
They take it very personally as if they were finding treatment for their own family member. Lauren set up a family intervention and even personally flew with my friend to the treatment center.

Today, Region Ten Crisis Unit was the only one to help me. They picked me up and brought me in to see a nurse and doctor. Then, set me up for more help next week! Really a wonderful experience during a crisis for me. It s hard to be positive when abuse is happening, but today Region Ten spent hours deescalating and managing my crisis issues well. It s hard to say: I was raped and in the UVA care unit, I was assaulted by 3 long relationship partners and needed shelter for emergency and care for the physical abuse. Now, my mental health is in crisis after a 7-month roommate situation turned violent. All this past trauma builds up and comes up when new abuse. I was able to get out all the bad, plan for counseling for future mental and physical care. Thank you! Your team even stayed late, and it s nice to know others in crisis can come to you.

I would happily like to update the fact that she no longer works there. That's a great blessing.
My son told his awful therapist exactly what she wanted to hear and committed suicide. He was so much smarter than she was. Huge disappointment. She had to say a cuss word every other word out of her mouth, she was very unprofessional. He was of age so she couldn't speak to us, as parents but in all honesty she was a mom hater. Dad would pick him up and she would speak to him for an hour.

Everyone I have to deal with from the time I walk in and to the time I walk out is very professional uplifting even when you’re having a bad day they make you smile. The front desk ladies are super super nice, I love my therapist I’ve never been able to open up to anyone until I met Donna! She is a number 10 in my book, I highly recommend her if you suffer from extreme PTSD depression. My psychiatrist is wonderful, they always make you feel at home. I would definitely not want to go anywhere else. Brooklane does have a very strict no call no show or if you call within 24 hours of your appointment but I completely understand. If you were looking for a new place to call home therapy Psychiatrist everything they offer this is definitely the right place.

My husband spent 5 days here, was seen by multiple Doctors and NP, but really received a definite diagnosis before leaving, never understood what was the cause of all his problems and there did not seem to be any rhyme not reason to his care, it was all divided into different MD's and he was not given a care manager.

The people that work there are great!! Always trying to help the best they can, trying to build community with amazing events and really showing what a good institution this is. I've been going for over 6 months now and I have to say that everyone is so nice. My counselor has literally saved my life and helped me work through my anxiety.

This program saved my life. I am forever grateful and truly blessed to have been able to come to this program. I have been in many inpatient and outpatient programs over many years in Florida and Maryland- This program gave me structure, balance, cared for ALL of my basic human needs, taught me how to help myself, gave me hope, taught me how to have faith, learned to love myself, be accountable, allowed me to choose what type of network /self help group would work for me, then took a chance on allowing ME to be apart of another incentive type program so I could continue to serve others here at Gail Recovery/ Wells Inc. At some point I have to close this review, But honestly I could go on for pages because with out them- I would have been long gone, or lost. The hardest part was reaching out and asking someone to help me.

This place is saving Lives. They saved mine that's for sure , they set a higher standard then most the other clinics I have experience with and I 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone. Don't believe the stigmas. Methadone maintenance works perfectly if you follow the program the way they suggest it.

The staff at MedMark in Perry is just amazing. I actually enjoy going every day, because it's like going to see family. Ashley is so helpful,she has helped me with so many different programs, I never knew where out there. The nursing staff always has a smile for me .They get to know you on such a personal level,they take the time to ask you about you day and actually listen and remember the stuff going on in your life. They really care about you and your recovery and want to help you in every way.

Great place to go to try togetoff opiates. Great staff and I love my counselor Jeffery very professional and not judgemental at all the nurses are wonderful especially Amy she's probably the best person up there always so pleasant and kind n sweet literally lights up the whol3 room. And they genuinely care if you miss especially Amy they call n check on u to see if ure okay if you're awall.

I stayed here from december 2022 to Jan 2023.
