This plce truly saved my life, i went there for substances other thwn alcohol, at times it can feel like being in high school all over again but at th3 end of the day it just works as long as youre willing to do the work, the staff goes above and beyond and out if their way to help you. The staff is truly amazing and caring and they know how youre feeling as theyve been thru what youre goin thru personally, they will give u the shirt off of their backs, they teach u all of the tools and the skills needed to stay clean and sober, i unfortunstely walked oit aboit a week ahead of time due to my own stupidity but thank god i have 44 days as of the time im writing this.. if god forbid i messed up and got off track and reqlized i needed help asap Harmony Ridge would be the absolute first place i contact, thank you all for helping save me *Barboursville Location*

Im alive because of the treatment center ive been here a little over a year its changed my life i would recommend this place 100% to get help doctor wait sucks but its worth it. Update im 4 years sober now.
2025 New update ill be 10 years sober in January i couldnt be happier. If your thinking about getting help do it give it a try i no longer wake up in pain or having to make "those" phone calls im able to eat breakfast. I can spend time with the people I love. No more bowing to the porcelain god. I can relax and watch a movie without Cravings every 2 sec. I feel free. Its anonymous btw i love the groups. The doctor wait has gotten so much better. They also have subutex its like suboxone an the shot dk the name. Its not just methadone like the description says Plz stay safe out there

Amazing service. Great staff. Just yesterday I had an appointment at this clinic. Afterwards I went to Rural king and dropped a salt lick block on my toe. Worried that it might be broken, I returned to the clinic. As a walk in, I asked the clerk if they do X-rays and explained my situation. She said take a sit, they'll be right with you. Not 10 minutes later, I had my X-ray taken and I was out the door heading home. I am very blessed to have access to this clinic. They do great work and I would recommend this clinic to any veteran in the area.
Amity Treatment Center is a facility with dedicated staff members who care about each and every client. If you need help I highly recommend putting in a referral.
Awful wait and awful bedside manner in the ED. However, our surgeon was phenomenal...and much of the staff were equally phenomenal.

The entire staff has been great. Nothing but good positive things to say. I have been treated with compassion and kindness the 8 days I have been in their care. I will never go anywhere else for health care. The problem was identified quick and treatment began immediately. Thank you to the entire staff for the taking such good care of me.
Great flexibility. I mess my appointment times up regularly and they have never given me any greif for it, and always get me in with no trouble. The staff is friendly and super supportive. Both of these are not typical for these clinics, in my experience. Spero is a breath of fresh air. I look forward to talking to everyone.

Been to multiple different clinic, this is by far the best one I've been to (except maybe the one I had to pay $300 a month for, but cash buys kindness and Drs that care). If you or a loved one wants help and have at Medicaid. Go here, Brightview keeps you on average of 3 hours and you'll have a new counselor every other week and have to basically restart your progress.

Took my husband there everyone is so welcoming & kind. The environment is also peaceful he really likes coming here.

I have a friend who is helped by this facility. They are WONDERFUL about taking your calls and addressing immediate problems. Other places in Charleston (a particular doctor who has since retired) never helped them like this place does. Erin Neff in particular is wonderful and does a beautiful job!

Clean and clear is the best place I've been through, as addict I can say this place definitely works and they whole heartaly care about the residents and will go over and beyond to help and get you anything you need. The BHTs/staff are also recovered addicts and know how it is so I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone looking for a change even if your behind bars give em a call you never know might just mess around and find out.

I really appreciate clean and clear rehab for all they have help with they have a special group staff there they will treat you like a person and not look at you like a drug addict as well as having 3 good meals a day nice rooms to really make you feel at home and a nice gym also

My son was taken by ambulance to this facility in Parkersburg West Virginia. We were out of state and this was our first emergency visit with our son. The staff was amazing and the Dr was the same! Our son ended up landing himself with four stitches in his forehead and as it was a very traumatic situation the staff was very reassuring and provided the utmost care and support. We were out of state 6 hours away and completely lost on what to do who to trust and the team gave me such relief to trust them with our baby boy. They did such a phenomenal job and he is doing great.

I work and volunteer in the mental health/addiction field. For sure, MOVFH is the top long term recovery program in WV. These guys do an amazing job working with those wanting out of the cycle of addiction!! I’ve seen miracles evolve from their programming!! Excellent job Patrice, Brenda, Steve, and ALL of you who make this program work!!!!

They have helped me get my life back on track. The staff are the most caring and understanding people. They give there everything to assure that you have the best opportunity to succeed in your everyday life. I have been blessed with the chance to be a part of this journey and to learn more and more about the things that I can do to be a better person and to make a difference in my life and the lives of the people who I come into contact with in my everyday life. The Mid Ohio Valley Fellowship Home is more than just a place to work on your recovery program it's a place where you can work on you.
Can't thank the girls enough for helping me through my hard times and helping me get to a good place. Still lots to do and I wouldn't go anywhere else 😀👍👍♥
5 stars no doubt!!! Staff is WONDERFUL!!! Every time I go in to that office, especially in the last few weeks, every lady in that place is working their tail off. Although some feel differently about certain situations, I have come to understand the importance of remembering that they do have to follow the laws and do as they're requested to do. From my experience in this office, they care a very great deal about their patients. Every issue I have had in that office, I have had the privilege of talking with Mr. Steve Sams which has done a stunning job listening to every issue I would present to him. This is an absolutely wonderful business (of course has some flaws just like any other place) with very, very hard working staff that does everything they possibly can to take care of their patients. Unfortunately I've heard that the office will be closing next week, so so sad to see it go!!!!

I needed help with alcohol and PTSD, and the therapist here was able to help with both. I had the chance to really talk through things. They have a lot of experience working with vets like me, so that was a plus.

Love my services here. My dr. Listens to me and takes into consideration to what I have to say about my health. Front desk services could be a little more organized. But other than that love it here
I have used this medical facility since 1993. The vast majority of my experiences there have been positive. Easy access and on time appointments. Staff are knowledgeable, courteous, professional and treat me with the utmost respect. I would recommend the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center to any veteran who needs medical services.

i don’t normally like the VA, but best VA service i’ve ever had. first blood work appointment and they allowed me to be seen for something that came up on the fly. asked for a benefits book, and was given someone’s personal pamphlet. was taken aback.
I love the Clarksburg Spero Health because of the staff. Ambra is a great person with an awesome personality for the company. She is compassionate and understanding. Ambra is very nice and will treat you like a friend while still remaining professional.

HRS is where all my recovery seeds were planted more than 18 years ago. I went to Bassett House willing at 15. The staff at HRS and Bassett were AMAZING! The nurse from Bassett is still in my contacts to this day! Has it been easy? No. Has it been worth ot. Yes! I would highly reccomend! The aftercare will be just as crutial!
