I graduated from harmony Ridge three days ago and my experience there was absolutely amazing from the staff to the clients. Everybody was beyond friendly and helpful and helped me get to where I needed to be in my recovery, Beyond thankful for Kiara, Adele, Amber and Brooke along with my therapist Melody and case manager Sara. honestly it’s really hard to name everybody who helped me it Was unfathomable the amount of love I received my whole time being there. The facility is in a beautiful wooded area with lots of recreational activities from fishing to going to the park and hiking around the lake. I couldn’t be more thankful for my experience there and them helping me get my aftercare Set up so I can have the opportunity to live again. Thank you so much harmony ridge and if you’re considering getting treatment, I highly recommend starting with them.

I know without a shout of a doubt that I wouldn't be here today to leave this review with out these wonderful people. The staff genuinely care about the clients...the food was five star the staff was five star..The most important thing is they believe in you when nobody else does and they get you to believe in your self...God forbid I don't wanna go threw treatment again but if for some unforseen reason I end back in treatment that's the place im going. Im am forever in there debt...thank you for showing me I was worth. Thank you for believing in me!

I’m here from San Diego nearly 12 months now and pleasantly surprised! Provider is very attentive, hands on and involved. She cares and has an immense amt of patience. It doesn’t hurt she’s also very soft spoken and kind- I am incredibly grateful! Overall entire staff goes above and beyond when they’re able. In fact usually willingly and eagerly! They love to help. Family oriented and safe as well. Nurses Katie Lisa Tiffany beautiful time management skills and compassionate towards others most importantly they show up and work their bootys off!! Underpaid overworked I’m sure like all over healthcare unfortunately. It makes me sad bc they deserve the most!!! Executive Team- Honestly not being rude but past experiences wasn’t so hopeful. Most professional well rounded and most helpful I’ve ever witnessed honestly. HEIDI/ JAN I believe a few others long beautiful brown hair she was pregnant very reserved and polite herself as well. CHRISTY THE MANAGER- Always accountable can depend and trust her. Amazing woman incredible soul really tries to work with patience. Kali COUNSELOR- I am truly growing to like her and I think her guidance I’m becoming more open to and trusting with hoping to result in better success in my future. Im alive because of the treatment center ive been here a little over a year its changed my life i would recommend this place 100% to get help doctor wait sucks but its worth it. Update im 4 years sober now. 2025 New update ill be 10 years sober in January i couldnt be happier. If your thinking about getting help do it give it a try i no longer wake up in pain or having to make "those" phone calls im able to eat breakfast. I can spend time with the people I love. No more bowing to the porcelain god. I can relax and watch a movie without Cravings every 2 sec. I feel free. Its anonymous btw i love the groups. The doctor wait has gotten so much better. They also have subutex its like suboxone an the shot dk the name. Its not just methadone like the description says Plz stay safe out there

Amazing service. Great staff. Just yesterday I had an appointment at this clinic. Afterwards I went to Rural king and dropped a salt lick block on my toe. Worried that it might be broken, I returned to the clinic. As a walk in, I asked the clerk if they do X-rays and explained my situation. She said take a sit, they'll be right with you. Not 10 minutes later, I had my X-ray taken and I was out the door heading home. I am very blessed to have access to this clinic. They do great work and I would recommend this clinic to any veteran in the area.

I am not nor have I ever been a patient here but my fiancé was in 2021, if anyone has had this similar experience please respond but it seems unlikely. He started January 25,2021 and ended in May of same year. There were mentions of certain persons on day 1 until ending and date and him never thinking I’d know of his conversations in therapy never thought I’d know or find out, but for a reason of probation he needed papers printed out in order to show progress of treatment. He said that upon asking for these documents he believed that what was actually said in therapy was not what had been recorded and transferred into the papers he received back bc in these papers it proved of infidelity. The day he started his therapy a name was released from him and that day just happened to be the same day we had court for the sentencing of my daughters murderer that had only died1 year previous. (Very difficult time) In his defense he stated that they lied (Brightview) and he never said anything about starting a new relationship with this woman bc it’s “not allowed”and that brightview was known for the dislike of some patients to others and that the therapists had been known to falsify statements in patients records out of spite. As you can imagine he is no longer my fiancé nor friend bc it didn’t seem feasible. 11 years together and this one thing tore us apart, please understand my concern.

I spent nearly 2 weeks in this hospitol in January and another 3 weeks in March. The nurses and doctors took excellent care of me. This was not continuous , it was a total of 5 stays. The only real complaint I had is the fact that I was on a clear or full liquids diet for most of my stay and being a diabetic there were not a lot of choices for me. I kept my door shut always because of noise so I never heard anything. Thank you for much for your excellent care of me. I had a couple of meltdowns and they stayed calm and calmed me down with their caring attitudes

I have a friend who is helped by this facility. They are WONDERFUL about taking your calls and addressing immediate problems. Other places in Charleston (a particular doctor who has since retired) never helped them like this place does. Erin Neff in particular is wonderful and does a beautiful job!

Clean and clear is the best place I've been through, as addict I can say this place definitely works and they whole heartaly care about the residents and will go over and beyond to help and get you anything you need. The BHTs/staff are also recovered addicts and know how it is so I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone looking for a change even if your behind bars give em a call you never know might just mess around and find out.

CCMC is the best. They really care. The nurses and doctors give you the care that love gives. They always treat you with respect. It's not just a job they go to everyday. They love what they do and it shows.

I have a loved one there and they have absolutely been great. These guys do an amazing job working with those wanting out of the cycle of addiction!! I’ve seen miracles evolve from their programming!! 5 stars no doubt!!! Staff is WONDERFUL!!! Every time I go in to that office, especially in the last few weeks, every lady in that place is working their tail off. Although some feel differently about certain situations, I have come to understand the importance of remembering that they do have to follow the laws and do as they're requested to do. From my experience in this office, they care a very great deal about their patients. Every issue I have had in that office, I have had the privilege of talking with Mr. Steve Sams which has done a stunning job listening to every issue I would present to him. This is an absolutely wonderful business (of course has some flaws just like any other place) with very, very hard working staff that does everything they possibly can to take care of their patients. Unfortunately I've heard that the office will be closing next week, so so sad to see it go!!!!

If you have state funded Medicaid, please, come to the clinic, get on methadone and get your life back. Don't put your loved ones through more worrying whether or not the next time you OD will be your last if nobody is nearby to narcan you. I can say for certain that the nurses, doctors, counselors, and staff each had a hand in saving my life, I'll be forever grateful to them at CCTC. It may take you a while to get your takehomes if you continue to use while going to the clinic, but there are also trip forms that will reimburse your gas mileage for every day that you come in. I have no complaints for the staff, they are doing the best that they can, my visit is normally in and out within 20-30 mins even with takehomes and drug screen. Jessika always has 100 other things going on, but she has always made time for me when I needed help with anything, always very nice and professional. Thank you for giving me my life back. God bless the staff, every patient, and their families.

I was at arrows passage for 3 days before I had to go to the emergency room, I was admitted and a txt the staff to let them knw to secure my property and it was stated that my property was secured. I had 3 surgeries and was released from the hospital 8 days later. I spoke with the staff to retrieve my property and was brought not 1% of my property. 1200$ worth, it's been over a month and a half and I still haven't been reimbursed for my property. It seems like the staff are avoiding me and not taking responsibility for what there responsibility for which is disturbing seeing my insurance payed for me to be there and my property should of been secured. My next steps will allow my attorneys to get involved and if need be allow the courts to step in. You was responsibility for my property and the courts will agree ,so if this is the process your willing to take im willing to oblige. My next step is to also go to the treatment board to explain how they allow people on probation to facilitate over seeing clients as well as allowing active addicts to watch over people who are trying to recover in there programs. This treatment center is the worst place for a addict to try to recover in. Im also willing to take my complaint further to get this facility investigated. Alls I wanted was my property, but there about to turn this into a full blown investigation, that they will not be able to clean up. I have affidavits to prove all that im saying.This is nothing but a insurance scheme and im will to also provide documents to prove this as well. So owner Dante , thanks for ignoring me.

My man came here he was supposed to stay for 30days but he was there for 3days and he had to go to the ER he had gallbladder stones so the hospital kept him. He called Arrow Recovery to tell them they are keeping him and he asked if they put his clothes and shoes and food up. They lied and said yes they put his stuff up. A week later after he got out of the hospital he went back to Arrow Recovery and all of his stuff was gone. He had very expensive clothes and shoes just for someone to steal all his stuff. Now since they lied and said they put his stuff up and will not answer his calls we are now getting a lawyer.
