I found my experience at Rio retreat to be extremely powerful. I have worked in this field and a number of the educational concepts were known to me already. Nonetheless when I did the experiential work it was powerful and transformative. Just a couple days later I continue to find new insights and connections with the childhood issues that I need help addressing. The staff was remarkably insightful and gifted. The program information was up-to-date and directly relevant to my needs. Intake was easy even though I signed up at the last minute I received a lot of support getting everything taken care of including figuring out transportation etc. etc.

Soberman’s estate saved my life and the staff was tremendously amazing. I deeply appreciate their commitment to assisting individuals battling with depression and other addictions. Thank you Brady, Trish, Janice, Jody, Allen and the entire staff.

My partner spent 9 weeks here last fall. Having tried other inpatient and outpatient programs, I can say that Soberman's truly helped him discover what life was worth living for. The staff and the care they provide are top-notch. I think this place truly saved his life. From a family perspective, I really appreciated how they included me and others in his family in his care. The family support calls and the ability to do family therapy sessions helped me understand his journey better, but to also understand my role in all of this. Overall, I can't recommend Soberman's enough; we are grateful to be a part of their community!

Very professional, great counselors, and a very good learning experience. Gave me structure and coping skills. Additionally, the psychiatric counseling was top notch.

When it came to the realization I needed help to overcome my addiction, I ended up choosing to go to Sobermans. I couldn't have been more grateful for this choice and the experience. I can't say enough about the accommodations, setting, and food. However those things mean nothing without the proper staff. The best thing about Sobermans is their people. The care I received from each and every member of staff there was overwhelming. I've since returned for some aftercare and Alumni events, and upon my return, it feels like home. I would highly recommend Sobermans for any man that needs help with addiction or getting your mind cleared. I promise, if you put in the effort that their staff does, you will leave different person!

Helped me a lot .

It was an amazing experience and wonderful days spent.

My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

I don't even know where to start!! From speaking with Sandy at intake to all the staff at both residential and PHP everyone was amazing!! I was so nervous coming in and not knowing what to expect but if you stick with it and stay you will not regret it!! Everyone who works here is amazing and deserving of 5 stars!! Their kindness, attentiveness, knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm topped the charts!! I found my tribe here and I cant say Thank You enough!!! Makes me cry just typing this out because this place and all the staff, the entire team is phenomenal!! I miss my family here and I am and will forever be grateful for their help and the difference they have made in my life!!! This journey for me is one I am proud of and I hope if you are considering Fountain Hills you take the leap of faith and call them! Do it for YOU!! YOU are worthy of the life you dream about!!

Despite my obstinate reluctance to participate in this type of therapy, the staff has been extremely confident and flexible in finding a way to help me. I am still surprised and very grateful for their commitment and sincerity. They really have helped in a direct and tangible fashion in a very short time. I never would have guessed that I would end up with such gratitude and respect for the people and process I have been gifted with. I offer my best wishes for all those who sacrifice so much to help and serve to foster recovery and wellness for others. Somehow, even I seem to be worth the effort from such generous folk. My inability to fathom anything that could justify the time spent with me by such wonderous people does not diminish my gratitude for the effects of the education, caring and results achieved.

I was a client at Fountain Hills Recovery at the beginning 2025, and I felt compelled to leave a review about my time there. During my stay, I received treatment for Alcohol and actively participated in all components of the residential treatment program, including group therapy, individual therapy, and psychiatric therapy. The staff was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of taking back control of your life, and their care and kindness was well above what I expected to receive. The home I stayed in was always well stocked with food of your choosing, and the meals that were provided were well balanced and hit high marks from the chef that prepared them daily for us. Besides the great accommodations in place, the treatment I received was highly beneficial and had led me to know reach a 6 month milestone of living a sober and clean life. I am thankful for my decision to choose Fountain Hills and would recommend it to anyone who is serious about making decisions that will shape their future for the better.

Excellent staff

Rude staff, money centric, and an absolute circus.

Don't expect your loved one to be safe at this facility. They just let my fiance get upset and walk out without any regard for her safety. They made no notification to me or her caseworker. She had no phone (because she wasn't allowed to bring one) and is still missing somewhere in Phoenix. Oh I didn't mention we live in casa grande. I made a trip there myself to get to the bottom of this and the place is a joke. A circus with no security that seems to be run by the inmates there!

If it wasn't for parent care I would have never been able to get my kids back or be the better person that I am today! They helped me with better parenting skills but I was able to fight my addiction and I have been sober since July 1st 2021. Special shout out to Shawna my counselor and Jessica my therapist. Also thank you all the other counselors and teachers for your amazing support through one of the most difficult times of my life.

Great staff and invaluable lessons for recovery, relationships, personal development, self esteem and parenting classes. 👏 Been here twice, with a break in between, but so glad to come back and be welcomed with open arms and without judgment as a person, an addict and a first time mother going through the many challenges that come with that and other traumatic life events. Thanks so much! If you are in doubt, try it, if you want to improve your life perspective, try it, if you left and still want a helping community, try to come back and give it another shot. I was admitted 04/22/24. Recovering from opioid addiction. This was my second time around. However, this time I put in a maximum effort in every group along with every assignment..I wanted to be successful in my recovery. I was warmly greeted and got down to business. It's is amazing what we can accomplish with a open mind, trusting heart and a willing spirit. The staff was incredible.. truthful.. and actually cared. Currently I am 92 days sober...no wants or desires ...or cravings. I strongly recommend Mrs Sherry " pain group " it is intense....but it had such a profound effect in my life. If you need help.. reach out, HVRC is in the top 20 centers in the nation I usually don't do reviews.... Every word is true and heartfelt... It feels weird posting a review of a rehab, facility, huh? Well, if it helps make anyone feel more comfortable and confident in seeking help, I guess it's worth it. I did a medical detox from benzos here. The staff are all wonderful, caring people, who take good care of you and try to keep you comfortable and safe. With their treatment, I felt no withdrawal symptoms and aside from some drowsiness, no side effects. The only possible complaint I have is the food, but it kept me nutritionally satisfied, and that's enough. It's not a vacation. If you feel like you need to make a change in your life, or got referred by your doctor or a family member, I fully recommend the place. Recovery is hard, but they'll do their best to make the initial (and scariest, IMO) detox process as easy and comfortable as possible.

Best detox I’ve been to felt welcomed as soon as I walked in Ashley is awesome. Super funny and cool Awesome friendly staff. Definitely would return and recommend to anyone trying to better themselves and get a head start in sobriety Nice comfy theater w/recliners & Great food too!!!

Ashley made this visit very comfortable, she literally made this place. It can get boring but you got to stick it out….. FYI the microwave meals suck ass but occasionally, you get a good one.

The group processing has been life changing for me. I’m getting so much from what I’m learning about the disease of alcoholism and how to how much alcohol has Distorted Reality. I’m learning to face life and how using alcohol to escape problems has only made my life easier.

My daughter is currently here. We are from out of state and sending her somewhere that I had not been able to see or meet the people there was more than scary for her and for me!! All I can say up to this point is that all our fears are gone. It is everything they claim it is online and more. She is being supported in every single way possible. From addressing her addiction, her mental health, physical health, everything. The facility reaches out to me weekly to give me updates on her as well. I have had alot of experience with rehabs and know that it's rare when you get ALL of these things or that what it claims it is online, isn't what it is when you get there. I just wanted to let anyone else that is in the position I was about sending your child there sight unseen, to know that you are making an excellent choice in choosing Wolf Creek, they are an amazing place!!
