Healing Pines is an amazing place. Not only are the staff courteous and professional, but the serenity and atmosphere of healing in the foothills of the Rockies is unmatched. The culture of recovery, stability and coaching is phenomenal and the alumni events for past clients lends this place a enormous sense of family and belonging. I would not be this well-equipped for life and have developed life-long relationships if it wasn't for HPR. From staff check ins, follow-on programs and on-site resources this is a top notch center that has an inclusive curriculum, as well as great on-site amenities for recreation, physical and mental well-being. Staff are caring, thoughtful and invested in the recovery process with every client that comes through. I am truly grateful to both the staff, coaches and clients that I befriended through HPR. I cannot recommend this place enough for people struggling with substance, mental or other struggles as a place of calm and recovery oriented services.

A completely transformative experience. I arrived not knowing what to expect. Within the first hour at the ranch I was on the path to becoming my authentic self. The staff is amazing. When I came to Healing Pines, I knew I was ready to start a road to recovery from my 25 year long battle with alcohol addiction. From the moment I arrived at intake, I was taken care of and made to feel welcomed and loved. My 30 days at this beautiful ranch was marked by huge breakthroughs, great camaraderie, and a fantastic curriculum focused on the body, mind, and spirit. HPR is a place where you’re not a number, you’re a human being who is cared for in all facets of recovery. The house is in a beautiful setting with tons of recreational activities (if you don’t play pickleball already, you’re gonna learn here!). You’ll learn about everything from why you drink/use, to dealing with emotions, communication, and relapse prevention. The classroom sessions are immensely valuable, but so is the time you’ll spend getting to know your counselors and fellow brothers in the house. The friendships I made here, along with the progress I made in my early recovery, are things I’ll never forget or take for granted. If you or a loved one is looking to finally get clean and sober, Healing Pines should be number one on your list. You’ll appreciate the high level of care both during AND after your time here. Thank you so much to Paul and the entire staff for giving me the opportunity to take a hard reset and get myself headed in the right direction. I will forever be grateful!

The staff truly cares about their patients and provided care that met my needs. The whole program exceeded my expectations and I can't thank everyone enough for the impact they made on my life and mental health. Deciding to seek treatment was not an easy thing for me but I am so glad I chose Footprints to Recovery. It wasn't all just sitting around doing therapy all day and we got the chance to do yoga, art and music therapy, and also go outdoors with Adventure Recovery. Footprints was an absolutely stellar facility to go to after completing inpatient addiction treatment. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. If you are struggling with any substance abuse, I highly recommend seeking help with Footprints. They will absolutely get you back on your feet.

I read all the reviews before entering the facility three weeks ago. I have to do a major shout out to the staff to the doctors to the residence everyone. Banyan saved my life. This was my first inpatient program that was long overdue. Leaving felt like I was leaving my family. A huge shout out to my therapist Madison. I could not have asked for a better therapist. That only is she an exemplary therapist, but she truly cares about her clients. I will miss everyone at this facility. Thank you Banyan for giving me a brand new look on life and the tools in order to handle difficult situations in order to keep my sobriety.

Went here for detox and it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was very attentive. Bre, one of the case managers was very helpful and addressed all my needs while there. She helped facilitate the entire process of my after-care plan. My first time at New directions for families Valley hope was a safe secure program that supported me through the rough time of my recovery and allowing me recovery with my son and helped me build myself individually as well as a parent. Great way to keep your recovery and sobriety going. Learning new tips and tricks, meeting new people who are going through the same "out on your own" challenge makes it so much easier. Our counselor Sydney is great. From games to keep you engaged to smaller groups that help everyone connect more and feel more interactive with the group. I highly recommend taking advantage of IOP.

If I could give Valley Hope more than five stars, I would. My husband spent 30 days at Valley Hope, and it truly changed his life. He came out with hope, the tools to stay sober, and a completely different outlook on life. We recentlt attended his one-year Renewal celebration, where he received the recovery cup he made during treatment. Hearing him and the other alumni share their stories was incredibly moving. It was a powerful reminder of the life-changing work Valley Hope does every day. The alumni luncheon that followed was a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in recovery and celebrate everyone's successes. The staff is amazing and treats everyone with compassion, respect, and encouragement while still holding them accountable. Recovery takes commitment and hard work, but Valley Hope gives them the foundation they need to be successful. Our family will be forever grateful to the staff at Valley Hope for giving my husband a second chance at life. We truly believe they helped save his life. I was an inpatient at Denver Springs during a mental health crisis this summer, and I want to say plainly what I have said to people since: it is the best facility I have been to. What stood out was that the place actually tried to help. That sounds like a low bar. It is not. I have been through enough of these to know the difference between somewhere that manages you and somewhere that treats you, and this was the second one. Their Help for Heroes program — for veterans, active duty and first responders — is genuinely good, and not just in the brochure sense. The staff took it seriously that I am a veteran and that it changed what I needed. They also worked hard to accommodate my dietary restrictions, which is the kind of small thing a lot of places do not bother with and which tells you how they treat everything else. One piece of advice from having been there: if you or someone you love is at risk, decide in advance where you would go. Making that decision during a crisis is the worst possible time to make it. Denver Springs would be my answer, and I am glad it was.

Really good. Doctors were terrific staff was mostly great. Only problem when I was released my 100.00 sun glasses were gone from my property even though they were on the inventory list .total BS called them back and they just hang up . Terrible end to a great experience

Place has treated me well and everyone including the doctor were understanding and respectful. But I’m not gonna lie, I keep getting calls from their billing office. Called back once to talk to the person who kept calling me. Left a voicemail to let me know when it will be a great time to call back. Never called back. And when she did, standard same message as the first time when I wanted to try and pay. But after that, life got busy and I’m not gonna call back. Billing department is a bit of a mess in my opinion. I’ll wait till it gets to a collection agency and I’ll go from there.

They have helped me with absolutely everything! And I mean absolutely everything! they were a godsend for me! From therapy to medication to a case manager to helping me with rides and doctors they even found a way for me to get my medication delivered. You can also do all this over the phone on zoom so you don't have to worry about getting there if you don't have a ride. Everyone is so kind and friendly! And they take Medicaid which made everything free to me and it pretty much saved my life! Thank you guys Keep up a good work! 💜 🙏 They really do want to help you and they helped me with stuff I didn't even know I needed help with and they were able to accommodate all kinds of stuff for me Thank you guys!

This program changed my life. It was one hell of a journey and a struggle for me in sobriety for a long time in the program for over a year. I was angry, hopeless, and full of fear but the counselors and the others around me and the people at cornerstone saw something me that I didn’t see in myself, hope. They never gave up on me, had SO much love and patience for me even after the many times I took everything for granted and should have been told to leave and never to come back. They continued to have my back and without all my peers and the counselors continuous support I would have never made it to where I am now In my recovery. I’ve found comfort in my own skin, I’m okay with feeling my emotions, I longer feel like I’m surviving but instead I feel alive, I’ve gained a lot of confidence within, I am happy, and I love my life again and I never thought I would ever gain what I’ve gained through recovery without using drugs. I’m so grateful for what cornerstone has done for me and continue to do so.

I find just reviewing these people comments they think they are pissed they didn't get what they wanted, they are not pill mills. They are not that type of doctors office. I have been on the same meds the entire time I have been there and they have kept my scripts with a monthly follow up. I highly recommend and plan to never leave this office. Staff is blunt but not rude neither , is Dr.Warren. A++. All of them are on the ball, just be real with them and they will be real with you. I am not a employee, just telling people give them a chance and understand how to navigate the telehealth and video visits. Don't miss appointments, they extremely mindful and they always aware of who with Healow compass portal and it directs you call in to higher up or people that your number is flagged based on the priority status and urgency. Again all the physicians are in mind the most caring physicians.

This is the best place I have ever gone for Alcohol Education and treatment all thanks to one of the counselors here! His name is Doc and he teaches one of the classes each week. So if you need to finish alcohol education and treatment come here and ask for Doc to be your counselor. He does handwriting analysis and tells you all about your life from your signature!
