My expieriance here at this facility has been absolutely amazing. I have learned way more than expected and have changed my perspective on life itself. Bre and Megan as my case managers have been and absolute delight and have set me up for success. My therapist Madison has also been wonderful and taught me how to manage my emotions and anger. I would recommend this facility to most everyone. It isn't for everyone. Therapy isn't for people who want it, It's not for people who need it, It's for people who DO it.

Peaks Recovery Center has truly been a life-changing experience for me. Coming into Peaks, I knew I needed a change, but I didn’t fully understand how much this place and the people here would impact my life. The staff genuinely care about the people they work with, and they create an environment where you can actually focus on getting better, figuring yourself out, and building a better life. What really stood out to me was the sense of community. You aren't treated like just another person going through a program. You build real connections with the other guys, share experiences, laugh together, struggle together, and encourage each other to keep moving forward. Those relationships became a huge part of my recovery. The staff have been supportive, patient, and willing to meet me where I was at. They helped me look at things differently and gave me tools that I can take with me long after leaving Peaks. I'm leaving with a completely different mindset than I had when I walked through the doors. I know recovery is something I have to continue working on every day, but Peaks gave me a foundation, the tools, and the confidence to keep doing it. I'm extremely grateful for the experience, the staff, and especially the people I met along the way. If you're considering Peaks Recovery Center, I honestly can't recommend it enough. 5 stars all day. Thank you, Peaks, for helping me become a better version of myself.

Peaks will forever hold a place in my heart. If you are looking for help with depression, addiction, alcoholism, trauma, anxiety, body image issues… you name it. This is the place that will not only help you, they will LOVE you through it! From the moment I called, I felt loved and cared for. Angela - You are an Angel! Angela kept in contact with me several times a day until I was on a plane to CO. As soon as I got there, Katie picked me up from the airport, she was a doll! She made me feel so comfortable going in. I met with a few staff members, and stayed in “detox” for 2 days. When I first got to the Women’s house, I met Miss. Pat - She’s the most incredible woman I’ve ever met. I’ll never forget her. EVER. I went in for Trauma and Depression. Within 7-10 days, I could tell my life was changing. I had never felt this good in my life. Chris, Bobbie, and his team hired a staff that is like nothing I would have ever imagined. From the Director (Sara), Doctors, Therapists/Counselors (Kate, Madi, Shayna, Sam), PA’s (Alyson), Gym Instructors (Nicole and Dan), my caseworker, Tyler, the chef, Taylor, and the staff (Miss. Pat, Cassie, Leah, Kayla, Mariano, Julie, and Cheyanne), - They are all AMAZING! Everyone has a heart of gold! Each week in group they discuss a topic. The topics discussed are LIFE CHANGING! There are things in life that you think you know, you don’t. I learned so much in group and I’ll hold onto that info for life. I also met with my Therapist/Counselor Kate, 2-3x a week. Kate is part of the reason I am who I am today. ❤️ I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for a place that will truly save your life, Peaks is where you want to go. Sandstone is an overall good program. My child learned a lot and made a lot of progress dyeing his time here. The facility has great staff who really care. The parent support group is a valuable support with lots of good information as well as giving parents a space eith other parents who know what it's like. I would recommend Sandstone at Cascade to any family battling with addiction and mental health.

I reached a point where I realized that if I didn’t make a serious change, eventually addiction was going to leave me with nothing left to lose. That realization is what brought me to Healing Pines Recovery. What makes Healing Pines special is how personal the experience is. The therapists, counselors, staff, and ownership genuinely care about you and take the time to know you as a person. They challenged me when I needed it, supported me when I needed it, and helped me understand that recovery is about much more than simply staying sober. It’s about taking an honest look at yourself, rebuilding your life, and becoming the person you want to be. You absolutely get out of this program what you’re willing to put into it. Healing Pines creates an environment where you can be honest, vulnerable, and comfortable enough to address the things that brought you there in the first place. One of the things I’ll remember most about Healing Pines is the sense of community. I came in expecting treatment, but I didn’t expect the friendships, conversations, laughter, and genuine connections I made along the way. I left Healing Pines with gratitude, meaningful friendships, a better understanding of myself, and tools I intend to carry with me for the rest of my life. If you’re reading reviews because you or someone you love needs help, you don’t have to have everything figured out. You just have to be willing to walk through the door and start doing the work. Healing Pines is an amazing place. Not only are the staff courteous and professional, but the serenity and atmosphere of healing in the foothills of the Rockies is unmatched. The culture of recovery, stability and coaching is phenomenal and the alumni events for past clients lends this place a enormous sense of family and belonging. I would not be this well-equipped for life and have developed life-long relationships if it wasn't for HPR. From staff check ins, follow-on programs and on-site resources this is a top notch center that has an inclusive curriculum, as well as great on-site amenities for recreation, physical and mental well-being. Staff are caring, thoughtful and invested in the recovery process with every client that comes through. I am truly grateful to both the staff, coaches and clients that I befriended through HPR. I cannot recommend this place enough for people struggling with substance, mental or other struggles as a place of calm and recovery oriented services.

During a time of severe postpartum depression, I was inpatient at Peak View twice. They are overall a very solid place to receive care. The facility is clean, the food is good, and overall the staff is very kind. (There are a few staff members who were a bit rude but mostly the people are nice). They keep things well organized and they have a nice balance between groups and down time. They are strict in what is allowed in. I had shoes that had a very small amount of elastic they did not allow in and then lost upon discharge. The second time I was there, I was wearing sweats (no hood or strings) before I changed into paper scrubs at the hospital I was transferred from. They held my clothes in contraband the entire time with no explanation. This led to me having to be discharged in paper scrubs. They specialize in acute (short term) care. Both times I have been in, I was rushed out before I truly felt ready to leave. The time my clothes were held in contraband, one of the techs reassured me that I would have time to change into clothes but the nurse who discharged me just rushed me out the door because my ride was waiting. I understand they have a high turnover of patients but it felt so weird and impersonal. But overall, this place is a good place to receive stabilization in a time of crisis. They are well stocked, well organized, and the units are more comfortable than other places I have been.

People on here aren't giving this place justice. The food is on point. You or your loved ones will be treated effectively. The treatment throughout the day is exactly what you would want in a behavior health center. The doctors and staff that I seen were all professional. 9 out of 10 times I'm guessing they are doing their best. Which is exceptional. Give better reviews

I have been to many places to help my mental health, and this by far is the most kind and understanding I have been to. They listened and also helped me get things done that were incredibly hard to do. I can understand why it has low ratings as sometimes some places are not a fit for most. All the staff I interacted with, specifically the mental health technician such as Cole, Courtney, Ite, and the social worker Whitney, and Dr. Laura Williams were excellent. They were all so kind. I was happy with the treatment plan they made with me too. There aren't a lot of groups in the facility, so definitely bring your own books or activities. They let you bring your phone in too!

There are moments in life when you feel completely lost, broken, and unsure if things will ever get better. When I came to this recovery center, I was at one of those moments. I was struggling not only with addiction but also with finding hope for my future. Looking back now, I can honestly say that this program changed—and quite possibly saved—my life. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) gave me much more than treatment. It gave me the tools to understand myself, heal from my past, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. The counselors and staff genuinely cared about me as a person, not just as a client. They challenged me when I needed it, supported me when I felt weak, and never gave up on me, even when I struggled to believe in myself. What made this program so special was the sense of community and connection. For the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel alone. I was surrounded by people who understood what I was going through and who encouraged me every step of the way. Through group sessions, counseling, and the support of the staff, I learned that recovery is possible and that I deserved a better life. The entire staff of A New Hope Counseling is beyond professional and really treats you like family. They truly do care about your health (mentally and physically) but care even more about your sobriety afterwards. With multiple options and flexible times to come back whether it be for serious help, someone to talk to, or just to pop in and say hi because sometimes that is all you need. They all have been quite literally lifesavers for myself and I know many others feel the same. I don't normally play favorites but Reena is the kindest most caring person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting with. Without her and her staff I have no clue where I would be nowadays. I would highly recommend A New Hope Counseling to anyone looking for support with maintaining their sobriety or looking for positive outcome with anything that is court ordered. I would even give them bonus points for having very competitive fees, that is if for some odd reason they won't work with your insurance. I give them an overall 15/10!
