This is the agency I recommend to people seeking help with addictions. I am a therapist who has worked with Thresholds for several years. They are more than competent, more than compassionate. I've worked with several area programs, training therapists and administrators in trauma-informed practices. Thresholds is the best of them.

My adolescent daughter is currently in the DBH outpatient program. She is taking mandatory anti-psychotic meds and every time her meds come up for renewal the staff at DBH takes their sweet time handling it. Last time they took 5 days to get her medications prior authorizations approved. She nearly relapsed. This time I was given excuses. When I stated that making excuses for their failures was unacceptable, Amy, the manager for outpatient, told me that she wasn't making excuses and that they have a lot of paperwork involved with prior authorizations and they have a lot of patients. So, two more excuses.🙃 Then she decides to blame shift and point the finger at me saying, "you requested it to be filled roo soon". No, I called y'all to make sure you didn't mess up like last time. You know, to get the ball rolling so there wouldn't be another 5 day gap between her meds. I expect you to do the job you signed up for, not make excuses for your lack of professionalism and shift the blame. Blame shifting isn't the vibe, y'all. I don't want to hear the generic, cookie cutter response DBH posts to the low reviews. The recorded phone call is all I need while y'all pretend to gaf.

Everyone was friendly and I didn't feel like anyone was looking down on me. I was scared, in withdrawal, and most of all feeling down on myself for my choices. I wish I could afford the ride there everyday.

This place gave me a reason to live and the beginning of a new sober life. I didnt get my life back I got a new life with my kids,husband and family that is amazing a year later. I'm still in connections doing weekly groups and love it!

The receptionist(s) are very easy to talk with and the providers are very understanding and easy to work with.

My Fiance have been coming to Teen Challenge for over a year . The staff is always friendly, helpful and cheerful. One in particular, named Amy, is very kind. She treats us warmly and friendly every time. We visit twice a month. I look forward to finding great buys from furniture and house decorations. Your blessed to have such talented people.

They are not consistent there is always something different every single time I go in & they keep messing up my days I get my take home’s & it’s getting to be really annoying I have to find MY OWN RIDE ON THOSE DAYS. THEY NEED TO FIX ALOT IF THINGS. I CLIDING THEIR DR, Dr. Tiffany. She is very unprofessional & heartless. She makes you wait & wait she doesn’t even come in on time!

Brandywine Counseling & Community Services Clients feel so intimidated by staff members that they don't report ongoing issues in fear they will have thier dose held/not given. The doctor LITERALLY read loudly my personal blood test results at the counter window for ALL staff and ALL the clients in the building to hear. She told me she matches energy rather than trying to de-escalate an emotionally upset client, and then she shut the window blind while still arguing with me through the window. Professionalism clearly lacks in this department, and this is someone responsible for peoples recovery treatment. We are more than just a paycheck. People have lives and responsibilities, which they DO NOT CARE about at all they treat everybody the same exact way, viewing every person the same exact way... an addict in active addiction. I'm trying to transfer with 30 take-home bottles with impeccable urine screens and bottle checks all perfect! They still want me to wait 30 days before I receive anything people can't do that when we have responsibilities because we have become responsible members of society. Another man came in asking for help in THE SAME SITUATION and works full time and there's no program in place for recovery clients that have done the work the time the trust so that we're not risking losing jobs then our homes then our kids. It's ridiculous that there's nothing already implemented for people transferring out of state like us because of this I was obligated having maryland insurance for 2 months driving to Baltimore for my monthly take homes so I wasn't stuck going without like this facility is making me do. I'm still waiting for a call back from the CEO, Lynn Morrison.

The nurse here is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Anytime I need a med refill or need to see a doctor she will make it happen!! Always so polite 😊

This place has saved my life, the staff is amazing with all the patients, they help them to be happy, thanks to them I now have a future, I would recommend to anyone visiting this place, they can not imagine how much they will help them.

Connections is now Coras and has been for a while. The management has changed and the staff also has gotten better. They do care however don't expect them to do more then what you are willing to do 😜. I endorse them Update... The Management is awesome 😎, they go above and beyond .. as long as you are doing what u are supposed to be doing anyway.

This clinic (and ALL clinic locations listed under "Connections CSP") are still VERY MUCH ACTIVE, accepting new clientelle & are still servicing patients seeking mental health services, substance abuse maintenance / counceling and many other services are also rendered at these locations if one only call to seek information! They're amicable enough for what they represent & can help you immediately if you qualify or desire care for any of the many services they offer! Great place to get the help that is needed and very much understanding.

sadly when you see ratings that are so far apart and no real middle ratings one has to ask themselves who is the real problem. So all I can say is the staff on all levels has been great. Sometimes I wonder if they debrief the staff enough. I mean some of these kids and parents I see while waiting for my appointment drive me crazier than I already am lol. If everyone you meet is a jerk maybe the jerk is you.

I just left Community Behavioral Health after the inpatient program. This is the best place to get sober and get the help you need. The staff is great and the patients there really care about one another.
