Cooperative Care in so many different ways helped me regain my life back plus so much more. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and I don t know how I would have done it without them. I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a free fix.

I spent months looking for a facility that was willing to help my teenage daughter with depression. Either they wouldn't accept my insurance or they did not work with her age group. I didn't know what to expect when I called Families Matter, but was so pleasantly surprised from my first phone call we were treated with genuine kindness and concern for my need to find treatment.We met with Mark, and over the past few months he has literally changed my daughters life. During our very first visit Mark listened, observed, and took her situation seriously. We were so desperate for help and scared that we would never find it, my daughter had begun to feel hopeless. When Mark told her he would take her under his wing and guide her while we started our long road to living a life without depression, I literally watched the weight of the world release from her shoulders, finally knowing she found the right place for her.
