I cannot say enough about the positive experience my son and I had in working with the people at Genesis. They are proficient in their business and kind to everyone that walks through their door. They treated my son with respect and compassion in what we all hope is his first and last situation that required him to be there. They took their time to get to know my son. They did not treat him like a number and were helpful throughout the process of completing the assessment and classes. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of DWI services.

I went through this program in 2019 and became an alumni. It changed my life and helped me develop a solid network of people in recovery in this area.Unfortunately, after 2.5 years of sobriety, I moved away from Raleigh and stopped working a recovery program and ended up relapsing and losing everything over the course of a few months. What makes this place so special to me is that when I called, they sent someone to Wilmington to pick me up and brought me back into the program... And I've never had to pay a penny for any of their services! If you want to change your life and are willing to do the work, this place always has its doors open!

Had such a good experience delivering my first baby here! I was worried based on the previous reviews and them not having a NICU (luckily I didn t need that) but I d honestly do it again here! Labor and delivery room was a nice size + a bed for dad and plenty of other seating. I could have up to 4 people in the room during delivery which was surprising especially during RSV season.
