The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

I went from new seasons to this clinic, I was at 40 mg from new seasons- I was over sedated at 40 mg so they brought me down to 35 than to 30 and I was still over sedated at 30. So new seasons brought me down to 20mg. I was good at 20mg- I wanted to taper down though. I tapered down at 1mg a day. I was on methadone for a month and a week or two. I was going to dose for the last time- this memorial weekend that past we're my last 3 doses for 3mg,2mg and 1mg. I didn't know that I could get prescribed comfort meds by Jim or I would of done it before the weekend because it was a long weekend. I went into the clinic and cried to Christina than told her I was struggling. She got me prescribed comfort meds that day and so did jim. I got most of the comfort meds filled except one because the pharmacy wanted to speak with Jim first. I went into the office the next day to tell jim and he handled it right away. I went into dosing voluntarily but I was admitted to do IOP. IOP, counseling and the dosing has helped me so much- the dosing is more affordable at aspire as well. The comfort meds have really helped me- if you work the program it'll work. I got good sleep through the night and definitely feel better.

If you can endure the lengthy intake process, everything else is quick and efficient. All the staff, from the front desk to providers were on point, and informative. Yes there are some delays from time to time just from over crowding or should I say a lot of clients all at once. Worth a shot if your trying to change your life and get clean. Good luck and stay strong !!

This place was an absolute God-send and saved my life. From the very start the place with its great employees at every part of the facility were compassionate and caring and made sure that my needs were met. My initial therapist Ashlee was absolutely amazing and helped me through major life crises that were occurring at the moment between my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. During this time I was able to reconnect with my loving parents and become a contributing member to the family as its only child. During the outpatient process, IOP Therapy I met with Dylan Martin And Martin Hawk - Both of these extremely qualified therapists worked out some very complex issues that still remained inside of me and the outpatient setting of being at home with my parents helped solidify our family and teach them about my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. I highly recommend any level of care from ORC Recovery to anyone that is dealing with ANY sort of crisis at the moment - don't sit in the dark with problems, make sure to seek help and help will find you. Thank you very much ORC. May you continue to serve the Orlando Area with Honor and Dignity.

I have been to the Orlando facility multiple times and they always take good care of me. I want to shout out some of the counselors - Darella, Edgardo and Michelle, for helping me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. The techs are fantastic - all of them - and there are too many to shout out but I want to give a special mention to Leo, the tech lead, and Darella, for helping me retrieve personal hygiene items to care for myself during my stay. The food is ok but the cooks, especially Ms. Lo, are very accommodating and do their best. I would definitely recommend Sunrise to anyone who is struggling with substance abuse and has the desire to get clean.

Unforgettable experience. Almost all staff there when I was there to rehabilitate, was thoughtful and had their hearts in the right place. The program directors, support councilors, and all other staff members on campus made sure almost daily to check up on the youth, and building solid foundations of trust needed to have consistent progress in therapy both in session and internal. There were opportunities to further your education and if you could show responsibility and determination to better yourself, your given opportunity’s to learn more hands on life skills, like painting or how to properly write a resume and apply for a Job. While from the perspective of being rehabilitated, things can seem negative and hopeless at times. When I was there I didn’t share an positive outlook, but after deeply analyzing my experience In hindsight, this was the safest and most caring place to learn necessary coping skills to stay recovered. And I’m very thankful for all the staff members who did their job with their heart and minds in the right place. 5 stars

I did time there 2002 to 2003. It was called ARC back then. They had alot of escapes there. Mrs Flowers was the best person there. We were placed in cottages like a summer camp..they fed us well. I learned alot from my experience

I just want to give a shout out to all the employees at Blackberry Center, Bibi and Will are the best. I'm going name a few other employees that went above and beyond, Melissa, Josefina, Javier, Ali, Monda, Kalisha and Carmen. There so many more but not enough room. The location needs a little bit of work but that's not what I went for I went there to get help and that's what they do everyone goes above and beyond to try to help you with your anxiety, alcoholis, drugs and they get you mentally ready to leave so you can be set for the transition back in society.. I've been at Center for Discovery in Maitland since I left residential at Monteverde and it has been a wonderful experience overall. I've received so much support from all of the therapists, dietitians, diet techs, etc. They take time out of their day to talk to you if you're struggling and the care is really personalized, they take a lot of time getting to know you even if you aren't their primary client. The staff has gone above and beyond to give me and my peers so much support.

This treatment center above all is absolutely amazing. If you need help with opioid addiction and have this rope hold you down this is where you need to be. The nurses,counseling staff all that work here and we can’t forget Miss Emma are all amazing. This facility is well run and have many different programs and except many different forms of insurance they will do whatever it takes to help. The facility and surrounding area is very clean and monitored. So if you want to start down a new path and be free of the nonsense,looking over your shoulder,and all that comes with it. Honestly this place wouldn’t be the best treatment center in Orlando if it wasn’t for the Program Director Stephen Davis. Having met other people who have been at this center longer than me have all mentioned how this place was a bit of a mess until they had the program director changed to Mr Stephen. So I’m lucky to have joined this treatment center at the right time. As it goes for the medical team Dr Khris takes her job very serious. She is very caring and very attentive to any issues or problems I’ve had. I’d truly recommend anyone that needs any of their medical questions answered. Thanks to her guidance and help it’s made my recovery journey a lot easier and smoother. Also wanna mention my counselor Miss Marvlyn that’s been tremendously helpful and wanted to give a shoutout to Miss Veronica for guiding me through how everything works here at New Season. Also the group sessions lead by Miss Belinda have been extremely helpful as well. As it goes for insurance stuff which was very important to me as I didn’t have insurance and was paying out of pocket until I was told to see Mr. Paul who helped me get such good insurance and at such a reasonable price which made my life so much easier, not only covering my treatment but having such low copay to see my PCP and therapist. Also this treatment center has very experienced nursing staff as well that’s always guided me and helped me make the right decision. Overall I’m truly grateful to have found the best Treatment Center in Orlando that truly cares about their patients rather than just getting them in and out.

The exceptional person at this business is Paul the insurance guy he has done more for me on the insurance side then anyone ever that has helped me. He found money that was owed to me. Josh is one of the best most compassionate employees in this place. I hope they are giving him a decent yearly raise. My practitioner is really good too. I only have one complaint but I won’t remove a star because the actual office location is so good*, the call center is absolute GARBAGE!! Never have I ever dealt with such people. They want so much personal information just to transfer your call to the winter haven location. I don’t like repeating my personal information over the phone because digital fraud is a growing problem. Things would be TONS better if behavioral health could get their own direct line. It seems at this rate they will probably want your blood type just to transfer a call 😩😮‍💨. It will definitely test the Christ in you to deal with jumping through their hoops. Outside of that, overall great place!

I went in for involuntary detox. Since my experience at Orlando health was so bad, I think this place did a pretty alright job. Their staff is really nice and caring. They seem to try to do what is best for their patients.

My name is Edwin Hernandez my councler is RIVA!!! Just wanted to leave a review and say since I transferred over from Semeron , the clinic has shown Me so much empathy and care . Especially Mrs. RIVA she is not only an awesome counselor, but she cares so much and shows it . Since I’ve been on methadone and going to the clinic, no councilor has shown me more respect and care since her . Also want to thank Eddie as well for showing empathy and understanding to my situation especially when it came to my Ambetter insurance problem . Dont really know anyone else there that good yet, but always been shown good hospitality from any off the workers I’ve talk to and felt with at the clinic.They always keep a smile even when things are not going good that morning , and make sure our needs are met for the most part . Again RIVA, and Eddie that run the facility , have been the best and caring . They def deserve a raise or cooto points !!! I hope everyone has been shown the same treatment and care as I have been shown!!!

When you need help, this is the place to go. The staff are all professional, open, friendly and supportive. As long as you follow your treatment plan and work with your counselor you’ll get the best outcome.

I just wanna write because I did intake today at this place and I just want to say how much I appreciate the staff at this place . My old clinic in Lakeland is shutting down and didn’t send my paper work so the process was very long because the paperwork wasn’t sent but the staff here at new season kept me calm and confident it will get done and it did . I just wanna say eddy the program director was absolutely amazing and was calling people and really trying to get this process done. I also wanna thank Felix he was great and doing the same thing and looking up numbers and trying to help me as much as possible . Miss angel the head nurse there was absolutely amazing she also helped me talked to the doctor to try and get me dosed . Amazing people here and I’m glad I’m part of the family now .
