I want to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude to every single person at FL HELP — from top dog Tom, to Janeth and the housekeeping team, to the kitchen chefs who made every meal with care and kindness. You all were instrumental in my recovery journey and truly an answered prayer from God during one of the darkest seasons of my life, while I was drinking my life away alone in a motel in Los Angeles. From my very first conversation with Cory, to feeling genuinely loved, seen, and appreciated by Kim, I realized quickly that FL HELP was different. What made my recovery possible was first taking a step of faith — trusting God and trusting FL HELP. Before arriving on March 31st, I lived one day at a time… just needing 24 hours. That mindset carried me through the eight days leading up to treatment, and it continues to carry me now. I do not want to ever have to return because I truly want a sober, healthy, and purposeful life. But if I ever needed help again, I would not trust my recovery with anyone else. Special kudos and heartfelt thanks to: Jackie — thank you for holding my hand through the entire process from admissions to discharge. Your support, patience, and guidance made an overwhelming process feel manageable and personal. Janeth, Alexa, and everyone in housekeeping for the love and care you showed daily. The chefs and kitchen staff — thank you for literally feeding me back to health, serving every meal with care, consistency, and kindness during a time when my body and spirit both needed healing. Mrs. V, Will, Brian, and Ms. T — your groups, wisdom, honesty, and encouragement had a tremendous impact on my recovery. Therapist Dr. Ken, Angelina, and Tommy — thank you for your guidance, support, and helping me process the deeper parts of my journey. The BHT team, especially Harry (“Harry Styles”), Tray Tray, Jordan, Eva, and the others who constantly showed patience, humor, and support. Best place Ive been in Florida and Ive been to quite a few. My therapist time helped me find purpose for my life and a clear vision for the future. My case manager Taaliyah is so DAMN on point with everything. She helped me and my fiance with a multitude of things we needed to get done, and she does is all with a very positive attitude and joyful attitude even when we were probably being a pain. She is extremely good at her job and she was a true pleasure to deal with everyday. We cant thank her enough and are so grateful for her and this place.

Florida Helps takes great care to ensure patients can detox as comfortably as possible. Intake is seamless, Jackie and Nikki keep everything smooth at all times. The food quality is top notch, with very attentive staff that can accommodate most dietary needs. The therapy is top notch, Tommy was my day to day guy and was great at guiding me through my journey. The groups are engaging and therapeutic. Miss V, Willie, and Ingrid are absolutely amazing. The night time shift is lead by Tre who is personable and professional. Overall, you would be hard pressed to find a better place for detox and residential… that place probably doesn’t exist

If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. This clinic truly changed my life. The program gave me tools that I still use every day — understanding boundaries, core beliefs, cognitive distortions, self-esteem, DBT skills, and healthier coping skills. During one of the darkest times in my life, this place helped me shift my perspective and start healing. I’m incredibly grateful for the staff and the people I met in the program. I’ve honestly never been surrounded by so many supportive and genuine individuals at one time. A special thank you to my therapist, Stanchele, for the guidance and care that helped me grow. Facilities like this should exist everywhere, especially for military members and communities that don’t always have access to quality mental health care. This place was like HOME to me. They have the kindest and most understanding staff. They offer one on ones and really give you the time and opportunity to reflect on everything your going through. They keep it light hearted and fun when rough conversations were had the day before. They do daily check in and really form genuine and professional connections with their patients. I was able to call back months later to have the staff remember me and list little details I had shared with them. I miss this place and loved that I had the opportunity to go there. Would highly recommend to all those looking:)

Amazing People... They changed my life. I've been to dozens of therapists/psychs/counselors/etc...but Tracie is the best in the nation. I wouldn't trade my experience for anything. Doc M is outstanding. She really takes the time to understand your needs and is solution focused. If you need help, please reach out. There is hope. You are loved, you are worth it, and others care for you, whether you believe it or not. You are not alone. It doesn't have to be here... but I am eternally grateful for the care I received at ECBH. My name :is Daniel Harris I was just recently in recovery Bay treatment center for the second time this is my second time of being there I have gang the knowledge and the wisdom to keep in mind and remember what I went through struggle with my addiction during the time when I was in treatment at recovery bay I learned it wasn't me ..it was the monster that was driving on the inside of me when I was struggling with my addiction..since I found recovery Bay as well as being discharged from recovery bay ,I have left out of the door with great knowledge and wisdom that was passed down to me from Miss Tammy ,Amanda Townsend, Miss Cindy, Marcus, as well as Miss Kelly, DeLorean and "A kill"I have been baptized while I was there since I gave up the old me and put on the new garment the Lord has been working in my life I have no desires to want to drink or get high I met this guy by the name of Steven while in recovery Bay he was a great guy to some who knew him my condolences goes out to Steve family .Morrow of the story is when Steven passed away from alcohol poisoning it shook me right then and there alarm to cherish my health and my life over my addiction I am grateful for the people at recovery Bay who want all of us to complete the program and do well with our sobriety I must admit going through life on a day-to-day struggle dealing with your addiction it's a bumpy road to go down gentlemen's don't give up to fight ask the Lord to work in your life and give you the strength and the power to fight that nasty disease that is killing us so yes I am grateful again for Marcus ,Miss Cindy ,Miss Kelly ,Miss Tammy ,Miss Amanda,townsend ,and a brother by the name of DeLorean who is a god-fearing man as well as "a kill"so with that being said I would like to wish all the patients that are in recovery Bay the best with their journey dealing with their sobriety and why you in recovery Bay I asked each patient that is in there to get all the tools they need to overcome their addiction evidently you want to change if that wasn't so you wouldn't be there so guys open your heart and your mind an elevate your mind to a bright picture . I spent many years in EMS and Fire. I thought I had everything under control until I realized I didn't. I finally decided to see help. Twelve Oaks is where I chose to go. My time there was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I gained understanding and the tools that both helped in my immediate needs as well as my ongoing self care. They helped me realize that my perceived faults didnt make me a baddie person, just a person who needed to allow myself some grace. If your thinking of going to Twelve Oaks please do. Gulf Breeze Recovery located just south of Pensacola, Florida is a facility dedicated to the successful rehabilitation of your loved one. As a family member, I gained insight to the 3 Principles approach (mind, consciousness, thought) that is used to actually teach sobriety. Family Weekend provided training and information and answers to so many things I was curious and uninformed about. It also provided the opportunity to see the facility and room where my loved one slept. GBR holds a weekly zoom call open to families in which one of the counselors teaches and serves as a point of contact. Family members are encouraged to continue participation in this call even after graduation of their loved one. The generosity of spirit, genuine caring, and expertise of the doctor, nurses, counselors, and staff members make GBR an outstanding choice for recovery.

Kind, caring, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend bridgeway to anyone needing mental health support. The receptionist, Miss Davena, has helped me twice when I was struggling in the lobby. The facility is nice and they keep it clean. The whole staff is kind. The staff did have some simple communication issues, but Miss Davina is just an amazing woman; She made sure I was taken care of when I came in struggling and needed some gentle guidance on how the facility runs their programs.

The staff here is simply amazing! They’re incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every day a joy as they interact with the residents. I have spent the last 3 nights in the PCU at this hospital. I had a few great nurses, cafeteria staff that took care of me but above all of them (Camille)) was the 5 star. She was so pleasant to be around, always smiling and knew her job very well. I even told her to tell her mom that she did a GREAT job raising her. We talked about Thanksgiving because she had to work and I was there because I was very ill. She said her mom made the best corn bread stuffing and miniature sweet potato pies. We hugged on the day I was leaving and both my husband and I told her what a blessing she was to be my nurse. She went way above and beyond. Thank you Camille for making my stay a very pleasant one.

The Avalon Center staff have been an immense help in navigating my road to better mental health. I was diagnosed with bipolar I disorder last year and these folks have done everything they can to give me the best care possible. I was without insurance for months and they were able to help me apply for patient assistance so that I could get my necessary monthly injection that was prohibitively expensive without insurance. My provider and case manager are both amazing. The staff up front as well. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with the Avalon Center during this difficult time in my life.

I love this place. The only thing I can speak negatively on about it is that they bring every patient down on their meds. However the injections they do here is top notch. Always a lot of patients here too but they do move very quickly. Staff is always friendly.
