I have been a client with Georgia hope for a year now via zoom/teams teletherapy. My first therapist was so amazing she was the one. She was the one who inspired me to get my bachelor's degree in Psychology for mental health. Then go for my masters to become an LPC. Well she ended up moving onto another job in April of this year. Then I got my new one end of April. I loved her too but sadly she's going somewhere else too. I see the new one next week. Even though I gave 5 stars I am bummed I keep getting new therapist. I didn't even find out about my new one until she called me today to tell me the news. I feel as if that shouldn't be happening as for some people like myself bringing up their trauma every time with a new therapist causes ptsd for weeks.

Have nothing but good things to say about this place. Each staff member, whether it be up front at the desk, nurse, counselor, or psychiatrist, has been kind and made the whole experience easier. I've been to many facilities and this one will always be my favorite! Thankful for people like this!

Hi. I just want to say this is a great facility for detoxing and peer support. But, when I came here I was not able to receive the medication I needed when I found the one that worked. I told my doctor that the adavan the nurses were giving me worked and that I was calm and aware of my surroundings. He said to take lithium and I said No because I have been on so many drugs in the past and they did not work, that because I knew the adavan worked to give me that. I started arguing with him and then I left without any medication except for the one pill that actually worked the first night I got there. So now it's been 5 months and I still have the same underlying problems; paranoia, anxiety, negative energy, hate, anger, and pessimism. I just want the nurses and health aides to know they are very good people and do a good job and the psychiatrist is a big fat nimrod with a paper shredder degree. Thank you.

I went in last week for alcohol detox. The whole staff are angels that helped me get my life back. They took very good care of me and the others that were there for detox/ rehabilitation. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me. The facility was a little rough around the edges. But the staff was caring and helpful with anything I needed.

I world give 10 stars!! The receptionist is the kindest lady I've EVER met. And I've seen Dr. Beckner for many years, but I started seeing Dr. Priest when he moved to this office and I have to say that she passed awesome a long time ago. She acts like I'm the only patient she had and never rushes with me. She TRULY cares about all the things I'm going through and I honestly can't imagine my life without her. Embark has been such a great experience for both my 17 year old son and me and his father. It’s intense as it is a 3 month long residential program, but I feel like everyone at Embark really cares about making things better for young boys that are neurodivergent and have behavioral issues. The staff works really hard to help the boys develop better coping skills so that they can be successful in life. The program also helps parents by providing tools for parenting children that are atypical. I can say that our son’s counselor Kevin truly made a difference in all of our lives. Our son would agree too. The weekly parent support group was helpful in that parents can connect and realize that you’re not alone. The other staff, psychiatrist, nurses are all very communicative and committed to what they do. We as a family are in a much better place now because of Embark.

Our soon attended Embark for 90 days. During his stay he learned many skills to help him better navigate day to day life. He also learned a lot about himself, allowing him to communicate effectively about his feelings and what maybe upsetting him. It was a process - but everyone came out a better person on the other end. Great facility and a super great staff.

A beautiful setting and the staff are genuinely caring. My "loved one" stated he learned more in one week at Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center than he had learned in the last three treatment centers combined. The nursing staff were always kind and informative on the phone with us. The family workshop was also informative and a great help to us all--it brought us closer together. And we always heard good things about the food! Can't say enough good things about Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done and how they have changed our lives (my son's, mine and our family as a whole). I would recommended Iris to anyone with a struggling teen.

All to often great service is overlooked. Corrina, a professional driver for Harmony Oaks Recovery Center came to pick me up from Landmark Recovery in a Crazy Clean Chrysler. On arrival, Corrina was very helpful even going out of her way to ensure maximum comfort. Before the wheel started rolling an enthusiastic Corrina offered cold soft drinks aswel as a variety of snacks. I Give her service a 10 out of 10. Not once did I feel nervous. I hope this message finds the right person. Thank you so much Corrina . My 3-hour ride was filled with laughter, deep heartfelt conversations and peace of mind. I wish more people were trained to transport as well as treat people the way I was treated. Great experience.

To the people talking bad about cadus, I assure you your being lied to by your loved ones, if your there wanting to find sobriety and achieve a life of recovery, these people will bend over backwards to help you get there, I just completed the residential 28 day program, yes there was rules, yes it's a very structured schedule, something most drug addicts and alcoholics are not used to, (including myself) Cadus helped save my life, I'm living a clean and sober life of recovery now, something I've dreamed of for over 20 years!!

Mt Sinai was very helpful for my family and our loved one from start to finish. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. We have been dealing with this for almost 10 years and Mt Sinai actually addressed his underlying issues for the first time ever. His therapist and Dr were very invested with us and I highly recommend anyone that reaches out to me to call them!

I appreciate the dedication of the staff to caring, and getting patients the help they need. I have been home a few days and I got the help I needed for my PTSD, BIPOLAR, ANXIETY SOCIAL ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, AND they even discovered I am a diabetic. Id say 95% of the staff are absolute Angels and are there because they actually care. I have been in and out of dr's for years trying to get help with no Luck untill I came to this place. Thankyou you guys for changing my life and getting me the help I needed. Ive never been able to think as clear, or get the mental help I needed untill now.

Let me tell you how compassionate these people are. My daughter recently had surgery at a big hospital. As soon as we told them she was being treated with Methadone the doctors put a wall up. We basically were told normally they send you home with medications to keep you comfortable. Nope not if your getting help with Methadone. My daughter's counselor Chris and Dr. Singh to the rescue. They were just as blown away as I was. Dr. Singh was in touch with the hospital several times to let them know it ok to treat her like a human. Still the hospital fought tooth and nail. Thankyou Chris and Doctor Singh for supporting My daughter and having her back.

This wasn't the first center I attended to be able to recover but I am sure this was the last one I will ever attend, a great experience where I learned enough things to live a clean and sober life for as long as possible.

I've been in treatment 14 years. God and Medmark gave me my life back. If you truly want to feel normal again and get your life back on track then I suggest starting treatment ASAP. I have the best councillor anybody could ever have. Sherry Barnes knows me inside and out! The reason I don't go to a clinic closer to me is because of Sherry. You've got to have a councillor that you trust or your treatment could become jeopardized. So if you are ready to get your life back then I suggest Medmark and Sherry Barnes!

I have been going to this treatment center since August. In that amount of time I have seen people heal from opiate addiction to move on to healthier and better lives. I will say that the counselors at this clinic care deeply about each one of the people who walks through the door every day. If you struggle with addiction, I would suggest calling and talking to one of the counselors. Truly they care.
