I was a patient there about 6 years ago and what the women said about zac is deff true he might not have been a patient at that clinic but he was a patient at another clinic he was dosing methadone and was the director of a methadone clinic which like she said you would think would make him awesome, but that totally wasn't the case . If you don't suck up there your not going to make it far and they well at least the counselor I had (not mentioning names) but went above and beyond to make my treatment harder when I was ready to transfer out. She called my psychiatrist and lied on the phone and I was sitting right there in his office and he had it on speaker phone, and everything she told him was a total lie and he knew that because he drug screens his patients and pill counts them. And what she said was that I didn't have his medicine in my system, but sorry for her luck he had just screened me one day before she did and what she said was in my system was not, she tried to get him to discharge me but funny thing is that didn't happen(he actually felt sorry for me and told me he had never experienced that from any professional drug counselor and that he recommended that I find another treatment facility and also helped me find another one). So I transferred out of there with no take homes to a treatment facility where I received monthly take homes on intake. And I know for a fact unless I'm mistaken he's (zac)not any kind of nurse and he was in the dosing area handing out medications and in my opinion anyone that is on methadone should not be allowed to be around the methadone, that would be like me being able to be back there around the medicine as a recovering addict but an addict will always face the daily struggle it gets easier and better but it's always there. This did not just happen to me but me and my wife and several others that I was aquatinted with. So in my opinion steer clear of medmark in Chatsworth. But if anyone loves zac so much they can now transfer to TLC in Maryville on the other end of hwy 411. I'm sure he would love to accept all his so called prized patients. And I know this to be a fact because he will not accept a few of us that went to medmark because of who our psych is but he did accept one man with the same pysch so if your not a friend don't expect to get in..☺️ maby things have really changed in that time who knows but i personally know that I'm not wanting to find out .. written by Travis Tackett

I am a IOP patient at Bradford Chattanooga. This place was life changing. The staff...Kristin Moon, Mallory Dodd, Ty Davis, and Cindi Moore are the greatest team anybody could ask for . There like Guardian angels. it has been an amazing experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Anybody out there struggling with addiction and truly wants help I highly recommend calling Bradford in Chattanooga!

Dr. K is never on time. He is ALWAYS LATE. Therapy is great. Love it. Just wish the Dr understood our time is important also. If I’m late my appointment will get canceled and it will count against me but he is ALWAYS 30 to 50 min late.

Refused to give me any forms of meds due to “shift change” after refusing to give any of my prescribed meds for 2 days due to “waiting for a psychiatrist” Told them I was allergic to bleach and they cleaned the place with bleach so my lungs burned and I was coughing up mucus for weeks. Horrible experience 0/10 for mental health. You’re not a person they don’t have any sort of compassion or empathy. If your looking at this as a last ditch effort look else were it will only exasperated my problems.

We were in denial about sending our son to be treated by a stranger but finally we did and it was the best thing we could have done. Our daughter was completely lost and after two months of treatment she is even better than before her condition started.

Miracle Lake really is a Miracle place! They not only help restore families, they help these men have a relationship with our Saviour, Jesus Christ! They utilize the Bible as the main tool for their teachings! I'm a witness to my loved one's positive change, he now has a salvation with our Lord Jesus and he couldn't be more grateful. I came through this place many years ago and it didn't work at that time but later on in my life the things I learnt there was able to help me during ome of the most darkest places in my life so because of what I learned there so many years ago it saved me many years later thank you jack thank you Byron I'm planning on coming see you guys soon keep on keeping on God bless you all

I reached out to Women at the Well this week about visiting Brainerd’s Baptist’s Women on Mission group later this year. I promptly received not only a reply, but was successful in scheduling a date for their visit! I am impressed with the quick response!

The service received in this center was quick and efficient, doctors and nurses are wonderful, they take the time that is necessary to listen to patients and thus be able to provide excellent care. It's a blessing to have this clinic in our community.

I don't know why there's negative reviews but my experience is and could be different. But the doctors, therapist and the safe were amazing, sweat, kind, and understanding! I was there getting my mental health better and it has gotten so much better I was there for about 5ish days I was discharged today and I'm so happy to be better. I miss all the people there and the friends I've made there but they are getting better for themselves too! Just one day a a time!!

Cherokee health Systems are the very best. They put you at ease. They are very kind and helpful . They are there to help you and answer your questions. Also very good about their cost.

i actually went here when i was in middle school and ive graduated highschool and im gonna go back because i feel the experience was just not like any other help i got plus it was fun and we use to do activities and field trips 10/10 would recommend

This was my first time going in office for anything . It was beyond a great experience. They listened to my concerns and actually did something about it right then.

So very grateful for the care at View Point Health, and wish that had been able to get care earlier. There is little to no wait time for walk-in appointments. The virtual appointments also were helpful and effective. Very appreciative of all the staff at the Norcross View Point Health Center, and am indebted to the therapists for a long time. Thank you!
