Dear Anonymous Thank God for ROI. They helped my son in ways you will never understand. God bless this family because it is a family and there are always rules that need to be folllowed. My husband and I have gone to the family workshops they offer and for the first time it clicked for my husband what addiction is and it is not something you pull yourself up by the bootstraps and that it is something to just get over. Since you used Anonymous I think you are hiding behind lies because if these things were tru you would not have hesitated giving your real name. I hope you find a place that gives you what you want like a spa rehab and you really get sober.

Recovery Outfitters is a residential treatment center that targets adolescent and young adult males. They are one of the few centers with a long track record of successful treatment of both minors and young adults. In a home-like environment, they build a partnership with these young men based on a level of trust they have not yet experienced. Through therapy, they free themselves from troubles of the past to commit to a life of sobriety. Through choice and consequences, they learn to make good decisions. Through life skills training and intense recreation, they discover a way to find joy without the use of drugs and alcohol. They begin to fulfill their potential as persons of integrity.

My mother in law spent time in ICU and the staff was very attentive. They took the time to explain what they were doing and address our concerns. We were very pleased with our experience

Another mixed review. Everything has been top notch in the 4 days we have been here. The ED was efficient and did their tests in a very timely manner, we were admitted quickly, the staff has been friendly, compassionate and kind. The food is good, even the cleaning staff and food delivery are friendly and always ask if we need anything. But then............discharge day. We KNOW he is being discharged today, we know that Physical Therapy has said he is okay to go, we know there are no further tests. But we DON'T know where we are in the process...is the doctor going to come in and write the discharge order in 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours, midnight? Once the orders are written, will it take 30 minutes, 5 hours, 2 days to do the paperwork? Wouldn't it make sense when the doctors make rounds to see those patients first who are going to be discharged, before seeing patients who AREN'T going home today? When everyone works so hard to provide a good experience for their patients, why ruin it with a disorganized discharge procedure? Chick-fil-a should be hired to manage discharges and we would all be happy!!! Update...at 11:45 the doctor came in and said he could go home. Her exact words....give me 30-45 minutes to write the order. 90 minutes later, I ask the nurse to call her. The answer? Oh, I'm still doing rounds and then I'll start my charting. Why did she lie in the first place? Because she doesn't give a damn.

People are born here and die here. Its crazy that this is a baby factory. Seriously, tons of kids are born here every year. I usually go for ear cleaning as they have a great ENT specialist. There are other departments here too. I still miss when they did the Christmas tree lighting and party here.

Victoria was very kind I loved all the decorations they put up for the change of the seasons. She always helps me set appointments and is very friendly. The staff has such a sweet demeanor.

Staff is always friendly! The lady at the front desk is extremely helpful.
