I went here for rehab 28 day impatient program! I’m grateful for this place it really saved my life! Yes people wanna poke holes at the program , but those people really didn’t wanna be there. I completed the program, the staff was all great from , Daryl, Rex, all the women during the day, morning meeting facilitator, the kitchen staff, H&I facilitators! I came very broken, lost , and an everyday user, I left with hope for my sober future! I’m still sober, and I go back to speak to the rehab clients to share my experiences, strength, and hope . So I’m forever grateful for this place

Detox is medically assisted, food is decent. The 28 day program is based on the 12 steps. This place saved my life! The nurses are top notch!

I appreciate the in and out process here. This clinic has been a convenience to my family. They call and text to remind of appointments, which is very convenient for our schedule. The intake staff are professional and friendly and most of all tge doctors are very welcoming and eager to answer any questions about your care. I recommend clinic for family Healthcare.

Doctor Hickombottom is the absolute best physician I have found in years. He takes the time to listen to you and his bedside manner is warm and inviting. The healthcare center itself is clean and was running efficiently the day I visited. The reason I gave this facility 4/5 stars is for two reasons. The first is that the patient portal accessed via their website has a message section to requests refills. I messaged twice using the system and no one ever messaged back which tells me that no one is monitoring the patient portal. That prompted me to call the facility and press the button that says medication refills which again no one answers and the VM box is not available to leave a message. I finally had to call and select the make or cancel appointments option and the lady took my information down and said the doctor would call me back. The doctor never called me back however I received a text from Walgreens stating that my prescription was ready for pickup. So the bottom line is that the lack of efficiency in communication is severely in need of an overhaul. That being said I will continue to be a patient of this facility because Dr Hickombottom practices there.

Went to their outpatient lab for bloodwork - Easy parking, navigation, check in, etc. all staff from help desk to check in was great. Martha in the lab did my blood work and she was AN ANGEL! I was nervous and she was so kind and did a great, quick job. She rocks!

Highland Park Hospital labor and delivery is the BEST! My hospital stay was top tier because of the care I was given during my vist. I could not be more thankful for the entire team (doctors, midwives, nurses, anesthesiologist, cafeteria workers, custodial staff and everyone involved.) I highly recommend HPH labor and delivery.

The women’s hospital department completely transformed our experience. The care we received felt like a five-star hotel, from impeccable housekeeping and delicious meals to exceptional service, skilled technicians, and, of course, the incredible nurses! Thank you all—you are truly amazing!

I never heard of OSF Little Company of Mary hospital and the reviews were of concern to me. I was scheduled for an Upper GI & Colonoscopy to be done, one after the other. 5 star experience and care across the board, from pre admitting, nurse care, Doctor kindness and all staff. Excellent care. I definitely recommend.

I liked the doctors and nurses. A little to harsh but but medically they found out what was going on with my heart after years of looking

The ER nurse Sandra was so kind and patient ! Such a sweetheart despite being a busy day she’s such a sweetheart! Also shout out to everyone working in the ER I know it gets busy but thank you for being the backbone, bless you all!

I went to get a mammograms exam on Tuesday, June 17. This is the second time that Amy has done the exam. She is kind, gentle and patient.

My children currently go here. From day one I’ve had issues with the school. Not having my girls in the same classroom. They never were separated until they started there. I voiced my concerns and always got the run around and how it’s their policy to separate siblings. On their very first day both my children had gotten hurt from another child... mind you they are in separate classrooms. I didn’t hear if they corrected the children or spoke with the parents of the children who bite/clawed my girls and in both classrooms the teachers did not see it happen. If two teachers are in the classroom how did not one of them see my children being bitten or clawed on the neck. I believe there are too many children for the directors to keep an eye on. Before my children went there they were potty trained and we had taken nap time out of our schedule so they could go to bed at a decent time. They have the kids take naps late in the day which in turn makes my kids super hyper when I pick them up after work and they refuse to go to bed at the time I had instilled. Both my children have been having accidents at the school and the directors said my children did not tell them they had to go. I never had/have any issues with them at home. One of my daughters told me she did tell the director and they didn’t take her which led to her peeing in her pants. Children at that age cannot hold it like an adult can. I feel they need extra directors in the classrooms to care for the amount of children they have, keep the 3/4 year olds together and the younger ones with the younger ones. I will say both my children have learned some things from the directors with the short amount of time they have been there and they do great educational activities with the children.
