I love this place!! It was wonderful. The staff, and nurses were great!! The food was 5 stars for me. If I had to go anywhere for addiction treatment in ohio. This is number 1 on my list. Highly recommend they actually care about their patients. The alumni group is awesome as well.

I went through Prospect House as a client in 2012, and it was the first place where I was able to begin connecting the dots about what was going on inside of me. That experience became foundational — not just for my recovery, but for the direction my life ultimately took. I later built a career in behavioral health, and I often say I learned more during my time at Prospect House than in all my years of schooling. That’s not meant to diminish my education — it was valuable in its own right — but the insight and growth I gained there were unmatched. I wasn’t ready when I arrived, but they helped me become ready. I’m deeply grateful for the role they played in my journey.

I've been a prospector for a long time, it's something special that works in this house, I don't know if it's the residence the staff the structure of the program, it's full of care and love it's spiritual and it forces you to change. I can’t say enough about CAT! The simple facts are that this place and all of the kind souls who make it operate have helped me through the darkest times of my life. With a host of resources I was not only able to work on my recovery, court services worked by my side every step of the way to resolve my legal obligations as well. Talbert House has truly helped me. The staff there are amazing, and always try their best to help us. There are staff who will spend their money and make us breakfast some mornings. Christmas, although sad, was truly fun. One of the clinical staff came in and played some games with us. Although the program can be hard, I believe it can truly help you. The program can be stressful at times, but the staff are there to try and help you. My favorite staff, Ms. Beth, always had the newest shoes on. She, along with all the staff, truly helped me. I am forever thankful for them.

It's easy getting in with a therapist and their psychiatrist Dr. Pelnick is the best doctor I've ever had. They listen to you here and find what can help you most. I received prompt and attentive care for a medical emergency. During my hospital stay my nurses, Anita and Josh, were great and did their best to make me comfortable. The team of doctors saw me multiple times a day, starting promptly every morning, and took the time to call and communicate daily with my wife at home. This hospital is very caring and most of the staff cares as well. They try and help everyone they encounter but you have to use the tools they give you to succeed. They have an excellent mix of therapists, case managers, doctors, and nurses who makes sure your stay is not too unbearable. No one wants to be in a psych hospital but if you do have to go this place should be your choice compared to some other inpatient places in Cincinnati.

I was torn, but ultimately decide I would wait a month to post this to ensure my progress was sustainable, rather than just a temporary, positive boost from just finishing the program. The care in PHP is exceptional. I worked with a phenomenal, deeply passionate therapist, and the content we learned was genuinely revolutionary for me. The nursing education sessions were highly informative, and the psychiatric staff was incredibly understanding and helpful in identifying my specific needs. They provide fantastic strategies and tools that (when put into practice) have transformed by how I go about my life. My only concern involves some of the front desk and auxiliary staff. Interactions with them sometimes made it feel like patient needs were being disregarded. This was never personally; but anecdotally I noticed issues around accessibility needs not being met. Ultimately, the core program and clinical team are outstanding and deliver an experience that creates lasting, positive change. If you are seeking help, Beckett Springs is the place to support you in changing for the better.

I went into the emergency room mental health center at the VA in Georgia I told them the truth about what I was feeling. I had suicidal thoughts it was like I wanted to give up. The VA and the therapist have helped me focus on the present not the pass trauma like I was doing every day. Focusing on today and the present moment is important and what you give your attention too is also vital in this process. I know the VA ain’t perfect but this score goes to my team of doctors and everyone at VA Ft.Thomas. I appreciate the help. I attend the MAT program at Crossroads. The building has numerous programs geared at assisting individuals with substance abuse issues from smoking cessesstion to heroin addiction. I have had interactions with numerous staff at multiple programs. I have been attending groups and individuals counseling as far back as 2013. I would highly recommend this place for people who are convinced they have a problem to people who believe they just need a little support to get over it. Give them a call. What could it hurt. This is the best Methadone clinic that I have ever been to and I highly recommend going to Covedale instead of other clients. The staff here is really great and they care about their patients and they offer a whole lot more of care than other clinics. Going to the clinic is one of the best decisions I have ever made cause, the Methadone keeps me from craving for opioids, and I have not felt any need in using opioids, but it doesn't take care of other drugs, such as benzodiazepines, stimulants,etc., only opioids,but it is up to the patient if they are willing to stay clean and sober. Drug addiction cannot be cured only treated and it's up to the patient if they really want to stay clean or not.
