This SPERO HEALTH Omg theirs not another one like it I have to say with the most respect this clinic here this GROUP OF GOD SENT ANGELS are honestly the most caring, loving, and amazing ladies I have ever meet ❤️ you know the Dr she's so kind, caring, she don't judge us or set us up for failure if you don't do everything perfect and we all know how some places are kick ya out the door just because you maybe messed up or something not here they'll help you put you in more classes maybe have a little more time talking with you whatever it is they'll help you not hurt you and I'm here to tell you I had a very rough few months in general life on life's terms ya know and if it wasn't for these ladies I wouldn't been able to attend my much needed group with an amazing teacher/ therapy and it's crucial in my recovery to have this and I'm telling you whoever put this group together please PAT AND HUG YOURSELF 🫂 WELL DONE I know friends here said they wouldn't have no one who cared if it wasn't for the DR. A Very good place to go for doctor visits. I go to the Washburn office.Jennifer Cupp is the person I see.Very caring and spends quality time with you. Highly recommend

The Dr here was great. Dr Jennifer Cupp I think it was. I'm not geat with names. She made me feel very comfortable. She took time to address every question or concern I had. I think I actually found a Dr that will listen to me. The staff was friendly and great as well.

In particular, I would like to highlight Jason Caldwell, my dear friend and therapist, and Shelly Martin ( my friend and case manager). They have been with me on my journey of recovery for many years and continue to be foundational key elements in my progress! Thank you both for believing in me when I wasn't able to believe in myself. You have both shown incredible compassion and support in my darkest time and are two of my biggest cheerleaders in my rise as a Phoenix from the ashes of addiction and depression. I highly recommend Spero Health of Barbourville to anyone suffering from addiction to opiates if they're serious about getting help. I've learned those who don't want sobriety or think they know better tend to refer to Suboxone as "poison" or anything else to degrade the program that's saved my life and many more lives all around me. It offends me to see some of these reviews accuse us of selling our Suboxone while in the same breath talk about how the flooding of places with Suboxone has dropped the price dramatically so that is a contradiction in itself as there's no money to be made but if you're not ready for Spero Health & choose to exist miserablly I understand why your judgement of us doing well being happy in the program could confuse you. I'm sorry you've not suffered in addiction long enough to realize that you deserve to be happy & healthy both mentally & physically. Spero Health can help you achieve that & much more. I really don't know what I would have done without the support & understanding from Spero Health.. I appreciate everything so very much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Try it out for your self. Be blessed

I think methadone saves the lives of the ones actually trying even though your going to another opiate, at least it's controlled and know what your taking instead of getting a fentanyl shot that could take your last breath so I feel it's a good thing they are doing for the patients that want to get away from the illegal drugs

I personally loved this place. I was there in 2013 right out of prison, pregnant and hopeless. The staff was wonderful and took care of us. When I had complications from my c-section and had to go back in the hospital they cared for my baby and brought her to see me every chance they could. Wonderful place.

So far upon dealing with the facility the faculty have been cheerful, helpful and kind. Along with informative.

Best thing that ever happened to me! And thanks to everyone at New Hope including my counselor Jennifer(who related to me and saved my life) I'm still sober and I'm actually proud of the beautiful person I have become! Thank you to every counselor and the patients that became friends I'll always care for and pray for! I have u in my heart and thoughts always! I hate that this 90 day facility closed bc I would be over dosed and dead without the love and extended time they put into me. I didn't know I could be sober until they taught me to get to know my emotions and my mental health issues. With the proper care and time they gave anyone can do this life changing thing and become sober and find their true happiness.God Bless the hard working counselors that taught me at New Hope Residential! I will never forget u! I love u all!

I was here over the weekend and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The staff are incredibly friendly and work diligently to help patients. I did not feel judged or pressured to talk about my trauma at all. My favorite counselor was Jes, she really made me feel so much safer and her group sessions are the best. Thank you to everyone in there for believing in me 💖

I went here in 2017 and it was on of the best thing that has ever happened its a different life and it takes a few days to adjust but when u do u live a whole better life then u are used to you do a lot of group and one on one session but after 28 day u learn how to live the right way here I sit with 7 years under my belt and all because of this place if u really want to get clean and live the right way then this Is for you but u have to want it it's hard but at the end you will thank yourself

They have played a huge part in me getting my life back. I am currently MAT program (Springdale location) and also 5 years ago I completed a program they had for mothers who struggled with addiction (Lafollette location). They have always been very understanding and you can tell they aren’t there to judge from the bottom of their heart they want to make a difference. I’m pretty sure I’ve dealt with every provider, counselor, and staff (not including case workers) at Springdale location and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They put up with a lot as far as patients with many mental illness I’ve seen it firsthand. But they are always kind and professional ❤️ I cannot put into words how grateful I am! I thought maybe a google review was a good start 😆

From the time that I walked in the young lady Frenchie was very professional and friendly. All of the other staff was very friendly and professional as well. I previously went to Cherokee Health, and I felt like I was just a number instead of being treated like a patient. I will definitely always use Helen Ross McNabb Springdale location as my preferred mental health provider. Thank you kindly for your compassion helping me with my mental health issues. God Bless You

My experience at River valley health was exceptionally perfect were they referred me to other doctors which needed to see me and I have asked them to refer me to specialists as I need them
