I've been at crossroads for quite some time pretty much since they open the one off cargo Court and everybody that works there is super nice easy to get along with the nurses are great the counselors are great except they need to get there overhead speaker fixed so we can hear them call out our names to dose it's really annoying to try and hear them yell.it out from.om the back they have the equipment already installed it just needs to be turned back on and it's super ridiculous we have to sit and listen for them to scream out our names and the nurses and staff shouldn't have to do that when before when they did have it we could hear them good and they we able to play some sooting music or something I bet the names being called it was such nived plz get that fixed.

I came to Isaiah House main campus in July of 2024 hurt, broken and totally at the end of the road. I have used alcohol and drugs the past 45 years of my life trying to stop on my own lots of times but couldn't do it. When I walked through the doors I was amazed by the staff how they welcomed me. Now 8 months later after they literally loved me back to life I am proud to say that I am sober which my family thought would be impossible and very proud to be a staff member and will graduate in June of the long term program. I found God there which I had never had in my life and the tools they gave me and God's blessings I am alive now and the happiest that I have ever been in my life.
If you are struggling as I was I would recommend you call Isaiah House and let us change your life like they have mine.

Journey Pure has definitely been an essential part of my recovery journey… I was fresh out of a 30 day treatment center and knew I needed to do more to ensure the success of my recovery. I was referred to Journey Pure… the first few months were more intensive, which helped set a foundation for the mental health maintenance I do today.

I entered the Morton center on orders by my employer, came out better than I thought I could ever feel! Feel free and able to handle situations now. Iop was a very good learning tool. Based on our experience only, I unfortunately cannot recommend The Brook Hospital for parents simply seeking help finding therapy or outpatient resources for their child.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nurse — Although she had no authority over what was happening and didn’t have all the answers, she took the time to sit with us, listen, calm us down, and help in every way she possibly could when it felt like no one else would. Her compassion meant more than she knows.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Therapist — Amazing. She listened, understood our concerns, explained things to us.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Receptionist — Always polite, friendly, and willing to help however they can.
❌Unfortunately, our experience with intake, administration, the patient advocate, doctors, and management was completely different. Based on our interactions, they receive zero stars from me.
I fully support mental-health treatment! That is exactly why we went there. Unfortunately, we went looking for help and left feeling unheard, confused, controlled, and afraid to ever seek help from this facility again.
There ARE compassionate people working there and I’m only speaking for whom we interacted with.
I am again incredibly thankful for the nurse who treated us with such kindness, compassion and understanding.
Parents deserve communication.
Children deserve compassion.
Families asking for help deserve clear answers AND most importantly make sure you know your rights fully as a parent.

They helped me so much. I walked into that place thinking it was just like the rest, it wouldn't change me, it couldn't help me ,ect, but this place was different it put together all the broken pieces of me and built me back up into a new better person. The staff the are also very caring and kind, most staff care about you like your they're own child.

This place has helped us so much with 2 children ages 9 and 10. They are very supportive. Constant communication and really support the family dynamics. Not only do they focus on the child but the family as well. We hit a rough patch and they were extra supportive with accommodations for visits with our child. Mitch is always great to talk too and really informative on our child’s care. Toni in admissions has been amazing and really taken care of us. We can not say enough good things about Stephanie our child’s therapist. She is the absolute best and really puts her heart into the children. The cottage staff and manager are just as amazing. Amber is always super helpful anytime we have spoken to her. Mr. Chris and Ms. Bianca really go out of there way for our child that is currently there and even help us in crisis moments with our other child that was previously there. We have not met anyone that we do not like. When we have picked up from the school, everyone is so informative on the progress our child is making. We have had experience in other residential treatment centers and this is by far the best choice we have experienced yet.

The staff is wonderful, they seem have the patient's well-being as their number one goal. Most clinics like these are only there for the money but this place is a lot different. They provide counseling and other therapeutic resources, this is a great place to go if you are struggling with opiod addiction.
