I had a great experience here at Swift River. I detoxed else where, but when I arrived here I was very nervous how everything would play out. All of the staff and peers I had around me were very welcoming and comforting in my transition process. I ve personally been on this clinic over a decade I ve known the staff and it s more then an office the team there goes above and beyond to help whether it be insurance issues housing income help with food hygiene stuff it s a support system you need to get through recovery no judgment they are understanding and I m forever grateful to have this place and the staff who are like a 2nd family in a sense helping people get back to being themselves and coping with life and the day to day struggles my heart s saddened with losing another amazing compassionate provider the higher ups may not realize but these providers aren t just providing service for the company they service us as patients and it affects our road to recovery I feel like I have good standing with all my savida staff but I wish u would realize the impact it has on is patients who rely on the program and are staff removing them is like killing off my family when my provider always went above and beyond the pay grade has helped me with other problems and referrals to fix other issues after years of abuse to my body they all helped me to see other dr to start healing the physical issues not only the substance issues I m forever grateful and will miss Johanna and the way it was done no notice to us it s as if they bigger ppl don t care I pay out of pocket this place isn t free for me unlike alot of ppl but u can t put a price on sobriety and or a family of staff like we had and the trickling affect it will cause all around not everyone is replaceable maybe one day you will understand that as for my other dr Michelle and annalise are amazing also but idk where I d be without this program but mostly the staff there Krissy Haley I m forgetting some names but all of the girls go above and beyond and have been my extended family and are a huge part of my continued recovery I always feel safe and not judged going there they truly care it s clearly not about money cuz they pay is ughhh not the best and especially what they deal with but they show up and I always feel heard valued understood I have severe anxiety that I d be screwed if they ever closed down I m able to work and function in society and I wouldn t be able to do so not only with out my meds but with out my staff and work as a team to get best results this place is a god send and for those who don t abuse it u will wish u had done this sooner I can t thank them all enough for all they do daily ur all simply AMAZING and I love u all

I have to say this clinic is the best clinic I've been on and I've been on a few for the last 15 years . everyone is treated with respect a Westfield HCRC, they go above and beyond for you . Kristin is the lead supervisor there and she always makes sure she returns my calls and every problem I've ever had she always takes care of it . I feel like I have ppl that have my back at Westfield HCRC and I'm so very thankful for them and my recovery !!! SO A BIG THANKS TO KRISTIN AND ALL THE STAFF AT WESTFIELD HCRC . This clinic is by far the best one I have been to!!!! I have guess dosed at the clinics in Greenfield and I gotta say the clinic on Kenwood the nurse there are nice and it wasn't all to packed but the one on miles st is a zoo with not so nice ppl at my clinic (Noho) the staff is wicked nice and not scary at all they try and make u feel safe and comfortable the best they can when I was first trying to go get help to get clean I was so scared idk how it was going to be or if the ppl working there was going to give u them judgmental looks an I gotta say I have NOT gotten that look at all from them they actually want to help u with whatever problems or issues your having if your in the market for a change and wanna get clean I really think you should try this place out and if it's to far from your house they can set you up with a pt1 to help u get there really wat do you gotta lose???

This clinic is the best in the area. They have a no tolerance policy for any kind drug related activity anywhere near their property. Great staff and nurses that are caring, respectful, and supportive. Always feel I'm treated with respect and without bias. Would recommend for anyone seeking methadone or suboxone treatment for opiate addiction. I have multiple years of sobriety because of medication assisted addiction therapy.

My family member had an excellent experience with the ER yesterday. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and professional. Everything was well organized and treatment was top notch. They even called the next day to follow up which was surprisingly thorough. We are glad we chose this hospital.

I've been a patient of DR. Pennings for a long time. He performed a surgery on me earlier this week and I was admitted into this hospital. I can't even begin to explain how amazing the staff has been. The Nurses, CNAs, housekeeping, nutritional department, physical therapy. All amazing. Their attention to my care was top notch. They made sure that I was taken care of no matter what time of day it was. I am so thankful to have had such a great experience. Huge thank you to this amazing staff.

The response from the staff there was incredible. Thank you Bob from the Liberty entrance on Aug.22nd for pushing this hobbling old vet to my appointment. I think there was a computer glitch that held up my CAT Scan for 1/2 hour...but other than that the courtesy shown was great.

I've posted a few comments what's important is that the program works they now let u smoke bud also something alot of us worried about for take-homes but things WILL NOT always go your way I guess my advice to myself and others is simply keep going even if it gets rough and feels hard keep going even if you know your clean and a test says otherwise false positives or whatever they might be, just know that in the long run it is saving your life!!

My experience with this office has been nothing but pleasant! The staff is always friendly and helpful. We don't have long wait times. The doctors always give us their full attention and we don't feel rushed. I had expressed my concerns for my son and the doctor addressed each one and offered me solutions for all of them. Overall, I do not get the negative reviews of this place at all. Our family used to go to trinity health in Chicopee. You want frustrating employees and doctors and an overall bad experience, try them! Greenfield family medicine has always been phenomenal!
