It's Lovelock's only redeeming quality whatsoever , you can live there for 3 years and barely make it out of there alive with this place being the only positive memory you have to take with you and remember forever . NP Ashwood helped me transition from inpatient therapy to out and about in my daily life. I completed 28 days of PHP and then combined 12 weeks of IOP with going back to work. I have learned countless ways to cope, what my triggers are, how to be mindful in my daily life, and how to reroute when I catch myself in old habits. I highly recommend Ashwood to anyone who is leaving inpatient therapy or anyone who has a desire to change their life from the inside out. I have the longest sobriety time I’ve ever had and thanks to Ashwood and its alumni program, that time will keep adding up. Thank you Ashwood counselors and staff. You were my calm during the storm!

Eagle Creek was truly a lifeline for our family. From my very first phone call, I could tell this was a place that was different.
During an incredibly emotional and uncertain time, Luke, one of the owners, answered the phone himself. His kindness, patience, and genuine concern immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed.
Luke connected me with Jeff, who showed the same level of compassion and sincerity. He was the first person throughout this entire process who paused to ask how I was doing, a simple question that meant so much during such a difficult time. That genuine care stayed with me.
Getting my husband into Eagle Creek turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. The team there is exceptional in every sense of the word. I had the privilege of meeting several staff members, especially Arthur, Mel, and Matt, who went above and beyond to offer support, reassurance, and kindness.
Every person I encountered radiated warmth and a true desire to help people heal. I was deeply impressed by how purposeful every part of Eagle Creek’s program is. The therapies, counseling, and activities are all designed to help clients understand the roots of their addiction, grow personally, and develop the tools needed for lasting recovery. Their approach is clearly effective and equips clients to leave ready to maintain sobriety and build a fulfilling life.
Because of Eagle Creek’s remarkable program and compassionate staff, my husband has truly transformed for the better. It is clear that everyone there is deeply committed to helping people recover, not because it is their job, but because they genuinely care.
I will forever be grateful to the entire Eagle Creek team for their compassion, dedication, and humanity. They gave my husband and our family hope, healing, and a fresh start.

This is a great facility and the people I interacted with are even better. Specifically I'd like to mention Sandy and Tiffany.
Sandy was always extremely professional and cordial with me. Always asked how I was and expressed genuine concern for everyone.

I have gone here before and received amazing benifits, right away in every aspect of my life. I saw Frank Palmer. He is a genus of the mind. His help in areas of trauma, stress, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and more are mind blowing. It took only a short time to get my life and mind back on track and recover from utter devastation.
I can't say enough about how kind EVERYONE there is. Kathy Macintosh is the kindest person ever. She us a peer counselor there.
I just started there again to work through some new extreme life challenges. I did my first intake appointment with a new employee Vernessa Villar, from the Dayton office. I felt so compelled to leave a review about how incredible and sweet she is. It was a joy speaking to her to the point that the appointment flew by and I wished it hadn't ended. She is kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental intelligent, and caring. I can't wait to have her as a peer counselor which is another service offered by RNC that makes them so effectively helpful with any of lifes challenging roads we must walk.
From any mental disorder to abuse, self-esteem issues, substance abuse, or gaming, this is where you go to receive the kind, caring, compassionate help you need to regain control of your life.
Thank you RNC for being there for all of us...

I can open up to her and talk to her about anything and she always knows what to say. When i came in 2 different times for my assesment with Stephanie & Orientation with Amanda, they both offered me coffee before the appointments and let me make myself some! Just always so welcoming and i love that because as an addict going into places like that its hard because we're basically going in asking for help and thats never easy for someone going through an addiction. Dosing nurses! Those ladies do a great job. The hardest thing is getting stable on a dose while detoxing off a drug like fentynal. First off I have to thank Jason Coombs, the owner of Brick House. A good friend of mine that went through this program set up a time to meet with him. Assuming the busy man that he is, he took time out of his day to meet me and hear my story. He is genuine, authentic, and truly cared about me and my recovery to sobriety. Both him and Archie were there with me through my initial detox. Through text and phone calls they were there with me every step of the way and luckily they were able to get me into the program very shortly after. Having this be my first treatment center I can honestly say that God put me here for a reason. Having first and foremost it being a faith base treatment center. It has reestablised my relationship with my higher power in such a way that has been infectious not only to me, but also to those around me. The curriculum and knowledge that the coaches, counselors, and staff have, has monumental in my strides towards my life long recovery. The program has been thought out in such a methodical and purposeful way. Not only for the people in treatment, but for their families too. They have programs set up for them to have a better understanding and gain on addiction. Everyone at Brick house recovery truly cares about every single person in treatment. Being an addict for 27 years. This is the first time I’ve been completely sober in 35 days. Yes I’m still early into my recovery, but I can honestly say that I could not have done this without this program. The physical part is one thing, but when you start digging into your emotional sobriety, that’s when the true work begins, and every person that works at Brick house knows what it takes to help you succeed. I’m gaining so much from this program and I’m learning so much about myself. More than I ever could have thought. Top notch care to the fullest!!

Oh and the weird spelling of derrek (hope that's how you spell if) thanks for talking with me to the cops when I almost got arrested for biting a staff (😳) you helped so much. Anyway, peace out!

Whatever your view of detox centers, drug addiction or mental health, I would be remiss if i didn't thank the staff at Allumbaugh House for being a contributing factor in my survival. The specifics aren't important, except for the staff truly does care. Although I have been back several times, they truly do what they can to assist you in not only detox, but resources to continue sobriety upon leaving. Too many names to mention, but you all are saints.

I’m sadly a frequent flyer for detox centers, I’ve probably been to about 10, both in and outside of the Ada County area. This is the best detox center I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind and doesn’t judge you. This is a great safe place to detox and the case workers will work with you for next steps. They’ve saved my life and changed it.

I had 25 yrs. of drug addiction when I walked through their doors. With the willingness to change and the program available, recover is possible. I am almost 2yrs. sober and the happiest and grounded I have ever been. Thankyou Bristlecone. I will never forget where I came from and who helped me along the way.

If you are ready to change your life, the staff here are amazing and they are there to help you. I only lasted a week at Bristlecone but it was 100% me not being ready why I didn't make it longer and 100% on me that I didn't stay. When I am ready, I will be back because they did an amazing job getting me through that week I was there. If I was smarter, I would have stayed and I would still be sober but, addiction truly is a cunning thing and even knowing I should stay I left. Like I said, they did an amazing job just getting me sober for a week. I know that one day I will go back and my recovery will begin and be successful because of them. If you are ready to get sober, Bristlecone is the place to be. Do yourself a favor and call them now. They can help. Great team of great people who live to help people in need. I can't say enough good things about them. They truly care and you can tell. I wish I was stronger and stayed but my life and my path led me somewhere else for the time being. I know I will be back though and when I do go back, I know I will be ready and I will be successful because of this place and these wonderful people. Even though I failed, it's my fault and they did their best. I'm just a special kind of trainwreck and I'm not ready to be happy just yet. When I am ready though, this is where I will find my way to that happiness. Thank you to everyone at Bristlecone, keep doing what you do because so many people like me need you.

I have been helped by these people at 3 different locations with many different staff members, counselors and habits. I would have been dead by now if I had made other choices here and there but after approx fifteen or eighteen years, I am still standing, and I can honestly say it is because of their selfless compassion and commitment to those who ask for their help. That is the absolute real from a die hard junkie.

My wife is just beginning this journey and I pray we have made the right choice. She has hope in her eyes for the for the first time in a very very long time. The staff appear to be amazing! It's very clean. No loitering. No smoking right in front of building or right in front of the entrance/exit doors which i like alot . It shows class and that there is cleanliness and caring going on here. The nurses are great except for one person but the t e is always that one.
. She is the intake nurse that occupies the back office next to the doctor she has a rancid attitude and myself and my wife dont care for her at all. She has an air about herself that she is above speaking to the patients...so no good morning from her and if you ask how are you doing today she rudely replies what can I help you with?!!!! But the male African American nurse is my and my wife's favorite. Super nice !!! Always smiling always chatty always eager to help with any questions even if it doesn't apply to his position or field he will find someone that can answer you. Those that dont know what it like g e thing clean and sober have no idea how ppl getting clean are already under pressure and dont need to feel anymore beneath society than they already do!!! That one young Hispanic intake nurse ruins many a patient's day i can tell someone really should talk to her about this attitude...
The doctor who evaluates you and prescribes your dosage is amazing! She is tall beautiful with blonde hair and a single gold tooth!! She is eager to help very compassionate, understanding but let's you know that she is under federal guidelines and what she is doing is the best she is allowed but encourages you that you will reach your final and better dosage with in days.
My wife's counselor is Micheal and he is amazing! Always smiling! Always has a light in his eyes! My wife adores him and is looking forward d to working with him and the gentleman across the hall who takes care of mental health! Yes they do mental as well here! and counseling !!! And they provide narcan and test trips free of charge!! Clean restroom clean waiting room my wife br9ngs her poodle mix Raul everywhere in there and no one says anything!
This is hopefully the beginning of beautiful and meaningful medical relationship !!!
