This group of women helped me through a very difficult time. They were kind, considerate, compassionate and always had a smile and positive attitude. I adore each and every one of them. Karen Smith 2 months ago I have been to the ER a few times, however I recently have been admitted twice. In comparison I can honestly say the doctors and nurses have all been wonderful! The hospital closest to my home is Jersey Shore Medical Center, however I have had not the greatest experiences my last few visits. The doctors here talk to you and not at you. The nurses are wonderful, and very accommodating. I have found it better to drive the extra 20 mins to come here where they seem to actually care and address all concerns, where as JSUMC they really just seem to not care. I can honestly say the care has been wonderful, and everybody who enters my room knock and announce themselves. You’re not made to feel as a bother if you need anything. Doctors and nurses here are so so nice. Even the janitors and meal delivery persons asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything. The room is also very well kept, clean and organized. Sophia 2 months ago I went here in 2016 for a surgery. I overall had a good experience with everything and almost everyone. Only negative was a nurse named Darlene in Same Day Surgery. She was so rude when I asked for a simple blanket and all I heard was her big mouth gossiping at the desk. Never forgot it because she was so horrible and mean. I highly recommend Freehold HighFocus treatment center to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or just looking for a higher level of treatment solely therapy does not provide. We got to do a bunch of therapeutic activities that were so helpful, and the staff were also really kind, friendly, and understanding. This place is amazing for someone struggling with a mental illness, at the time, I had depression, and this Mental Health Service helped me a lot. My Dr actually listens and provides feedback, remembers and takes interest in things we've talked about prior, and follows up on them. It feels like he genuinely cares. I truly thank him for that! Before him at stress care, I was disrespected if I talked, had Drs not even look up at me or hear anything from me, just tried pushing medications that only made things alot worse! The social worker has been nothing but great! She is very nice, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I have felt better since starting, and no longer dread having to talk to a doctor. I can only speak to my experience with the staff, my Dr I've been had since starting, and my social worker stress cares provides to help you, even if just for a ride. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I recommend them to anyone that sees that their child is going through a rough time.
