My father was brought into the ER with a heart issue. The staff were amazing! Everyone worked diligently to stabilize his condition and make him comfortable. I can only speak on what services I have used in the last year which is their labor and delivery which was 10/10, highly recommend delivering there if you are a low risk pregnancy (no nicu) the staff were so friendly and helpful. Their laboratory services were also amazing!! We had blood work done on our one year old and the staff were friendly and did an amazing job making our baby feel comfortable. They took us on time and had awesome availability for working people. Highly recommend Riverview for these services.

Relevance Treatment Center was a necessary step in my recovery to secure sobriety and live a life worth living. Their PHP, IOP programs helped me to regain tools and skills to support my mental & physical health. I have been struggling very much and when I arrived, I was met with the upmost respect, care, support and kindness. It is a comfortable & safe environment for those struggling with mental health issues, substance addictions, etc. and it is all owed to the loving staff. In their own respective manners, the amazingly sweet receptionist LeaAnn made the environment feel warm and friendly from the very beginning, she always said good morning and how is your day, truly caring about how you felt and being honest, it was hard for her not to make your day better. The technician and maintenance team involving the hilarious and comforting Joe & Rob would always find a solution to any of our needs and make us priority #1, yet would always have some time to talk and joke around with us during our groups in between groups. They are tremendous and I thank them for making rough days better. Words cannot describe the level of care and effort put by the clinical team, but Chelsea, Gracie, Henry, Monika, Josh, Julie & Victoria (Both case managers who helped individual clients with housing, financial, income, etc.) were monumental in my recovery and ability to cope with my issues in life. I am grateful for the work they do and their passion behind every intent. I felt validated everyday and I cannot thank them enough. The medical team including Dr. Paul Gazzara, nurse practitioner Latifah Oparison & Nurse Patty were incredibly helpful and understanding in the medications that were necessary for me in my beginning stages of recovery. Everyone in the admissions team including John, Gina, Dan & Tabitha made the initial steps very easy to grasp and helped throughout the way. They helped majorly ease any financial burden. Clinical directors Jess & Melanie deal with a lot of work and not often did I see them, yet they always made time for anyone to come and talk about any issues or just to have a conversation with them. They are incredibly kind and amazing at their field of work, they care and I am very grateful. Would definitely recommend for those who have or are currently with mental health/substance abuse. In my experience of rehab centers, detox, sober living, this has been one of the greatest.

From day one, everyone in this facility made me feel welcomed, important, and not to mention , safe enough to open up, share my heartaches, without being judge or embarrassed.
I have learned so much about myself, and for the first time, in a very long time, not only am I “Worthy,” but I am “Important,” and I don’t need a supplement of any kind to achieve this.
When people say, “First impressions mean the most,” what I experienced on my first day. It made all the difference to my world.

High Focus came into my life at the right time. I was really hurting and dealing with major depression due to some tough life circumstances. High Focus gave me my life back. Their staff was so welcoming and kind. My clinician Taylor was so incredibly helpful and challenged me in all the right ways to get the growth I needed out of the programs. High Focus has been pivotal to my success in understanding, as well as coping with my mental health. I have gone through the program twice in 5 years and this time around was fantastic. Kellie my clinician was excellent, she was compassionate, understanding, and really pushed me when I desperately needed to be pushed. All the clinicians who ran the groups were fantastic, Karyn, Ashley, Taylor, Kellie, Kendall, you all have made such positive impacts on my life. I can’t recommend high focus enough to those out there who are struggling mentally. I’ve been through Princeton house prior, and High Focus is far and away the best program around.

The Cardiac Cath staff are all wonderful. They are all knowledgeable and courteous. From the tech Marcus to the nurses and APNs. They kept myself and family up to date on my progress.

I had to see them once a month during my pregnancy and Tina and the rest of the people in the eeg team (Leanne & Mathews) went above and beyond to be nice and welcoming!!! From the very first interaction, their intake and admissions team has been responsive, thorough, and incredibly supportive, ensuring that referrals are handled with the urgency and sensitivity they deserve. The clinical team at Rebirth is exceptional in their use of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.
One of the standout features of Rebirth is their integrated approach. They address substance use holistically, incorporating Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when appropriate, and always with a strong emphasis on co-occurring mental health conditions. I believe this program benefited me in so many ways, Scott & Alesha went above and beyond in my recovery and i am so grateful to them for hearing my concerns and accommodating them. I have been coming to Stress Care for several years now and at first it was a little rocky but about six months ago I was assigned to Christina. I cannot recommend Christina highly enough. She is an incredibly compassionate, skilled, and insightful therapist who creates a safe and supportive space for real growth and healing. From the very first session, I felt truly heard and understood. Christina has a unique ability to ask the right questions, offer meaningful perspectives, and guide me toward clarity in ways that feel empowering rather than overwhelming.
Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shine through in every interaction. I’ve noticed so many positive changes in my life thanks to her guidance, and I feel more confident, grounded, and hopeful than I have in years. If you are looking for a therapist who is both deeply empathetic and highly effective, Christina is truly exceptional. I leave every session feeling a million times better. She truly tells me what I need to hear instead of what I want to hear, which is something I have never been able to receive through many therapists in the past. Andy and Sharon have been pivotal to my recovery. I was hopeless before I started this program and didn’t think anything could or would change. I went to bright harbor healthcare for years for my daughter ( I go there for myself also and I love my therapist) however her experience was sub par and I have some HUGE reservations with her last therapist especially because she tried to talk my daughter into taking HRT behind my my back which she didn’t even want them. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I recommend them to anyone that sees that their child is going through a rough time. I even put my seven year old in therapy there for aggressive behavior issues I was convinced she had ODD but a few months of seeing Alex and she is a different person no more freak outs I owe this place the world HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she’s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I’m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she’s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I’ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they’re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

Not sure what’s with the bad reviews here about but I’ve tried but the telephone & in-person and both are “functional.” This system is for ex-military & nothing says we are here to get VIP treatment as there are millions fellow comrades (Soldiers Creed) are using the same system. This reviews make me so sad because I’ve been coming here since 2015. At first I had a horrible therapist, but I ended up switching. I loved the two therapists that I had and currently love the one I have now. I’ve only ever had one bad psychiatrist and I get a new one every year.
