I called to make an appointment for my husband and the receptionist, “Danielle” was extremely helpful, caring and patient in figuring out how to get him seen the soonest. I’ve gone to this clinic myself for years and I’m surprised at all the negative reviews posted; as all of the visits I’ve had there have shown knowledgeable professionalism by Drs and PAs and caring staff members- nurses, phlebotomists and front desk personnel.

Nice and friendly staff, I have had great experiences coming over here & they help a lot.

Strange to see these low rating. I had an excellent visit today. Staff is amazing! Jane Montano, Nurse Practitioner was amazing.

We were recommended this clinic by our primary care providers. They do provide Telehealth sessions which makes it a lot more accessible; the sessions can be done over Video Call or just by Telephone, which I really appreciate. Staff is lovely, and the therapists we've worked with have been great too.

I recommend Mess Vista the staff are great it's just a great place I highly recommend it to anybody that needs counseling or on its way to sobriety I've been there going on 10 months and I love it highly recommend

The support staff are so very friendly! The turnaround in the billing department has been a great change! The integrative services are so nice! Love the sound healing and yoga!!!! The front desk is so helpful any billing questions are answered by their billing department immediately and are all so friendly.

Hoy is a great program but you have to want it..you can't go in thinking you're going to change how they operate.u just work on u

I had 1ba really good experience at Hoy Recovery. I successfully completed a 90 day program during the summer of 2022 and since have returned home and also went back to work . I really enjoyed the months I stayed at Hoy for the most part. It's not a resort or anything like that but it is a farm in the Rio Grande Valley of Velarde, NM. I met some g' /ood friends at Hoy 1 /r 1

The staff and my Primary Care Physician are second to none. They are accessible anytime I’ve needed them and responsive to my needs as they arise. I can reach them by phone, secure messages and in person, if necessary. Thank you ALL! 🇺🇸

This place deserves a lot more credit than the reviews show. They handle and immense number of patients and still manage to get me in and out smoothly most days. I can’t express how wonderful it is not to have to drive down I25 across town.

If you feel the need to go to a detox/recovery center, this is the place. They are super helpful and made recovery very comfortable. the staff there are very caring and they actually care about your recovery.

This treatment facility is top notch! The admissions team made me so comfortable while I was working to help get a family member help. They answered all my questions thoroughly. My grandson is in here. It took him a bit to adjust. He's been in here for a bit he doesn't like being locked up. But he's been to a few other places before he got here. But this place is way better than the other facilities he's been in. Who is going to like being locked up the question is are you going to learn from it or keep on doing the same thing. Break the rules you come to a place like this one or you go to a juvenile detention center. This place is like a retreat by comparison. They let your parents bring you healthy foods snacks games books you don't get those in other facilities. Especially in juvenile detention nothing goes in.

I was here in 1998-1999 in B.. I was the one that ran out the van on a late night drive. Probably the reason why there ain't handles in the inside of the vans.. It was cool here they feed you good back then I don't know now though.. I was there for six months maybe longer. If you want the help they will help you... If any of the old staff are there what's up to you all...... Jeri she was cool and her husband. Natalie with her big muscle head bf what's up guys .

ALL THE STAFF AND MEDICAL TEAM REALLY DO CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT; PERSON AND PARENT! THEY ARE ALL WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE SO YOU CAN ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS!

UNM is not only the state university hospital but it has the best children’s hospital in the USA I had my first two at Loveless Hospital it was good but hands down I had my two others at UNM and they went beyond and over to meet my needs and I’m sure the rest of the units are the same way with there Patients..... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place saved my life. When I was admitted, they were very kind, called me not only by how I look (masculine) but respected my preferred name. There was lots of outside time. The staff were amazing, if needed you could get a hug, and helped me with everything! Just absolute saints. Even when I started my period, they staff were amazing, supplied me with plenty of spare pants + pads, and were absolutely amazing. The night staff I got for about half of my stay was very strict, and I very much appreciated it, as it can get chaotic, but it was just absolutely amazing, they helped me through panic attacks and everything, I just can't express how much they helped me!!! I will always consider this place as a home ❤️

this place is nicer than others, (presbyterian) and i appreciate that they dont have cameras in the bedrooms for privacy. You can also ask techs for hugs if you would like, this really helped me as one of my coping skills in physical touch and helps from my derealization. I wish we got to go outside more though, and the seclusion room is a bit less comforting than it should be. but overall, it was okay and it helped.

They've done everything to help me, they never gave up until I got better. I'm thankful for them.

Much has changed in the Clinic in the past 6 months or so, especially an increase in medical professionals and the overall quality of care. Also, the staff are employees of "Primary Care Solutions" (home-based in Dallas, TX) and not the VA, so they are probably less vulnerable to the personnel cuts and service disruptions that the VA is experiencing. Finally, I find the staff at the clinic to be as as caring and competent as the VA employees at the Albuquerque Regional VA Hospital.

I stayed here back in the beginning of 2018 till almost the ending of it I know it might have drastically changed here but when I was here most of the staff was helpful and really nice, gave you respect if you respected them. I feel this place is only good for someone staying here for shelter. Definitely not a way to get help unless your 16 and can go to the youth services nextdoor for even more support as long as I have remembered since the shelter can be holding kids that barely got out of a detention center.

Marisa and staff gave my daughter/ son (Joey wants to be a boy ) Joey chose to leave But I knew He had a safe warm place for a night, with wonderful people. Any donations would be used properly. PLEASE PLEASE go to the shelter web page and give them what they need to keep Albuquerque and this Nations chi children alive.

THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE! Like lots of people out there i struggled with addiction, going nowhere fast and pretty much bed ridden! I was lucky enough to receive 1 of very few openings at the time and now I've been a patient here with this team for many years! I started with no hope in sight to being clean now over 10yrs and running my own business! The staff is amazing and kind and more like family! I look forward to my appointment days it's like visiting friends! If your serious about making a change this is where you need to be! But don't squander your chance, it's a blessing! Dr Ro is definitely one of if not the best Dr I've ever had! Thanks guys! I know i say it alot but you are all the reason I'm still here and living my best life! From the bottom of my heart and my family's we appreciate you all!!

Had a medical issue while nearby. Went into the clinic and was immediately given excellent care by the staff.

Reading these reviews, seeing how the 'nice' comments were dealt with vs trying to comfort the people who needed you .. that's why their comment is there. They deserved to be heard. I will not be supporting this THERAPY practice 😡. Shame on you.

Thanks for helping our Veterans coming home with PTSD. My husband is a Navy veteran with PTSD. Got him a German Shepherd in 2020. I knew this breed well and she is a self trained PTSD dog. God bless you all

I Google a lot of information because I can't comprehend what I read and I am a disabled veteran in need of serious help. Home has 60,000 plus dollars in untold damages and I can't get help from anyone.

From the moment you really to the gate you will find a soothing atmosphere. The environment is clean and dog friendly. And if you're looking for a well-run nonprofit for veterans to support you couldn't find a more worthy place.

Just a bunch of amazing people doing an amazing job to help each patient out with their mental health. Thank y'all for being there for me and my family

Sylvia Archuletta was extremely detrimental to my emotional well being by her seemingly off the cuff diagnosis. Which since then I have seen others at other facilities and they agree. Bad counselor.

I am forever grateful to this rehab. I have been able to maintain my sobriety because of they.

My Mom stayed at Genesis Uptown for a couple of weeks. The stains care she received was what I expected. She made friends with many of the staff and they were very kind to her. When she left she didn’t have her glasses. The staff helped look for them but they were never found. I talked to Diana G. About the situation. She was very helpful and diligent about following up with me. Even though we couldn’t get my Mom in to the eye doctor to get new glasses for almost two months, Diana was ready to help. She got the new glasses paid for! This lady is a true professional and I really appreciate her!

This place does help in the time of crisis. It is not meant for treatments or more than one week. My son was there for 72 hours which has helped for what we needed. The security guard Martin is very rude disrespectful and unprofessional he does not know how and will not be courteous to people's emotions in their time of crisis. He thinks he's an actual police officer and will use his badge to push you around.

This place helped save my life. But overall made things so much worse for me. I’ve lost all my friends. And my meds aren’t working for me. I have awful trauma and I constantly have flash backs of this place. It made my grades go down and made my moods overall worse. I feel like since I’ve been there I’ve gained more issues and this place overall wasn’t therapeutic at all.
