I called to make an appointment for my husband and the receptionist, “Danielle” was extremely helpful, caring and patient in figuring out how to get him seen the soonest. I’ve gone to this clinic myself for years and I’m surprised at all the negative reviews posted; as all of the visits I’ve had there have shown knowledgeable professionalism by Drs and PAs and caring staff members- nurses, phlebotomists and front desk personnel.

Nice and friendly staff, I have had great experiences coming over here & they help a lot.

Strange to see these low rating. I had an excellent visit today. Staff is amazing! Jane Montano, Nurse Practitioner was amazing.

After two very bad experiences with Therapist, my therapist friend suggested I try Serna solutions. They placed me with the therapist Erin. She is wonderful, she has helped me through so much. And I feel so thankful that Serna solutions exist.

Thank you to the gentleman and his team im a new patient and I was not seen yey but I was having a hard time and needed to speak to someone, he said they do not do walkins like that but he provided me quick sources to go and call. He did a follow up a call on weekened and i appreciate that I got the help I needed thank to the quick thinking and knowing what to do.

I want to thank the office manager, I dont remember his name. But he is always so kind and professional with my family and well knowledge with our insurance plan. Also the organization, they have helped my family tremendous through our difficult time. Highly recommended.

This place I have so many memories of as a young native american growing up in the Santa Fe Area I use to attend an A.A meeting here with a group of Native American brothers and many of whom I can say sadly have gone into the next world into them Happy Hunting grounds but this place has left an impact on me and my life I will nevrr forget the people I've met here over the course of the years I've been there allways relapsing but the people allways been so supportive it's been allmost 8yrs now since I haven't been there but I'm glad to say where I live now I attend a quiet meeting with two or three people at a time and I'm glad to say I just celebrated 2yrs last month and I know it's not a big to the ones who gotten years under there belts but like they say in the meetings it's one day at a time your truly AdrianB😎✌️💨

Incredible place for support in recovery. the breath finders 11 step meeting in the morning has been A. Godsend for us to practice yoga and movement and alternative supporting methods to the twelve steps being in the space where this is pertinent.

They always professional they always have a smile on their face and they always make you feel good and if you have any questions they always there to answer it

The people are very nice except the nurse lady most of the time has an attitude and is dismissive but other than her it has been amazing experience. Everyone else is very welcoming and they make you feel comfortable and are very supportive

This agency is community focused. They have an outstanding behavioral health professional team. Their stellar administration team and day shelter team are compassionate, and kind.

Great people who care. I don't understand how these reviews are low. It's not tls, I believe it's where you live...TLS has been amazing in helping me through my mental health.

They do fantastic work ! Their staff are dedicated to fulfilling clients needs and supporting them with high-quality therapy and activities.

I so much appreciate what TLS has been doing for the community for many years. TLS has clients that have been in the program for over 30 years. I believe the staff truly cares about the clients and does their best. We help a difficult population and do great work. The clients and staff are some of the most wonderful people I have had the opportunity to work with. Thank you TLS!

They are very friendly and really listen to you when you need help. It can take time to get an appointment but it's worth it.

For six months, they've been extremely helpful and flexible with payment and schedules. For the first time in 26 years, this is the first place where I really fit in, feel accepted, and have my needs and preferences met. Every staff member that works here does a great job and works hard. I think we all deserve all the support we can get!

I've been visiting counseling for 20 years, and this is the first place I've been where I really fit in, feel accepted, and have my needs and preferences met. The other person who left a one star review is probably projecting. These people do a great job and work hard. They even provide things like soap, toothpaste, and small candies for people hard on their luck. They deserve all the support they can get!

By far the best place to go to recover from addiction through healing your mind, body and soul! ViewPoint has it all... detox, mindfulness, counseling, yoga, personal training, AA, a Nutritionist... super impressed with this place! Highly recommend View Point rehab! ??

I've had good and bad days since I've been going here the part I hate the most are how many counselors I've been through. Only one in the 12 yrs I've been here has actually changed my life she left and I relapsed but I'm on track again since thanks to myself because I won't let another counselor in because I know for a fact they will leave also, other then that I love the nurses and,, I like them all it's a nice place for help if your ready for it

It's a great place everyone there they are the best ever and they really care plus if you need any help with anything just ask they will or make sure you get what you need. So if you need help this is the place to go. Only one thing wish they stayed open until 1pm

Staff is outstanding, I can tell my councilor Mike cares about his clients succeeding the program and will do whatever he can to make you feel heard,, and the other councilors seem to as well.. The staff was changing quite a bit for a yr or two ago but, the new ones coming in are always kind and apathetic. I Miss the old Director Max but other than wishing he still was there, I have no complains

Going in I was skeptical. The VA gets a bad rap. After getting the physical and paperwork the nurse came to the waiting room, sat down and explained the results. My private doctor does not do this. Appointments made and taken care of in a very timely manor. I was pretty impressed with the VA and this location.

Not perfect, but its clean and medical appointments are easy to come by. Mental health is a little harder to get the apts you want, but they're always available by phone. Small, but very clean and staff is extremely nice.

I was sent here by Parole.. Parole is paying… so I’ve got quite a bit of therapy to look forward to. Trying to keep an open mind and so far GTS has allowed me to do this… that’s saying a lot for something I’m not doing voluntarily. 4 stars for how easy it is to go through the process, the friendliness of the staff, the availability of remote use of services, and straightforward answers to my questions.

I enjoy the classes, and I am learning more and more about myself and my reactions to past and present situations, both good and bad, and dealing with them appropriately.

My dad and I stopped here yesterday and although lunch was already done they still fed us and put gas in our vehicle. Very nice people and place.

Today I went to the Crpt IHS for the flu shot. Man, I tell you, I had a good experience there the people were so extra nice. I could not believe it. They treated me like royalty. I just was just so surprised. If there is a change happening, I just want to say, "Good Job, and keep treating everyone like that" Today's experience was a perfect 10.
