I called to make an appointment for my husband and the receptionist, “Danielle” was extremely helpful, caring and patient in figuring out how to get him seen the soonest. I’ve gone to this clinic myself for years and I’m surprised at all the negative reviews posted; as all of the visits I’ve had there have shown knowledgeable professionalism by Drs and PAs and caring staff members- nurses, phlebotomists and front desk personnel.

(Now retired.) Mi esposa exercises one of the owner’s horses weekly: for years it’s been her “free ride”. Alison is a dear friend and skilled horse rancher. She simply got tired of shoveling horse hockey. Grade A ranch in a grade A place.

Very nice property for others to consider. The location does not meet the needs of an ill family members.

We were recommended this clinic by our primary care providers. They do provide Telehealth sessions which makes it a lot more accessible; the sessions can be done over Video Call or just by Telephone, which I really appreciate. Staff is lovely, and the therapists we've worked with have been great too.

I recommend Mess Vista the staff are great it's just a great place I highly recommend it to anybody that needs counseling or on its way to sobriety I've been there going on 10 months and I love it highly recommend

The support staff are so very friendly! The turnaround in the billing department has been a great change! The integrative services are so nice! Love the sound healing and yoga!!!! The front desk is so helpful any billing questions are answered by their billing department immediately and are all so friendly.

Do you guys help with transportation for those who want to attend services. I also live in the S.V where buses don’t run on Sundays and quit running by 6:30.

Hoy is a great program but you have to want it..you can't go in thinking you're going to change how they operate.u just work on u

I had 1ba really good experience at Hoy Recovery. I successfully completed a 90 day program during the summer of 2022 and since have returned home and also went back to work . I really enjoyed the months I stayed at Hoy for the most part. It's not a resort or anything like that but it is a farm in the Rio Grande Valley of Velarde, NM. I met some g' /ood friends at Hoy 1 /r 1

Started seeing Jennifer ramon in 2020. She's amazing and treats her patients like she cares. These days I'm currently seeing Sara Martin and I just cant say enough good things about her. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. I've NEVER EVER had any issues nor do I have any complaints about the Dr's. The front desk is another story. I feel this position should be given to someone with patients .understanding and just kind...that should be a requirement for the job...and we the people should not even have to be saying this. You would think it would just be a given.. being they're dealing with sick and elderly people .also certain Dr's are there only on Tuesdays and Thursdays... take that into consideration..

This place deserves a lot more credit than the reviews show. They handle and immense number of patients and still manage to get me in and out smoothly most days. I can’t express how wonderful it is not to have to drive down I25 across town.

I began much-needed individual therapy this month at New Mexico Solutions. It has helped my interior life substantially already. I want to mention two qualities that stand out. The first was what has helped me the most. I have worked thus far with Alexa Brown who is doing a phenomenal job taking me seriously. I struggle with the impression that the people around me do not, on even the most fundamental level, have any respect for me, and, as I unravel myself in order to heal the parts of myself about which I'm most ashamed, Alexa's unwavering validation has been invaluable. I could not have asked for a person with whom it is easier to speak. The second was the ease by which I have been able to access therapy. I found it surprising that I could manage to fit anything at all into my schedule, given how much I've struggled to access other forms of healthcare since moving to New Mexico. Many thanks to the staff at New Mexico Solutions for making the process easy.

If you feel the need to go to a detox/recovery center, this is the place. They are super helpful and made recovery very comfortable. the staff there are very caring and they actually care about your recovery.

This treatment facility is top notch! The admissions team made me so comfortable while I was working to help get a family member help. They answered all my questions thoroughly. Fortunately my family member decided to go to treatment and I couldn’t be so grateful! Thank you Kandi for all your hard work!

I came here when I was 14 and it was a life changer like I got the rehab part and I got the anger management part too and it has so many more perks

My grandson is in here. It took him a bit to adjust. He's been in here for a bit he doesn't like being locked up. But he's been to a few other places before he got here. But this place is way better than the other facilities he's been in. Who is going to like being locked up the question is are you going to learn from it or keep on doing the same thing. Break the rules you come to a place like this one or you go to a juvenile detention center. This place is like a retreat by comparison. They let your parents bring you healthy foods snacks games books you don't get those in other facilities. Especially in juvenile detention nothing goes in.

I was here in 1998-1999 in B.. I was the one that ran out the van on a late night drive. Probably the reason why there ain't handles in the inside of the vans.. It was cool here they feed you good back then I don't know now though.. I was there for six months maybe longer. If you want the help they will help you... If any of the old staff are there what's up to you all...... Jeri she was cool and her husband. Natalie with her big muscle head bf what's up guys .

UNM is not only the state university hospital but it has the best children’s hospital in the USA I had my first two at Loveless Hospital it was good but hands down I had my two others at UNM and they went beyond and over to meet my needs and I’m sure the rest of the units are the same way with there Patients..... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been working with trish for nearly 3 years. I've been in therapy since I was 7. I never got help like I did with trish. I came to her a shattered soul really just lost to the world. She breathed life into me. I cqnt explain it any other way. I'm no longer under any legal obligation to see her. I do tho. I've been seeing her a whole year now with no order. I just keep soaking up her support. She's not just my Dr she's been my light. I wanna encourage anyone lost and broken to give these guys a chance they really did help me.

This place saved my life. When I was admitted, they were very kind, called me not only by how I look (masculine) but respected my preferred name. There was lots of outside time. The staff were amazing, if needed you could get a hug, and helped me with everything! Just absolute saints. Even when I started my period, they staff were amazing, supplied me with plenty of spare pants + pads, and were absolutely amazing. The night staff I got for about half of my stay was very strict, and I very much appreciated it, as it can get chaotic, but it was just absolutely amazing, they helped me through panic attacks and everything, I just can't express how much they helped me!!! I will always consider this place as a home ❤️

this place is nicer than others, (presbyterian) and i appreciate that they dont have cameras in the bedrooms for privacy. You can also ask techs for hugs if you would like, this really helped me as one of my coping skills in physical touch and helps from my derealization. I wish we got to go outside more though, and the seclusion room is a bit less comforting than it should be. but overall, it was okay and it helped.

They've done everything to help me, they never gave up until I got better. I'm thankful for them.

Much has changed in the Clinic in the past 6 months or so, especially an increase in medical professionals and the overall quality of care. Also, the staff are employees of "Primary Care Solutions" (home-based in Dallas, TX) and not the VA, so they are probably less vulnerable to the personnel cuts and service disruptions that the VA is experiencing. Finally, I find the staff at the clinic to be as as caring and competent as the VA employees at the Albuquerque Regional VA Hospital.

This program and its plan of loving those needing recovery has blessed our son . He finally has peace and can truly feel Jesus Christ is his Savior is turning his life around.

This place is special. I'm glad to be part of the U-turn family! My life has been significantly impacted by the program and relationships at U-turn. While I was there, God showed me the power of humility. He also showed me that even though I SAID I wanted to follow Him and walk in obedience, I would have a LOT of surrendering to do (and still do!) before I was no longer lord of my life. At U-turn, I learned what it means to ABIDE, to truly trust God to meet my needs and to stay at His cross. It was NOT easy, but nothing worthwhile ever comes easily. U-turn helps you get the things that really matter- maturity, sobriety, restoration, new life- fruits of the obedient and faithful follower. I graduated my 1st phase, and while I was there for 2 months i saw and met a lot of men that wanted to change, wanted restoration-but they wanted it on THEIR terms. That's not how God works, He plays second chair to nobody. We have to come to Him on His terms, and we have to live according to His will,not ours and that definitely includes discipleship and spiritual growth. Because of U-turn I gladly seek and follow His plan for me. I no longer live to fulfill my flesh or empty desires, life has been so good and sobriety is just one of the benefits of my new life. If you're considering this program for yourself or for a loved one, then trust and believe God has you (or them) right where you're supposed to be and that nothing happens "by chance". For one reason or another, U-turn is before you-so I'll finish with this:U-TURN WORKS.😀 Lives are changed and miracles happen everyday at U-turn. God moves through the program, in and around the lives of the residents and you'll literally feel His presence the moment you walk through the ranch's front door.
