Praise the Lord for Bethel Colony of Mercy. This was my first step to surrendering to Jesus Christ. Me and my wife went thru the program together it was awesome that they do that there we got to do marriage counseling but the main thing is that you get to get rooted and grounded in the word of God there the pastors there are amazing and on point with the Bible I can honestly say that me and my wife grew so much in the Lord there all I can say is if you want to break the chains of addiction go to bethel and focuse on you growing close to the Lord cause that's how you break the chains and I can say that bethel is well maintained Phil Lambert and the house keeping crew keeps it nice and clean I was part of that crew and the women's campus is so beautiful and they even allow people that smoke to smoke there they got a smoking place and me and my wife have been talking about going back in about a year just so we can take 65 more days to just grow in the Lord and hear the word everyday thank you bethel

I have been attending Hickory Metro Center for many many years. I absolutely would recommend this Clinic to anyone. I have been dealing with having a substance issue basically my entire life. And methadone has actually saved my life. I have so much respect for Clay #1 because he is extremely nice, he doesn't sugarcoat anything, he is very blunt and tells you exactly how things are and tells you the truth. I respect him so much for that. Clay has so many wonderful qualities. Also Kimberly McDaniels is another person I have a lot of respect for. She has been there for me through The Good The Bad and The Ugly. She has never given up on me, she has always encouraged me and always lended a helping hand. She has a very very good heart and she is also a very upfront blunt, tell you how it is person, and I respect people like that. I don't engage a lot with much of the other staff but they seem to be nice and all the dosing nurses are incredibly nice especially Fred. But yes I definitely give this Clinic five stars. The ladies up front and the nurses are all the reason this place is such a great place to get treatment at. Everyone there really cares, and they don't act like they are better then you . They are great people who make it worth your while to go to McLeod . They do not judge , and they treat you with much respect. Love all you ladies up front and all the nurses!

My counselor is wonderful. She honestly cares about me. Takes time to listen, she's understanding, gives advice and is very personable. The nurses are all so nice and they care about you too. The ladies that check you in, I love them. So very nice. Every person in the building is amazing. If you want help, they're there and will give you 100% of their time. I am so glad I decided to get my life together. The most, I'm glad I went there, to a place that really cares! Going there is the best decision I've ever made. So thankful for every single person there!!!Edit... one reason I stopped going is because they (nurses) are not fair to all patients. 2 test exactly the same and 1 gets weekly take homes and the other doesn't. It was 1 nurse that was the 1 that did it over and over. I love those people and they really did save me, but fairness in take home's isn't consistent.

I go to the clinic in Hickory and the staff. There is the nicest I ve met in a long time. The nurses seem to care about you every time you come in they know you and ask how you re doing? I ve got a wonderful counselor, and the ladies at the front door are always happy to see you. If you re looking for someplace to go for help the clinic in Hickory has open enrollment on Wednesday mornings they do accept Medicaid and if you don t have the money our your unemployed, they also have grant funding that can pay for your medicine if you re in need, please go check them out they have helped me so much! God bless, please remember to keep saying the serenity prayer it has helped me the most in rehab!

In process of getting transferred here from Asheville VA Medical Center for my Primary Care Provider as my long time doctor, Scott Cassidy, M.D. has retired. Starting with a new doctor here, 1 hour and 10 minutes closer to home. Received great, friendly, prompt and professional care as a walk-in patient. My personal experience with this facility is above and beyond. Between 2013 and 2017 I attended Synergy Recovery 9 times attempting to overcome my issue of opiates. As of 8-20-2017 I have been clean. In loosing my mother to cancer just 8 months after coming home from 40 months in prison, I found myself engulfed in an addiction and had no idea what to do. Was homeless and already "re-burnt" all my bridges. After making contact with them, they even bought me a cab to take me from my grand parents in Lenoir to North Wilkesboro for treatment. Once my treatment was over, they helped me stay outta Caldwell County and helped me get into a halfway house up in Elkin. Love this place, staff, and what theyre about. I would definitely recommend it to any and everybody!!!!

My counselor was awesome. She's very indetp and intuned in the teachings. Very easy to relate and communicate with. Thanks to her I am now smoke free amonsg other things she helped me understand I did not. My time at Donlin was a very changing and beneficial experience. It really opened my eyes.
