I’ve only had one appointment so far, but I found the receptionist and the nurse practitioner extremely friendly and helpful! The nurse practitioner took a lot of time to really get to know me, and had some very good advice about my medications. Very little wait time also.

I have been going here for 3 years and never had a problem until Madison, the counselor, showed up. I would give Madison 0 stars because she doesn't follow HIPPA. She has a big mouth and she has been running her mouth about me all over town, even things that were said in my private sessions with her. I give Medmark 5 starts, but Madison gets zero stars. She'll be the reason I leave Medmark. She's trifling and always trying to not schedule me so that I'll have to have longer sessions with her. I don't want to talk to Madison at all and sit in her office pretending to be happy about it. I brought up the rumors she started and she laughed.

This clinic actually treats their patients like they are human beings. Unlike acadias clinics which they own all of the clinics in wv but this one. I haven’t even talked an Acadia clinic in the town I live in but I drive an hour to this clinic just so I don’t have to go to the Clarksburg treatment center.

I was in a grease fire and my limbs were damaged to the point of needing skin graphs, and this hospital did an amazing job; from bed side manner, food, to working great with my insurance company to provide me outpatient care with compression clothing customized to my size and healing. The emergency room even had a priest there to pray for me if I wanted during the beginning of the stay. I was there in total of a week and 1/2. I felt safe, and very comfortable the whole time, nurses were always on their A game. Thank you for caring for me!

Lauren DeWitt and her teammates at Ascension Recovery Services have gone above and beyond to now help two of my friends. The first for loss of spouse and the other for alcoholism. They take it very personally as if they were finding treatment for their own family member. Lauren set up a family intervention and even personally flew with my friend to the treatment center. This place is very amazing. Most people when they come here they have bad attitude. Like me. I was mad that my mom locked me up. But the bradley center help me come out of my shell. They cant force you to change you really want to change. But they will help you as long as you help yourself. Now some staff are rude but most of them really want to help.I also shown sum photos of how healthy I look😏

Very easy to be seen with minimal wait time, which I really appreciated. Pricing was transparent and clearly explained upfront. Over the course of the last 10 years, the East Liverpool VA has been a God sent. I have been fortunate enough to recieve the help and care that I need, each and every visit. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors take pride in their work and genuinely care about their patients. It's so much warmer than a hospital and the pleasent environment has really been comforting. Ms. Cee and Tammy are exceptional! I would thank these ladies everyday if I could.

I'm from ELO, but I retired from the Army after 24 years to another state. While visiting family here, I woke up one morning in a lot of pain from a previous injury. I learned of this clinic and came in to be seen. The staff was extremely welcoming and took care of me quickly. When I went back to see the provider, she was extremely helpful and gave me an excellent treatment plan while visiting. While I hope I don't have to visit a clinic again, i would definitely come back because of this experience. I highly recommend using them of you're an authorized disabled veteran. 🇺🇸

I have been going to Laurel Care for almost three years now and I love it! My therapist is wonderful and makes me feel safe to share whatever I want. I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect as soon as I enter the building. The staff is excellent and I would recommend any of the therapists to those in need. The groups provided are also a great addition to just individual therapy. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the best clinic to have available, if you're serious about getting help. They care, they understand because they've been open minded and providing services for opiate addiction for over 25yrs. The staff is great and they do not treat you as an addict.

I'm currently there for pain maintainence and to not take any more pills prescribed to me that screw up life alot more than methadone.. This place is an excellent facility..lil dated but the ppl and the mission there is to help! PERIOD. If u end up with a problem there it's bc your not taking yourself seriously as they are and that's a shame..the name PROGRESSIVE says it all..do what u need and work the program and progression is possible..I've had privileges for years with not one issue! Great place for treatment if u want to take it serious, bc they will..enough said

I feel sad seeing these other reviews speak negatively of this place. Especially since I've had such a good experience. I think this is 100% due to my psychiatrist. He seems to be the only doctor who actually reads and responds to messages as soon as he's able. So much so that I've had to label some messages as not important or I'll say "this can wait until your not busy" and he will still respond quickly. I'm not saying all the doctors need to multi-task like mine does. What I'm saying is when I see my doctor he really shows how much he cares about his profession and his patients. He puts a ton of effort into ensuring his patients get the care they need. The other doctors are like doctors you see in the hospital. It takes forever to get any response from them and when you finally get to see them, your in and out so quick that you can hardly remember what, if anything, you discussed.
