I don't have enough words to express how great Devlac is! Definitely one of the better programs in the area-in fact, I'd say it's the BEST! Compassionate, caring & fun staff! Each and every one of them are invested in helping women overcome & prosper! Structured program with the fluidity to allow clients to focus groups or meetings on topics pertaining to their specific needs! Clients are absolutely treated as equal, important, and worthy! I will always highly recommend this program!!

Was having a mental health crisis due to PTSD. I am very thankful there is a psychiatric urgent care at the Ashland location. Dr. Snyder was amazing and so understanding. Very happy I can start on a road to getting through everything in a more stable way, just needed some help to get started! Would recommend if you have a long wait to get into a doctor for medication. They also set you up with a psychiatrist to manage the meds going forward if you dont already have one. So helpful. ♥️ really grateful this care exists.

Chris in the crisis support unit really went the extra mile to help me. She was on the phone, then came out and met me when I finally made the choice to come in, and gave me some comfort. She was very honest which I really found important, and I'm really glad that I came in. She celebrated the little victories while I had there, and was the one to see me out when I left. Everyone seemed really enjoyable in the CSU and support staff seemed lovely as well. I believe Sarah was the other person I met there, and I really enjoyed how she spoke on my level and it was very calm, and casual, and I liked how the professional getup was gone, it felt very personable and to me that was extremely valuable. The other places I've gone to have been alright, but I'm one of those people who value real person-to-person connection, and my short visit to the crisis unit really helped me out a lot.

After experiencing an accident, I had to join a program while also managing communication with the court — a very stressful time in my life. Thankfully, my consultant Chyna was with me every step of the way. She went above and beyond, offering guidance, encouragement, and all the resources I needed.

Wonderful staff. They really want to see you get better. Only downfall is that there are some patients that can be unruly or are just there to detox and not actually heal themselves. I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for the care I received at the veteran clinic yesterday. 05/27/25 I had accidentally left my effexor in another city and hadn’t taken it in three days (please don’t EVER do this!), I was a complete wreck, both physically and emotionally. I rushed to the clinic in a bad state, and even though they were clearly understaffed, everyone treated me with such compassion and urgency.
I especially want to thank the pharmacy tech working at the desk by the windows. I was crying, struggling, and deep in withdrawal symptoms, but she never once made me feel judged or invalidated. she was kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. her empathy meant everything to me in that moment.
I also want to shout out the woman who helped with registration. she was calm, efficient, and kind, which really helped ease some of my anxiety.
I left that clinic feeling heard, cared for, and supported. thank you so much to the team for taking care of us!!!!

Dr. Cumbo, I don't know what kind of voodoo you did on my daughter. I have spent years trying to get to the bottom of my daughter's depression with multiple doctors offices, but she has never been able to open up to anyone. My daughter sees Amanda Chagolla at the Sylvania location. Amanda is friendly, pleasant informed and doesn't waste time. Prior to knowing exactly what integrated care meant,
I mistakenly gave her a low rating but I now understand more and take it back. she's only the physician, at harbor take advantage of other help available!
There are case managers, case workers, counselors, etc.
Numerous different positions, all a part of the same spectrum.

Very helpful in many areas concerning mental health.
Having an outside ear to bend is at times easier than talking to someone in your circle.
Have learned to deal with my Anxiety, PTSD, and associative disorder.
Some things that those close to me just really couldn’t understand.
Have been to some of the group sessions and those have been very helpful on many levels.
I have recommended this place to others. I don’t know if any of them have taken that first step or not.

Updating my review to 4 stars instead of 2.I have been going here for 5 years. Sad to see Dr. Bentley leave. He was awesome. This place is way better in every way than the Marion center. The pharmacy here is great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is one of the nurses is somewhat rude and confrontational at times. She should leave her opinions to the doctors and not try to give out medical/medication advice. The other nurse is very nice.

I realize that each of us have our own unique experience. But I will say for the VA that if you go to the trouble of filing a complaint in Dayton about any questionable or just bad treatment, that they take your complaint very seriously. They also hold the department or agency at the center of the complaint responsible. In regards to my complaint not only did the VA call me directly but a representative of the department concerning the complaint asked me to come into meet with them so they could hear directly what changes I was wanting or needing. Sometimes we lose people, and when that happens these words dont mean much. Its the worse experience of our life. None of us ever want it and we all dread it. In those cases there isnt any words that help. But for current situations outside of those circumstances like mine, my experience has been positive. Ive found 1 or 2 Drs that need to go back to bed-side manner school. One of them the class about fraternization and compassion and another about the privacy rights of secretly recording visits without the patients knowledge or consent. My VA office is in Lima Ohio. The facility is spotless and my appointments are always prompt and on time. Never have I waited uncomfortable periods of time and most times Ive barely set down before their calling my name after checking in. I will say hgowever it was a mistake to remove the kiosks. I realize that older veterans may have troube with technology but those kiosks can be designed with ease of use in mind for EVERYONE. 4 STARS for LIMA VA

The staff has to be the best in the world great job Marion General Staff. They have taken the best care of my Father in law… above and beyond. Nurses to the aides are very professional and very caring. One that stuck out to our family was Courtney Collins wow the level and the care that came from her was so amazing. I had a small (HUGE) problem with Bayshore a few years back that even resulted in policy change but since then with staffing upgrades the place is awesome. My therapist Chelsea is hands down the best in the industry. I've been in therapy for over 30 years and never made the personal growth I have experienced with my team at Bayshore. They. Eat the other local option, Firelands, alive.
I would have given 5 stars but I hold resentments for my incident there, but I'll add that to the list of things I need to work on.
