By far the best hospital I have been to. I had went to St. Charles previously, only to be sent back home with the same symptoms and no help. I went to this hospital after reading reviews and upon my arrival, I was in high distress and was greeted with such kindness and hospitality. I was finally taken seriously and had my health issues addressed. I stayed for two days and had AMAZING nurses! I will be making this my go to hospital from now on, it is worth the 30 minute commute.

My child and I met with Logan for nearly a year regarding her anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder. He was the perfect match for us easy to talk to, responsive, helpful. We were finally able to successfully navigate cognitive behavioral therapy because Logan allowed my daughter to manage her exposures in her own time it was exactly what she needed. I am also extremely grateful that Logan was open to us digging into her physiological health in order to uncover imbalances that were heightening her anxiety response. I haven't used their services in person yet. Though I just spent a half an hour speaking with Tabbin doing a phone intake. He followed up with me after I called interested To go a few hours before. At this time I have called several places and went to one in real life. Tabbins customer's service skills put them all to shame including his resolve to follow up and even manipulate the situation in a positive maner to make sure I'm coming in the morning. It was a good conversation and he should be recognized for it. If the rest of Midwest experience is anything like the one I just had then I'm in good hands. Good luck everyone and it dose get better.

This place GAVE me the opportunity at a SOBER NEW CHANCE AT LIFE. THEY have SOME wonderful staff Abbi and Raven on first shift were ABSOLUTELY amazing and ALWAYS gave an ear to listen. DAVE on second shift is WALKING PROOF anyone can do what they set their minds to. He has a HUGE CARING, COMPASSIONATE HEART and WORKING IN RECOVERY IS HIS NICHE. HE IS DEFINITELY A HUGE INSPIRATION TO ADDICTS IN RECOVERY.

I love Midwest I went through the residential program and then sober living at the North Baltimore location and I'm so glad I did I found myself I found my purpose and the staff really does care and went the best for you. I am forever grateful for the staffs dedication to the clients and the work they put into me and my recovery.
