Took my grandkids here two separate days. Both times we were in and out quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the doctor who saw my granddaughter is not approved by soonercare so the pharmacy could not fill her prescription. So that was a waste of time for us. They knew she was on soonercare so are lots of kids here. Why bother going if you can't get the medicine afterwards. But the facilities were very nice and efficient.

Always made me feel welcome and part of a family. Its been 5 years since I was a patient here, but my experience was very impactful and I wanted to share now that im an adult. Also want to note my younger sister has been in recent years and shares my positive experiences. Growing up I went inpatient a lot and was very troubled, I felt hopeless and scared. The Calm Center does not just slap a label on kids and teens like some other facilities in the area, the staff are understanding, patient and compassionate people who are relatable in many ways and teach actual coping skills that help in day to day life. I believe forgive me if I get names wrong but Mr. Corey does groups that I still think about to this day that taught me lessons and helped me see different perspectives. Mr. Jimmy and one of the Therapists Spencer were also very kind to me and helped me realize that there are safe, kind, and caring men in the world. Growing up I had a very complicated relationship with my father, and I had talked a bit about that when I was there. Nearly every day I smile or sometimes cry when I recall that at my leaving ceremony Mr. Jimmy told me that any man should be proud to have me as a daughter, I wish I could express how much that has impacted and healed me. Thank you guys for all you do for the youth of Tulsa and beyond!

I have been a patient here for several years. The staff is amazing, encouraging, and supportive. The rude lady at the dosing window (mentioned in other reviews) hasn't worked there for a long time. The ladies working the dosing window now are both very sweet and friendly. If tou go in to be assessed , beware - You're going to have to be in real withdrawal when you go in for the first time. I don't mean 'trust me I feel like crap' withdrawal, I mean 'puking and shitting on yourself, soaked with sweat but freezing cold, shaking, eyes watering, nose running, clearly obvious' withdrawal. It really looks like the majority of the negative reviews are from potential patients who were unwilling to fully cooperate. Thank you Angela, Amy, Bree, and everyone at Tulsa Comprehensive Treatment Center!

Looks the same when I went here in 2003. Unfortunately, I did not graduate and I regret it. It was a great rehab. We had steak and lobster for Christmas. Even though I’m clean now and have been clean since 2014 it was definitely the best experience

I went to narconon in 2016 after being addicted to opioids. I went through the program and 10 years later I’m still sober. I don’t even think about drugs anymore. It differs from 12 step programs and in my opinion is more effective than those types of programs

I want to point something out. I was in this boys home for four years. Those were the best years of my life. I had very tough times but the staff stuck with me and helped me out. I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews that don’t make sense to the boys home that I know. There is one that kicks the side of me like a truck, it’s the review about Rylan Harris. I personally knew this young man and he took it upon himself to break the rules and put himself in harms way. Unfortunately he passed. I know of some other kids that the same thing happened to and I could’ve been one of them cause I would run away. Kids aren’t running away cause this place is abusive like you people want to claim. They are running away because they don’t like the authority above them. Now may God bless those families who lost someone, some little boy that was in some sort of accident. But don’t blame the staff. The staff do everything they can and have rules and policies preventing things that I know for a fact they follow. They don’t like some of them but in order to keep the job that continues helping young men they have to. This place is not a bad place. I stuck out four years here. I got out three years ago and since then I’ve bought several of my own cars, kept a good paying job, and pay my own bills. I’m 20 years old. DO NOT BLAME THE STAFF. If a staff member did something wrong I have full belief and trust in the management taking action. And if this isn’t enough to stop all the hate sending these people’s way than all of you are no better than who you say they are

I've been very satisfied with my experiences using FCS after iniating care through the crisis care center. The contrast between the experience I've had with FCS compared to Grand are EXTREME - the people at FCS actually care about you and I never felt like anyone at Grand gave a damn about me. FCS makes sure to schedule my next appointments before the current appointment ends and they have been great about working with my impossibly busy schedule. They have even offered to advocate for me to my medical doctors for issues that keep getting written off as being related to my mental health when that actually isn't the case. When they say they are giving you a team, they mean it. If you need help between appointments you can call COPES and that actually goes into your chart so your team can follow up with you. Telehealth is very helpful - not only for obvious reasons but it is a big advantage for those of us that struggle with PTSD triggers in public places. Communication can get clunky with missed texts or telehealth not always working appropriately but that's not often. Reception can be a pain to deal with sometimes - occasionally rude but not often and a reception job can be a difficult role so I expect this to a degree at every business.

I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!! I haven't been here yet but I know people that have, I'm currently homeless in Norman, Oklahoma and have been for many years, I am trying to build up the confidence to push myself into doing something like this cause I have a 14 year old daughter that means the world to me, and being out here over a long period of time has really driven my confidence into the ground. Reading comments from people really help, I pray that soon I'll have enough confidence to go do this or something like this, I'm just wanting to make sure I don't have to come back to this way of living cause I'm afraid of what it's going to do "mentally." All the staff are super caring and very respectful they make sure that we are feeling ok and they do not try to push anything on you they let you make the decision on if you want your dose highered or lowered. They treat us like family and they are always excited to see you. If I ever missed a day when I was going they would be like I noticed that you weren't here yesterday is everything ok.
