I graduated on June 18th 2025. Yes the program is tough & many don't understand the process of all the rules but sometimes tough love and structure is needed. The staff are amazing people who really do care. They represent love and you see God working through them to help all the ladies! It's not an easy job or calling but God uses them to transform life's. Most of these life's are in some type of trouble or turmoil! And Freedom House helped me set my focus back to where it needed to be & relieved me of my troubles! So thank you all & I love you all for everything you've done & are still doing!

I came into the program completely defeated I was very bad on drugs with no hope and just empty inside I knew I had to change or I was going to die or be in prison and never be apart of my kids life. Since being at Freedom House I’m no longer bound by addiction and I’m able to be a positive safe mom for my children and since completing the program I stayed to serve at Freedom House as an intern and God has truly changed my life and my destination here! This program is the best place if you want to truly be set free! ✝️

Kaitlin Hartman is an absolute Angel and unlike any practitioner I have ever met in my life. She Listens she cares she goes above and beyond and has truly contributed to saving my life. I highly recommend her. You hear a lot of people say bad things about Ozark guidance but I've never had a bad experience. And when it comes to just counseling and not just medication

Absolutely awful avoid this place like the plague, they will schedule and cancel appointments 3 times in within the hour and let patients be off their antidepressants then tell them it’s their fault they missed the appointment and can’t get a hold over supply when they have been off for 3 days and then will make an appointment 10 days out (13 days without an antidepressant ABSOLUTELY WRONG they went to college for this and don’t see an issue with what I just stated) when they canceled while someone was waiting there, and the cherry on top the note received for work had a whole different patient name on it. Also their therapy is a joke Sean will just sit there writing your note for work and then ends the session after 10 mins no help, I hope this place gets shut down or the get a whole new team who’s a tulle trained and happy to be there.

I can't say enough good things about this place. These folks have helped me more in 2months than other places did in years!!! My therapist and case manager are my angels! They are always quick to help with any issues rather issues transportation or payments even mental health services. I have been fortunate to have a great therapist to help me work through my problems and hold me accountable. Valley Hope has changed my life. I went from isolation in a motel room doing drugs, to being a productive citizen. I’ve been sober 54 days today and a huge part is because of Valley Hope. A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". When he completed the program, they helped him with placement in a sober living house and arranged for his attendance in an intensive outpatient program. They care about their patients. This place Literally saved my life! Had been taking opioids for 10 years straight! With and without a script! Quit felt IMPOSSIBLE! I HAD tried so so many times and usually suffered up to a week and had to break down and get more. It was a nightmare and I Literally contemplated suicide so many times! We tried over 50 facilities for this patient and Brookhaven is the only one who could treat brain injury, mental health issues AND was willing to work with Medicaid. The case manager was very helpful and caring. Unfortunately Medicaid would not fund but I’m so grateful for the help!

I love that place. It's expensive, but so is drug addiction. We need more places like that in the river valley. I don't understand why we don't have them. I've been employed with Grand Mental Health for about 4 years. I've worked outpatient in Claremore, and now crisis in Pryor. My son has been suffering from severe mental issues for the past 3 years. None of the “professional” help I’ve sought out helped until I took him to GLMHC. They gave him the counselling and medication needed to overcome many of his problems. It’s still a work in progress, but he’s much better now. Just wanted to say thank you to the GLMHC team!

This is the first rehab I've felt welcome and loved when I walked in the door. Most staff are recovering addicts who are understanding and helpful for those who want to get sober. I recommend this program for any substance abuse problem you may have. They've got a detox room if you need to sleep a few days before you start classes. The food is great and the information is awesome!

I've been to the location on Harvard. It's good for what it is. If you're in crisis, or you have an addiction issue go to Harvard Avenue. If you are dual diagnosis or you have just mental health I 110% recommend this location. Everybody here is absolutely wonderful. However, I don't have children so I cannot attest to a family going here. However, if you are just an adult and you are married without children or your children are grown. Go here, it is absolutely wonderful. There's an intake coordinator named Marianne. She is great! I went there today. I've been having a very hard time the last couple of weeks with my mental health. I used to abuse substances and I haven't in almost 4 years but I've been having a very hard time recently with mental health and they got me through it the last couple of days. I might have have ended up in the psych ward for the first time in many years if it wasn't for this place. So again I cannot attest to the children part of their title. But as far as families. They are solid at this place. They care.

Love them. Started just over a year ago, they set me up with an amazing counselor and worked around my schedule to make appointments. My care team was amazing and everyone was super helpful. I stopped going a few months ago and they reached out making sure I was alright and offered to help get me set up again if I wanted. I don’t currently need their services but if I ever do I will definitely go back.

I have had nothing but a good experience since starting 3 years or so ago. Myself and my family have used several different services, all of which were positive experiences.
Ive had a care tem and they are the best. They have kept track of me and reached out routinely. I'm very grateful for their services.
I just can't rave enough.
If ever there was an issue as they too are human and suffer life as we do. Who knows what the reason, but I always treated everyone with kindness ( I think) and showed them understanding, knowing it's a high pressure job with difficult people struggling with life. For all the many who have been a part of all of our treatments, we thank you. 🙏

We took our toddler son here to see Dr. Hutchison. We were INSANELY impressed. The facility was child friendly from the moment you walked in the door. From the waiting room, to the hallways, and even in the private room. There were multiple different types of toys, books, and puzzles. The rooms were decorated for a child to learn and play in, while also being very clean and comfortable for parents. Amazing equipment and even a pediatric style table, so you don’t have to worry about your kiddo rolling off a tall table. We have LOVED seeing Dr. Hutchison since our little one was born, but wow, this move to the PFC has showed how bright she can really shine as a doctor, and a human! She’s a parent. She’s gets it. On top of it all she is insanely smart and trustworthy. She even gave my little one a coin to get a prize and complimented his behavior, but we all know that facility was designed to help children thrive.
