This place changed my life from the inside out, yes it was hard, but it was exactly what I needed to internally transform through Jesus Christ and many men and women in Christ from this facility that helped push me to find my own life. And now that I have had this experience from New Life for girls I have completely turned my life around, I was a drug addict for 3 years almost lost my children to my parents and now I am a life coach I work full-time I am getting my own home and my own new car and I am thriving in the Lord and it is all 100% due to this experience at this facility. I suggest anyone who has any life-altering ailment call New Life today and go there because it will change your life. This place actually wants to help people do good with their lives. They actually care about the people and everyone there is really nice.. Amazing!!! Helpful and caring!!! There’s nothing bad here nothing!! I can’t tell you how wonderful it is and refreshing!!! I have been on methadone 4 years and had to relocate back to central Pa and when I made arrangements with my old clinic at ARS, they tried to literally kill me!!! When I moved my entire life and had it all switched so I thought until!!! I get there and then they say oh your insurance is for another county do until you switch it we cannot help you!!! And left me sitting in the room alone!! Just not even care or bothering with me!!! They make ppl want to relapse why bother when you don’t care this much but I rememenrr beinf told Mechanicsburg ctc does same day so w only 32 mins left I rushed over to here and the world of diff of care, wanting to help!!! Willing to work with you as anyone knows even if you have no insurance the state of pa will pay up to 90 days back bills so they got all my paperwork and my dosing
That day and let me dose and set me up!!! I cannot tell you how as I say defeated in the other clinic defeated crying hysterically I saw my entire sobriety flash and about to be gone before my eyes!! I went from homeless, destitute, a person no one saw as worthy to a career in retail management, built myself to a respectable person agian that also helps others in recovery with at least that first step and now use my career to help give a job to those otherowise others look over!!

Bold Steps BH has been absolutely wonderful since my husband left another inpatient rehab. They left us tour and meet everyone. Explained what a ‘normal’ every day would look like. They don’t sugar coat anything and if you come there- they do NOT treat you like a prisoner and hold you accountable- per my husband who is the patient.
The experience from Bold Steps vs the last place is night & day different.
Thank you Bold Steps for taking such good care of my husband and holding him accountable and teaching him new healthier habits!

I came through here 2 times and am almost 3 yrs clean. I've had my ups and downs, multiple rehabs, multiple rehab relationships, etc. This was a male only rehab and that's what I needed. I could complain about some things but the goal was to stay clean and I didn't wanna die from an overdose. My counselor was Casey and she was what I needed in a counselor and she lived everything she says. Amazing counselor. Also night staff Brad and Gino. Brad always talked to me and believed in me and he's everything I wanna be In a man and in my recovery. He is the definition of what a man is. Gino is just a thorough dude. Also the nurse Pam and I had an amazing relationship, we spent hours talking and she helped me so much. I want to thank Conewago Place for bringing my soul back.

This place literally saved my life, and for that I won’t go to any other hospital. I’ve been admitted several times and the staff is always professional and super nice. The emergency department can get super busy and wait times can get a little long if you’re not there for a life threatening emergency, but anyone who’s spent a lot of time in and out of the hospital knows it isn’t the hospital’s fault.

Nicky helped teach me so many things I really wish I had learned at a younger age, would've kept me out of trouble and away from self destructive coping mechanisms a long time ago and saved me a lot of legal fee money. I have been with Port Recovery for about a year and a half now. I've had sessions with Alana, Elaine, Courtney, Joanne, and Carol. I also had M-F 9am group sessions as well when I was on probation. I like the place enough that I've decided to stay with them after probation to keep seeing Ms. Cook as my psychiatric nurse practitioner. The welcoming environment is exactly what I need, and most likely you too. I was referred to Port Recovery from my Probation Officer. I got into trouble by wrecking my car into a ditch while sleep driving on Ambien. I couldn't remember a thing, only waking up in the hospital. So, I stopped taking extra Ambien even if I can't fall asleep back in February 2020. Now, I'm getting help at Port Recovery with my severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD issues. Best place I've been to for those issues, and being able to see all the professionals I need under one roof is perfectly convenient. Everyone is on the same page! Good luck to everyone else!!! Highly recommended!

This is one of my best experiences in my life honestly I can hear was welcome by everyone like a family we got so close everyone is like family. I was able to change my mindset On a lot of things I more vocally available I feel safe the staff is great my mental is as great as it was when I was obliviously to how hard life could get they make it so comfortable for you to open up because everyone does and no judgement just suggestions and ideas to help change you prospective on every I appreciate this and will never revert to my ways unless I just miss this place too much when I make it lol some nah all jokes aside this is one of the best places I’ve been and it’s for one of the worst reason but once you get here and through that first night you’ll love it

I was a client At this drug and alcohol center and I honestly wouldn't have made it through without the nurse manager Rachel, she went above and beyond for me more than I ever expected, and honestly more than I saw her do for any of the other clients .when I was about to get kicked out she didn't just stand by she stood up for me defending me and did everything she could to keep me there .when staying wasn't an option anymore she even offered me a place to sleep on her own couch until I could get into another treatment center that's not something you see everyday and I'll never forget it she didn't just treat me like another client she saw me as a man as someone who was special, and I will always be grateful for what she did And has offered me.

Tech staff Zack is the best. He understands the addict shares his experiences giving others hope that they also can get clean n sober. Counselor Latoya is awesome she went above n beyond to get me to a halfway house that was suited for me. My stay @ White Deer Run Lebanon, was not easy but these staff made it feel cool.

I have been a client here since 2007. My experience has been good. I used to pay out of pocket until 2015 when I resigned a dead end job. The owner kept me on for 6 months free of charge until I got insurance. The counselor I have now is great and truly cares. If you are new and aren't transferring bottles you will get weekends off.
