I had the best experience at Eagleville in regards to the therapist, Miss Bonnie & Miss Elonda. Miss Bonnie was my therapist and she truly goes above & beyond not only for her clients but for any client that needs an ear to listen or advice on a situation. Her door was always open and still is even though I am no longer there. I just celebrated a year clean and Miss Bonnie plays a huge part in that. She helped me to grow in ways I never thought I could but because of how genuine she is I felt comfortable to open up and I respect her in so many ways and because of that I was able to open up and deal with things I didn't think I could. I had to end a really toxic relationship and Miss Bonnie sat with me just because she knew I needed the support. She will always hold a special place in my heart. On another note..... our case manager on the woman's side, Lordess unfortunately did not contribute these same caring characteristics. On many occasions Miss Bonnie would assist with situations that were for Lordess but we went to Miss Bonnie because we knew she would get it done because she cares about the well being of her clients. If I wouldn't have taken the initiative to find a recovery house I would've been discharged to the street. Also I filled out 2 applications. 1 for my social security card and 1 for my Birth Certificate and 3 months later I still do not have them. I believe that Eagleville, Cedar building needs a case manager that is going to care and participate in the clients well being as much as Miss Bonnie and Miss Elonda.

Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal.

Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. How do you describe a place that actually saves your life? It's something that's impossible to articulate. But I'll say it like this...the people that work at RCA Devon are angels. They care in a way that's hard for a non-addict or a non-alcoholic to understand, and it's because they know what it's like to be broken and lost like the patients that come through their program. I made more than a few trips there, and I was always welcomed with open arms. The facility is as nice and comfortable as you're going to find in any rehab in the Delaware Valley. I can never repay the people who work at RCA Devon. All I can do is pay it forward. If you're struggling with substance abuse or alcoholism go there, and you'll see what real compassion and empathy look like. I am forever grateful to the people who work there.

This was my first experience with a rehab center. RCA really made me feel welcome and heard. I left there with confidence that I would be able to continue with my recovery and have success. I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

This is hands down a 5 star facility and program. The entire staff is professional, supportive, and encouraging during your treatment here. I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without being there. I did the outpatient program but other patients here enjoyed the housing program. There are a range of therapists to choose from and they’re all great. There are different group therapies to sign up for if you’re interested like yoga, raki, etc. Don’t hesitate and sign up to change your life.

I spent a little over a month there. It wasn't under the best circumstances, and I was scared, nervous, and unsure about everything that was happening to me. Everyone that I dealt with there was incredibly kind, sympathetic, helpful, reassuring, and professional. I've been to better and been to worse. They provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients the opportunity to heal and grow. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. It's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. I'm very satisfied and grateful.🙏

I signed up for outpatient treatment and the staff was very friendly very helpful and my therapistMr. Derek) a good dude, very understanding never looked down on me because of my alcohol and powdered cocaine addiction. I was admitted to Jefferson Hospital suffering from severe alcohol withdrawal syndrome, borderline experiencing auditory hallucinations. I was also suffering from gait abnormality and balance and coordination issues so they transferred me to Wyndmoor Hills for Physical therapy and once I'm discharged well before I'm discharged, I'll pick a rehab facility for inpatient treatment.Wish me luck.

I myself had an amazing experience at Gaudenzia from the moment I walked in the door everyone was very welcoming and extremely concerned for my overall well being not just my detox but also my mental state seeing that detoxing from Fentanyl and opiates takes a definite toll on my mental health as well. I found ALL the nurses to be extremely efficient and very well trained and the nurses at Gaudenzia actually really cared about how I was feeling mentally, emotionally and physically and took the time to talk to me about how I was feeling and if I was feeling safe and cared for in their family setting. My Social worker was Ms. Carnita Washington and when I was asked NOT TOLD to go and speak with her I was still experiencing withdrawal seeing it was only my second day and after sitting and talking with her I felt emotionally and physically SO much better! I've sat with many Social workers and have never felt that even one cared at all about what I was going through until a few seconds into speaking with Ms. Washington, she really cared and was very encouraging about my detox and my recovery.. The house managers were amazing as well! Each one took the time to make sure I was eating and getting on well and when I wasn't feeling confident about myself and my recovery they could just tell and took their time to talk with me and to remind me that I do have the strength to continue with what I started. I felt not only cared for but actually loved, yes I said loved! When no other facility would take me they did and all I had to do was ring the bell at the front door, oh and it was 3 am when they welcomed me in and fed me and made sure I had everything that I needed ❤️ made me very well aware of my rights as a client (which had never happened before) and after my completion staff personally walked me out, hugged me and told me that they're there if I needed them again and again ❤️ Between their professionalism and real concern and care I give Gaudenzia a five star review! I've had a rough go through addiction and have been to many detox facilities throughout the last 20 plus years and can honestly say that I found Gaudenzia to be the absolute best! If it's either you or a loved one who wants to detox and get their life back this is the place to find firm grounding into recovery! YOU can do it, you'd be very surprised to find out just how strong you really are when you have amazing people in your life. My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! I would highly recommend Key Recovery and Kyle!

It's not going to be easy at first I promise you it will get easier as time goes on. You will have good and bad days but that's a part of the recovery process. 6 years sober here after running the methadone program for 2 years to get off of opiates and benzos. Shout out to vanja, dawn, julissa and the rest of the nursing staff for helping make recovery possible. Some people go to get sober. Some people go to maintain getting high in a safe way when doing the methadone program. To each their own. I personally made a goal and got off and never looked back! So thankful for this program. It saves my life.

This is my 2nd review. My 1st review was from 3 years ago when I first started at Northeast Family Healthcare. Since then I had to transfer because I moved and I thought that I would write another review to let people know that for 3 years the staff faithfully stayed true to their teachings and never once judged me or made me feel like a low piece of s@%! even when I relapsed. I never had to lie who I was and cheat my way thru the program to stay in the program. After being a client at Northeast Family Healthcare in Quakertown for 3 years, I can honestly say this clinic has been life-changing for me. Having to transfer due to my move to another County was one of the hardest parts about relocating.
What sets Northeast Family Healthcare apart is their incredible staff. Every person I encountered there treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine care. In recovery settings, being treated like a human being rather than just another case makes all the difference. i do want to base this review on my therapist.
I cannot emphasize enough how instrumental Anna was in my recovery journey. In my 20+ years in various treatment programs (since 1999), I've NEVER connected with a therapist the way I did with Anna from day one. For all three years, she was my rock and a consistent source of support.
What made Anna exceptional was her genuine approach to therapy. She truly listened - not just nodded along, but actually remembered details from our previous sessions. During my struggles and occasional relapses, she never once responded with anger, criticism, or disappointment. Instead, she helped me explore what happened, develop better coping strategies, and work through my underlying traumas.
Anna's sincerity and passion for helping others is evident in everything she does. She clearly loves her job, and that authentic care makes all the difference for clients like me. I can confidently say that without her guidance, I wouldn't be clean today. Anna, I am going to miss you so much. You clearly were a gift from God. Thankyou for being you and accepting me for me. i had so much fun in our weekly Zoom meetings. I am clean today with the help from you and never giving up on me. Please keep in touch and if you ever find another job please keep my contact info and let me know. (This is a prime example of why stable treatment is a must and consistently having the same therapist instead of always getting a new therapist assigned to you.)

I've been a patient here since 2015 amd they saved my life for sure. I had lost everything due to my addiction and since going here I've rebuilt my life from the ground up. I have a home multiple vehicles a wife and 2 amazing kids and I couldn't have done it without this place. I work some crazy hours sometimes being away for a couple days at a time and they have made sure I have my medication no matter what. I've had multiple councilors some good and some bad but my current councilor has been a godsend. Thank you NEFHC

My 16 year old son attended the High Focus IOP program this summer and it really helped him. He was really struggling when he started and Lyra was wonderful at getting him to sort out why his coping methods were working against him. He’s doing much better and has learned a lot about himself thanks to her!!

My teen attended the IOP program which was run by Lyra and gained alot of self-awareness and valuable skills to help with struggles of everyday life in this crazy world we live in. She now continues with individual therapy and enjoys her therapist Lexi. I would highly recommend High Focus Center in Lansdale.

I went through their Intensive Outpatient Program while living in their Recovery Housing, and it was truly life-changing. I’ve been through other programs before, but none of them compared to this experience.
Pat, my therapist, was a lifeline. Her compassion, insight, and ability to meet me exactly where I was emotionally and mentally made a huge difference in my growth. She didn’t just talk at me—she listened, challenged me, and helped me see things I had been avoiding for years. Her empathy and professionalism are unmatched.
