My husband is there and I never leave reviews but this place or let me say the people that work at that place are so awesome I can’t express just how great they really are. I’m four hours from there and had to bring some personal items for my husband but I have to work during the day ,they’re cut off time for drop off is 4 or 6PM, I didn’t get there till after 9 o’clock and they were so understanding and nice about it. And my husband isn’t the friendliest and doesn’t really care for people but he’s in such a good space it sounds and he’s actually getting something from being there.He says the people are great there. I’ve had to call there for a few times. I missed 3 phone calls so I had to make sure he was OK The person on the other end of the phone actually called him up to there and let me speak to him to let me know he was OK and to let him know I was OK that I didn’t answer and little things like that really mean A lot. If you’re seeking treatment, you’re a male I would check this place out 110%.

I was there for 45 days was admitted on October 14 2024 and this place will always be the place that changed my life. Most of the employees were wonderful the clients all worked together to help each other out no one went with out if someone needed something between the staff and clients we got shit done. I had never laughed so hard for so long! It’s a truly amazing place as long as you do what you’re supposed to..it is what you make of it. It can only change you if you want it to change you but obviously they can’t force you. In order for any rehab to work you have to want it. Although most clients were court ordered there a lot of us took it seriously and I hope you do too. Thanks to all the staff at ridgeveiw IP! Techs- Sabrina, Tyler, Chelsea and TODD Counselor Lisa who knew I was very uncomfortable with 1 on 1s but managed to get me through it and managed to have a lot of great life changing conversations in her very small windowless room. This place is honestly an amazing place just follow the rules, show up on time and learn something. It can’t hurt even if you don’t want to be there. This shit can save your life. Good luck! I've been here for years love both My Dr and counselor they become family practically. They genuinely care about each person. And they work with you way more than any other place would. I could go to the clinic 4 miles from my house but choose to drive the 45 mins because this place is the absolute best! Dr. Libre and Renee have been blessings to my journey of recovery. I can honestly say I wouldn't have come this far if it weren't for them and the staff at freedom.

I have yet to go to my appointment and Freedom has already helped me more than the 100 other places I have called...from their very affordable self pay to their immediate aid... it's caring people like these that are really making a difference by not putting money over lives...Dayle is an absolute God send!!! Thank you!!!

I’ve gone to this clinic for a while they are always super nice, helpful, and actually care about your well being. Couldn’t be happier I found this place to help me with my recovery.

This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

I recently completed my treatment today after 13 weeks. I am happy to share that I am a new person and living a new sober life thanks to Ron my therapist- along with the rest of the staff. Everyone was awesome and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I have learned some much from my peers in my group therepy sessions and plan on continuing after care coming in on Tuesday for alumni day!! Words can not express my gratitude for the care I received from this facility.

Ron Cambest is an excellent therapist. I was in really bad shape physically and mentally. Ron brought me back to a healthy happier me. He basically save my life. I’ll always be grateful to him for that.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helped ease my nerves. I went in for a cardiac ablation and had a great experience. Very thankful for my doctors and nurses!

I was admitted to ICU with an undiagnosed heart condition. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the nurses to the doctors to the lab and even food service. I did have one incident where nobody answered my call bell even though the staff was in the nurses station. My procedure was well explained to me and it was helpful for my diagnosis. I only wish that toiletries were supplied.

Great experience, very caring people. Medical care was helpful especially concerning mental health. Staff were friendly, recreation was beneficial & patients were mostly a good group.

This place saved my life close to 5yrs ago. I'm so grateful for the staff and resources that were available to help me through my recovery. Being there for me when I wasn't able to be there for myself. Truly a blessing. I kind of miss being there. Love it! ❤️

They are really nice and care about you then most clinic

I have been able to get the help I needed from Pinnacle Treatment Services for a few years now and it def has saved my life. The nurses are so very nice and so is the Doctor. Also I think the counseling sessions help a lot especially if you have a great counselor like I do. I def recommend going here and to help get your life back.

I sincerely appreciate what you did for me, you made me feel safe, you provided me with the right treatment, and thanks to that I'm sober today. Thank you for always being so friendly and attentive.

I was here in 2021 and staff was great,food was pretty decent and I’ve been clean since I left here , the rooms were single private rooms,which is always a plus , but the staff here were great

I'm forever grateful for Waddington Rehab and the staff when I was there back in 10/2019 I had already been in multiple rehab facilities. I started to work on myself while there I signed up for 30days then ended up staying 90+ days. I had a great counselor named Alica she helped me through a lot. The techs down to the tech supervisor were great. I ended up meeting my husband there. We both are still clean to this day and are very much happy and blessed in both of our recoveries and life. Waddington Rehab Center is one of the most amazing places I have been to in my recovery process. These past two years I have been struggling to find hope and i found it at Waddington Rehab Center. Everyone from owner to admissions to techs to nursing and counselors has been nothing but helpful in my recovery process. I have found my road to recovery because of people like DrRafi. I loved the family hospitality this place did not make me feel like just another person they made me feel like family. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone struggling with addiction or alcoholism.
