I had my first visit to the HJ Heinz Campus today, wow, was I impressed! All the Staff were so welcoming. Jim in the CT room, super nice and accommodating. The Canteen was spotless and great breakfast sandwiches. I called my wife after my appointment and told her how well they care for us Vets.

When I went to teen challenge, I fought it all the way at first. When I arrived I was greeted with the nicest , caring, staff that made me feel welcome, warm and comfortable. During my stay at TC I learned alot about myself and how to deal with life head on. I was able to learn about God and work on my relationship with God. Everyone at TC between the staff and the clients have touched my life in away I just can't explain I would reccomend teen challenge to anyone who is struggling and is ready to surrender. I spent six weeks at the Greenbriar Wexford outpatient facility at a very difficult time in my life. My counselors (Ken and Sasha) were simply the best. I learned a lot of tools necessary for my recovery and I feel they definitely put me on the right path. I would recommend this facility for anyone who is experiencing a drug or alcohol addiction problem. I am certainly satisfied!

Received consistent and reliable quality of care here at this location. It’s very seamless to schedule an appointment here and there is a little to very small wait time to see a provider. There is an array of services that this place offers (Dermatology, Women’s Health, Primary Care, Lab/Bloodwork, Social Services/Counseling, Pharmacy, Diabetic care, Nutrition, Telemedicine) and staff are super helpful and accommodating! This sets the standard for how a VA clinic should operate.

This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

I recently completed my treatment today after 13 weeks. I am happy to share that I am a new person and living a new sober life thanks to Ron my therapist- along with the rest of the staff. Everyone was awesome and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I have learned some much from my peers in my group therepy sessions and plan on continuing after care coming in on Tuesday for alumni day!! Words can not express my gratitude for the care I received from this facility.

I was admitted to ICU with an undiagnosed heart condition. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the nurses to the doctors to the lab and even food service. I did have one incident where nobody answered my call bell even though the staff was in the nurses station. My procedure was well explained to me and it was helpful for my diagnosis. I only wish that toiletries were supplied.

.The Doctors,Nurses and my Previous to my current Counselor whom is Courtney , which I had the pass few years are a blessing.My Experience has always been positive.I went to a Clinic in New Jersey in 2006 after I was discharged from the Army, And I had a addiction to my pain medicine from a combat injury.The New Jersey clinic was a terrible experience, Drug infested, they literally sold narcotics and the take home bottles in front of the door.Noone was clean including many staff members.Medmark is 5 star location for opioid treatment.It works if you work it.And the staff there want you to succeed.They are what makes it 5 stars, because they care.Thank you to the great staff ,I have my Life back for a decade after being lost for the prior 10 years.

This review may be a lil outta order cuz im not sure where to start lol…but i have been going to Medmark Treatment Center since 2019…and all I gotta say is that it’s definitely gotten better with time…are they perfect absolutely not but no one not even medical facilities are either…that being said if you’re thinking about giving Medmark a try go for it…everyone has their own opinions as well and I’m sure you’re gonna hear a lot of negative comments and reviews about them but don’t knock it till u truly try it!!! They have saved my life and they keep me going!!! They are my # 1 fans and would go to battle for me if they had to BUT YOU GOTTA DO THE WORK AS WELL!!! You can’t expect them to stay clean for you…lol…doesn’t work that way!!! So if you’re looking for a good place to try medicated treatment then Medmark should be where ya start!!! Nursing staff is awesome as well, April & Chelsea are fabulous and are there to help you with anything you need when it comes to how you’re feeling or how the medication is working/helping you…give it a shot YOUR LIFE MATTERS!!! I have been comin here now for just about 5 yrs…in the beginning it was crazy and I had to go thru a couple counselors until they gave me the best news ever…ALYSSA was gonna be my counselor and I tell you what it’s the best thing that could of happened to me!!! Alyssa is absolutely amazing and has a heart of gold that she wears on her sleeve…if you need anything all u gotta do is call her…if she doesn’t answer all ya gotta do is leave her a message and she will for sure get back to ya…she has truly saved my life and doesn’t even realize it!! She never takes the credit she deserves!! She always has my back and would fight for me in a second!!! I’m so glad I was able to get her as my counselor!!! She’s my #1 fan and is always rooting for me!!! Without her idk where I would be!! Thank you Alyssa and Medmark for helping me continue in my sobriety journey!!! I have been able to get the help I needed from Pinnacle Treatment Services for a few years now and it def has saved my life. The nurses are so very nice and so is the Doctor. Also I think the counseling sessions help a lot especially if you have a great counselor like I do. I def recommend going here and to help get your life back.

The therapists and staff here are very knowledgeable and experienced. I was nervous about attending at first but became quickly at ease with sharing my addiction related issues and felt that this was the best place for me to be for treatment and to get me on the right path to recovery. I learned alot about the disease and looked forward to coming here for treatment every day. Thank You

It’s very amazing since this year 2021 Abby as 1 of the nicest counselors has gave me the information to this company and Ashley Spahn as the nicest counselor has been helping me during a lot of struggling pressure day’s with nightmares and she gives me great skills to help me during the times i have and she’s the nicest counselor that i talk to during how i feel and she helps me.

I went to turning point in 2017 and I knew nothing about how to live a "normal" life. I had no idea how to do anything clean. Turning point taught me so much I still use today. The staff was amazing and helped me through early recovery and learning life skills I didn't know. I was so broken when I got to turning point but they uplifted me when I didn't want to continue. I'm still clean today and I have no doubt that turning point has a lot to do with that. I would recommend turning point to anyone

I attended the Woman with children program at turning point in 2015, I have since been able to stay clean coming up on 6 years and have since had my child full time. This place changed my life for the better. They slowly integrated me back into the community, teaching me life skills and how to be a woman! The rules may be a little strict, but if you truly want to better yourself, these rules are in place for that. Behavior modification, learning how to cook and clean, and counseling for my addiction. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for this program.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Joe Mattis from UPMC Mercy’s Emergency Department. This physician provided such expert care for my son who experienced a fairly significant trauma to his eye. Dr. Mattis was caring, concerned, efficient, thorough and stellar in his diagnosis and subsequent steps to ensure healing. He communicated the plan back to wellness clearly and articulately. Even more, he conveyed such genuine, dedicated concern and went above and beyond to help him.
We are forever grateful for Dr. Mattis and his team (Nurse Ed from Seattle and a lovely nurse whose name I did not get). He is who every doctor should be.
