Coming to Banyan was most likely the best choice I could’ve ever made in terms of my treatment. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and they are very supportive to everyone here including myself. The therapist I was assigned as well, Dani, did everything in her power to help me as best as she could which means the world to me. Overall if I would have to come back to a treatment facility I would always choose Banyan.

I needed a rehab during a low time in my life and I’m extremely glad i was accepted at this facility. The grounds are well kept with cute farm animals and the food is pretty great for what it is. I met some great people here between my sobriety sisters and the staff. My counselor Ken was compassionate and kind. He taught me the skills necessary to become and maintain sobriety. Alaina, the life skills specialist, really cares about the clients. She went above and beyond in doing special things for us.

UPDATE 12/2025: Been a client here since April 2021 & still can't think of a single negative thing to say about Aldie! Love every single person who works here. Shout out to Christina 🥰 Absolutely love her! The 2 doctors (Dr G & Nick) at this location are awesome. They talk to you like an actual human being. Seriously, you won't regret coming here if you need help. And to the people leaving negative reviews... look in the mirror. Because if you have a negative experience, i can guarantee it was caused by you.
This place is an absolute life saver if you or a loved one is looking for serious help! I had the worst experience at Soar so my doctor transferred me over to Aldie and it was a complete different experience. I love everything about Aldie! The front desk staff are lovely & helpful, the nurses are amazing, the doctor I did my intake with was so compassionate, just everyone I had contact with there made me feel so good about myself. I definitely made the right choice coming here instead of Soar! Thank you to all staff at Aldie! I appreciate you all!

Julie, a therapist, with Forge Health is absolutely hands down the best therapist I’ve ever had in my life. I have been in and out of cognitive behavioral therapy for 37 years now. Julie is extremely informative and very compassionate and supportive about helping others . She’s reliable, dependable and also very flexible with her schedule. She’s kind hearted and also very honest and extremely helpful in providing insight.. If I could give her a GOLD medal for being the best and most competent therapist on earth I definitely would do that!!!! I can’t say enough good things about this woman. She has gotten through to me and continues to get through to me in ways other therapist weren’t able to. She really takes the time to listen to you and to know who you are as an individual. The staff here clearly deal with many patients who undoubtedly have a wide range of issues. Give them grace and know they are trying to do their best, and want the best for you.

I'm happy to say after my last review.
I've noticed big mprovements.
I had issues in the past that penndel has improved on.
I'm very satisfied since I've been back with penndel after major mistakes were made causing me to have to struggle getting my doctor back.
It's much easier to confirm my appointments through email for multiple reasons.
It makes it much easier for people who have problems with remembering to call back to confirm their appointment.
And I don't have to worry about missed calls due to my cellphone reception.
I was given options on what was easiest on me.
The improvements penndel has made.
Shows me they care about their patients.

Had a great experience here at STR Bucks came out of treatment into their PHP program after having relapsed multiple times and this place was definitely a key factor in helping me stay sober and on the right track. My therapist Ashley was amazing, all the behavior techs were great they really care about their clients and their well being. My case manager Melvin made things extremely easy helping me take time off from work while I was in treatment. STR Bucks has been a blessing in my life and I recommend it to anyone struggling with substance abuse or mental health.

Through my recovery journey I have been to a number of treatment programs and facilities both php/iop-residential and have done well at most of them, but Footprints stands out as one of my favorites, by far, and the one I have made the most growth and progress at. I came in with a positive mindset, open to any and everything they had to offer and was able to really take advantage of it all. One thing I am most grateful for is the environment and community that grew my positive energy. Everyone from my APN, Dee, my therapist, Michael who I have learned so much from. Jose, my case manager who has always went above and beyond to facilitate any other needs I had. And for Melvin who always was a leader and ready with a smile and positivity. I always felt comfortable and connected. It was always easy for everyone and myself yo be able to engage in group settings and that is a credit to the vibe and energy of each one of the therapists who ran each session. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I started out here on methadone, then left and came back on suboxine and now go there for the brixadi shot. All of the staff are so nice, easy to talk to and supportive. My counselor Jackie is the by far the best councelor I’ve ever sat down with in all my years in and out of addiction. She truly cares, and will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. All the nurses are so great and easy to talk to. I highly recommend somerdale treatment center to anyone battling addiction and trying to work their way toward recovery.

Quick service for an ER. I was pleasantly surprised. My stay was about four hours from beginning to end and I was takien kvery good care of. They did track down what I had and how to treat it. I was given intravenous. I was given a room in the ER department and I left feeling very satisfied and much better than when I went in.

The absolute best inpatient recovery center! There aren’t enough words for me to explain the ways that Pinelands saved my life. The program itself showed me recovery is possible, how to achieve it, how to keep & how beautiful life can be. I signed up for outpatient treatment and the staff was very friendly very helpful and my therapistMr. Derek) a good dude, very understanding never looked down on me because of my alcohol and powdered cocaine addiction. Unfortunately, my addictions got the best of me and I relapsed and didn't return.I was so ashamed of myself I didn't want to show my face and went back to boozing and now thankfully I'm finally getting help that I need. I was admitted to Jefferson Hospital suffering from severe alcohol withdrawal syndrome, borderline experiencing auditory hallucinations. I was also suffering from gait abnormality and balance and coordination issues so they transferred me to Wyndmoor Hills for Physical therapy and once I'm discharged well before I'm discharged, I'll pick a rehab facility for inpatient treatment.Wish me luck.

433 days ago I walked into this treatment center scared nervous, but ultimately I had a goal. This place was welcoming. The staff was nice, respectful and intelligent, very compassionate, and patient also, The cooks the counselor’s The Doctors, the day-to-day staff even the janitors were all nice and helpful and respectful. Anyway, the place was always clean. I was always respected. I was able to get the help and treatment that I needed and after let’s say about 25 days day, I was discharged with a treatment plan also with numbers and addresses that I might need help with outside of the treatment center. My appointments was set for me before I left making it Easier for me when I got home I thank everyone there

Food was alright. Accommodated the fact I didn’t eat pork or seafood. Beds are very uncomfortable, but it’s rehab. Most staff were great! If severe get you to the hospital in a timely manner. Had vending machines for snacks and cigarettes.

I've been coming here since 2013 and it's great. Kim and John are the best. This place helps with drug addiction, homelessness, runs groups including AA and NA groups, has summer barbecues on the holidays, goes on trips, has Halloween and Thanksgiving parties for those who have no place to go during the holidays, goes on trips, runs self help groups, has a food pantry and a clothing drive, does arts and crafts, has a free printer and fax machine, has free Wawa food on Thurs and Fri. And much more. The staff is very friendly and the building is very clean. I luv this place. I definitely recommend it to ppl who are struggling.
