Reading the reviews, alot of people has spoken great about this program. I would like to know with those who are new admissions, in the enrolling process that don't have transportation and stay in BaltimoreCity and would like to only attend the Hagerstown location does TruHealingHagerstown supply those people with transportation or they have to find their own way of transportation there? Also, I would like to know about the employment availability in Hagerstown? Once there will I be able to find employment? Do TruHealingHagerstown has connections or information of employers willing to hire those who want to work or there is a amount of time that has to completed without error or replased in the TruHealingHagerstown before you are even able to work?

Ok so at first I gotta admit it was probably the hardest thing I ve done but by the grace of god and all the amazing people at tru healing who helped me through it everyday I did it. Not only did I complete the 30 day program I met some of the most amazing people I have ever met. Starting with the counselors and case managers, my counselor Ms Mo she is tough but the most helpful and supportive person and I needed your toughness and more importantly she knew I needed that as well and for that I thank her and Mrs bam omg she is the sweetest person ever and helped me everytime and always was there when I needed to talk which was a lot and for that thank you so much. Now another person who was so kind and amazing to me and to everyone was Nate he is an amazing person and such an inspiration thank you so much Nate. Also ms Joyce she was so sweet and always made me laugh all the time and Sarah she is the sweetest kindest person thank you ms Sarah for everything your an inspiration.

I'm going to give this place a 4 out of 5 This treatment center helped me tremendously!!!They are absolutely amazing here!New Seasons helped me change my life forever for the better on 3-19-24! And I will forever cherish that!!& also be forever thankful & grateful! I would not be where I am today without them! Since i was 16 years old. Almost 14 years i battled with addiction toopioids(pain killers) and as of 6-11-24,I am, 2 months & 22 days clean! Methadone ONLY! So Thank you New Seasons for everything you guys did for me!I appreciate you guys so much!. Thank you for helping me change my life! There are a few downfalls though..1. is the intake process..Which takes 3-5 hours!!! & it will seem like it's taking forever & a year lol but that is the worst part & once you get through that the hardest part is over!!!I was hoping & praying so hard that the methadone was going to help me & I am beyond thankful that it did & it still does! I dont think about a pill, i dont wish for a pill, i dont want a pill & i dont NEED a pill!!! 2. All the nurses go on break all at once except for 1 so there is only 1 window open for you to dose at so you have to be there before 10:30 or 11am if you want to get in and out quickly. I always made sure i got there at 8am because it wasn't busy at that time.3.They don't take my insurance which is,(Wv medicaid) and that's why I had to be transferred somewhere else. But,I live in Wv anyway so I don't have to travel as far now.4. If they did an update and remodeling to make it feel warm, cozy and welcoming It would make people feel a whole lot more comfortable when you walk in..But, on a great note,Which is the most important to me is,Most of the staff are nice..They do know how to communicate with one another which is a big plus for me!My counselor Merisa was awesome!I was truly blessed with her! I definitely recommend her as a counselor! The dosing nurses are great! I enjoyed making their day just as much as they made mine! Especially Ashley!!! She is the best & will always be my favorite! Most importantly I got a dose of medicine every morning that kept me clean which means I was able to live and see another beautiful day without fighting a battle that I fought with every single day i opened my eyes for almost 14 years! So yes, I would definitely recommendNew Seasons treatment center when YOU or anyone you know are ready to get clean, healthy, happy & change for the better! I also recommend methadone instead of suboxone! It helps me tremendously!

I've been going here since 2019. While they have their flaws, okay, a LOT of flaws, I've really never had any trouble until recently. They've changed their policy a lot. There are ONLY 4 counselors for all the clients who go there. They have new nurses quite often I feel. They will work with you however if you present yourself to their treatment team. No real problem with long lines anymore since COVID began in 2020, once in a while there's a huge wait, especially around holidays in the Summertime like Memorial day and the 4th of July. I do have a decent counselor now and the doctor, Dr. Stephanie, she's VERY kind and friendly and actually listens to you, as well as the main doctor, Dr. Petersen. And there are like 4 nice nurses that are kind and friendly and quick to have your medicine ready for you as soon as your at the dosing window. It's a very clean clinic compared to most I've been in. I do recommend it tho, because everyone has a different experience there.

They offer residential care providing long term support for addiction recovery, as well as flexible outpatient addict | Treatments Programs Payment Options | We recently delivered our son at Chambersburg Hospital last month and were so pleased with the experience. I did not want to deliver at this hospital based off reviews I saw and a negative experience in the ER, but due to circumstances out of my control, this is where we ended up.The Labor and Delivery Department was amazing and everyone we encountered was so helpful and caring. They made the stressful experience easier to go through. We went in on a Friday night and didn't leave until Sunday so we did interact with many of the wonderful staff on this floor, but wanted to shout out a few specifically.First impressions matter and the first nurse we dealt with was Katie and she was so kind and understanding of all my concerns. I feel like she helped set the tone for our hospital stay overall and treated every concern and question I had with compassion and respect.Dr. Lackie was the Anesthesiologists and while I did have some issues with the epidural, he was very attentive and gentle, especially once i voiced my fear of getting the shots. He checked on me numerous times after the injection and even came to congratulate us after our baby was born.Marielena was definitely our favorite nurse and we got to have her on both wings of labor and delivery. She was with us before our baby was born and helped me with breathing exercises, getting comfortable, she even held my hand while I was getting injections because she knew how anxious I was. She checked on us constantly and made sure everything in the room was good. After the baby was born, we had her again in the post partum section of L&D a day later and we were so happy to see a familiar face. She was so happy for us and careful while helping both myself and our new baby. She constantly was checking on us and bringing me ice water, and my fianc blankets and drinks. Any concern I had, she would address right away and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out for us.Dr. Oreste came in to check over our baby a few times to confirm everything looked good. Every question we had, he had an answer for right away, as well as a story or an example to help us understand what he was trying to get across to us. He was very gentle as well which was appreciated because some videos, doctors don't seem to be super careful while checking over newborns.Alexus came and showed us how to give the baby a bath and chatted with us a while. She was very patient with both the baby and us nervous parents taking in everything. When we left, she actually helped take us to the car and hugged us goodbye. It really felt like we were leaving family vs leaving a hospital.

I had plenty of reasons to go to the ER within the last year. I believe if I go in with a level head my experiences get better. It also could be i have spent so much time there i got employees schedule down and know who to ask for help in the different situations. we all go there for answers, first or last choice in my situations. But I look back at everything the ER deals with and at the end of it all they are human too. I have to say the rooms are cleaner. I use to get sick having to sit there next to blood from the previous patient there on the floor. I have watched them disinfect properly after the use of equipment. this was the first time I have seen that. they talked with us for a solution instead of down to us. I have experienced rare medical situations and the last thing you want to happen is you feeling guilty or stupid for going in the first place. we didn't get all the answers we wanted but we are moving closer to a solutions. I dont expect ER to handle ever problem. it took a process to get into the ER in the first place. I personally leave the miracle work to God.For the people I care about and love I always make sure I do my part. Good job chambersburg hospital ER. I don't believe you hear it enough.
