Reading the reviews, alot of people has spoken great about this program. I would like to know with those who are new admissions, in the enrolling process that don't have transportation and stay in BaltimoreCity and would like to only attend the Hagerstown location does TruHealingHagerstown supply those people with transportation or they have to find their own way of transportation there? Also, I would like to know about the employment availability in Hagerstown? Once there will I be able to find employment? Do TruHealingHagerstown has connections or information of employers willing to hire those who want to work or there is a amount of time that has to completed without error or replased in the TruHealingHagerstown before you are even able to work?

Ok so at first I gotta admit it was probably the hardest thing I’ve done but by the grace of god and all the amazing people at tru healing who helped me through it everyday I did it. Not only did I complete the 30 day program I met some of the most amazing people I have ever met. Starting with the counselors and case managers, my counselor Ms Mo she is tough but the most helpful and supportive person and I needed your toughness and more importantly she knew I needed that as well and for that I thank her and Mrs bam omg she is the sweetest person ever and helped me everytime and always was there when I needed to talk which was a lot and for that thank you so much. Now another person who was so kind and amazing to me and to everyone was Nate he is an amazing person and such an inspiration thank you so much Nate. Also ms Joyce she was so sweet and always made me laugh all the time and Sarah she is the sweetest kindest person thank you ms Sarah for everything your an inspiration.

Hagerstown, MD | New Season – Hagerstown Treatment Center in Hagerstown, Maryland, is a private drug rehab and addiction treatment facility offering levels of care including outpatient and medication assisted treatment. Support is available for young adults, men and women of all ethnicities and walks of life. New Season’s customized therapeutic outpatient progr | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I've been going here since 2019. While they have their flaws, okay, a LOT of flaws, I've really never had any trouble until recently. They've changed their policy a lot. There are ONLY 4 counselors for all the clients who go there. They have new nurses quite often I feel. They will work with you however if you present yourself to their treatment team. No real problem with long lines anymore since COVID began in 2020, once in a while there's a huge wait, especially around holidays in the Summertime like Memorial day and the 4th of July. I do have a decent counselor now and the doctor, Dr. Stephanie, she's VERY kind and friendly and actually listens to you, as well as the main doctor, Dr. Petersen. And there are like 4 nice nurses that are kind and friendly and quick to have your medicine ready for you as soon as your at the dosing window. It's a very clean clinic compared to most I've been in. I do recommend it tho, because everyone has a different experience there.

Now that I've been going to this particular location for going on 6 years... (Will be 6 years this November 2O25)... I've had time to process a whole lot. The counselors are very caring. They're really helpful and kind. They want to see you do well. The nurses are super friendly. So are the doctors. As far as wait times, well, TBH, that all depends on what time you get there during the morning. Like me for example. I go daily now and I try to go before 6am, if I get there before 6am, and I don't have a UA, I'm usually in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In my opinion, this is one of the better clinics in the Hagerstown area. They all want to see you do good and stay clean and sober for the rest of your life. Not saying you'll have to be here that long, but, just enough to get stable to where you feel safe and comfortable with yourself. I also wanted to say that I've had about 4 or 5 counselors since I've been going there and IDK why the counselors keep leaving or getting let go. The one I have now, she seems pretty nice. Also, FYI: As of June 1st 2024, their hours will be changing. The cutoff time for dosing will now be 12 Noon, instead of 1pm. I think it's because of the lack of counselors and nursing staff. It would normally be a 5/5, but things have REALLY changed. Physicals every 3 months, I don't understand why...and they have a HUGE turnover of nurses and counselors. I'm telling y'all what, if Mary goes, idk how much longer everyone will stay. Mary is the best!

Yes I’ll agree this treatment center has been a very very positive experience. Especially those who have moved on to another job. Am sure working here could be a challenging experience as well. Even though the few counselors I have had were worth coming to this center and am grateful for there stall. I hope going forward I’ll experience the same. Thank you.

I do not even know where to begin! The facility the employees the counselors are all amazing! Deanna & Susan helped me in so many ways, I’ll never be able to thank them enough!! Anytime anyone asks for help with anything as such, I will always refer to them. I did two rounds there, the first time was forced and I just was not ready, but this last time I really didn’t have a choice as I was diagnosed with cirrhosis - end stage 4 liver disease bc of alcoholism; it was literally life or death. I chose to go back bc I wanted to live, as I sit here typing this, today is my 2 year soberversary or 731 days!! I owe part of my recovery to them and will forever be grateful to have had such an outlet ina time where I didn’t know what was next! Everyone has their own opinion about different facilities and how they may or may not have helped them personally… but when making your decision in who to go to for treatment, remember all I said and I can guarantee you’ll be another success story from ADAC!!

I started my experience here with medical assistance. That means a limited selection of behavioral health providers, and some bad ones in the mix. After leaving several different providers due to their indifference to my symptoms and not listening to me, I was hesitant to begin going here. I figured it would be more of the same old thing.
However my psychiatrist (Dr. Kanyote) is kind and listens. He seems very sincere. He actually is the one that started me on the only medicine that helps my severe depression. He also provided paperwork to help me find the psychological evaluation that I needed, instead of making me do the work on my own. My insurance has changed for the better and I could easily change providers now, but I feel as though I am cared for as a patient here, so I will continue using this place.
It did take about 5 months for a new patient appointment, but it was worth it.

Pennsylvania is ranked 26th nationwide in terms of addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $56,708.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Pennsylvania vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of the treatment types listed above. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below.
There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Pennsylvania. Most treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Pennsylvania that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options.
