My daughter was in psychosis from being on so many psche meds actually causing severe symptoms. I am thankful for the drs and all who treated her and Andrea who promised me to get her off the dangerous meds.
I am so grateful that the staff at this hospital immensely helped her I feel like I got my daughter back she still needs some help and healing but I am hopeful she will eventually feel like herself again.I seen improvement immediately and continue to see the changes in her behavior she is so much calmer every day seems better .Thank you for the care she received and I know she will be better.

I've been to Roxbury in the past deviated with a couple of patients acting like fools like they were staff pretty much ok but attitudes as well I understand that they were trying to do their jobs in trying to keep everyone safe but they are also there to talk to people not to let other patients pass gass right behind you in the medication line or right in your face or put their fist in your face like one male patient did, that mail patient was lucky I was being discharged yesterday when he did that to me and I was in line getting my medication when this happened I am not the type to get ticked off about it but I was already ticked off to begin with

The majority of the nurses Kanika, Chrissie, GiGi are awesome. The ONLY nurse I didn’t care for is Erin. She gave me the wrong dosage on my liquid Prozac
twice. She’s not friendly at all. Why does Erin stay in the room clicking a pen and shining a flashlight until she wakes the person up and leaves? Why are the doors left open when we are trying to sleep? Why are the doors locked for four hours? The majority of the employees were fantastic.
I'm ecstatic to share my transformative journey. This exceptional facility has surpassed my expectations in every way. The staff is comprised of dedicated individuals who genuinely care about empowering you to reach your full potential. I'm thoroughly enjoying the serene atmosphere, which fosters a sense of tranquility. The unique name 'pyramid' is a testament to the facility's innovative approach. The support team is always available to offer guidance and encouragement, making them true champions of positive change. My group leader's thoughtful gesture of playing the graduation song was a lovely touch. I've had the pleasure of meeting some incredible people along the way. One key takeaway is the importance of maintaining a positive mindset, as it can greatly impact your progress and overall well-being. Whenever challenges arise, I've found that open communication with my therapist is invaluable. How can I forget Sheila!!!! She's caring, good listener, and very knowledgeable always ready to help. Nicky helped teach me so many things I really wish I had learned at a younger age, would've kept me out of trouble and away from self destructive coping mechanisms a long time ago and saved me a lot of legal fee money. I'd give 10 stars if I could and if you're reading this thinking about getting treatment apply yourself to this program and really put your all into it I guarantee it already helps

Ok so I can't speak on what other people had to deal with while being here but honestly I loved it. They tried so hard to help me. I went between the years of 2010 and 2013. I recall a lot of the staff and my favorites mostly nicknames were "B-new" and Mr. Kulp. I was one of the 100s of troubled children here and really loved the horse barn. I hope the staff I speak of are still here doing good work. I'm sorry so many of you had bad experiences. I had fond memories of the RTF.

I was here in the 90s. I was a resident when it was Lutherans for the most part I had a good experience but I was bipolar I got into fights alot. I was a very angry child. I had my moments I put the staff through a lot? I still remember the staff I had I was up there earlier today because my dad lives in the retirement community right before it so much has changed over the years. It looks completely different from when it did in the 90s the retirement community was not there then. The horse barn is still there. Most the cottages are gone I was in Riber and white cottage I went to school on campus only for a year and they let me go to zilenople high school cause I earned it I was not an easy child to deal with. I went there When I was 12 and was there till I aged out of the system
Really helped me and my boyfriend get through a tough patch in our relationship

I love PA. C. I never had a therapist like Judy. I struggle with many things and making appts is not always easy bc of my memory issues . I was often dismissed and then left with not therapist or psychiatrist in the past. Which doesn’t make sense when your being seen for mental health ! I came here and will never leave Judy. Through all the hard times the staff and front desk are very easy to talk to and are great as well. I see Judy weekly she also does intensive treatment for dissociative disorders & ptsd too. If it wasn’t for her knowing me working with me I don’t know where I would be, possibly not here today. I strongly advise seeing a different person if your first time doesn’t work out, they do have amazing therapist you just need to give it time and explore your option when your their. Don’t give up bc they won’t give up on you. I Highly recommend Pa.C. I wish I found Judy when I was younger, but I’m happy I have her now.
The staff here is great and kind and the services they offer are amazing especially when it came to getting my child counseling they went right to her school so I didn't have to do any running around they are very helpful and caring

I started my experience here with medical assistance. That means a limited selection of behavioral health providers, and some bad ones in the mix. After leaving several different providers due to their indifference to my symptoms and not listening to me, I was hesitant to begin going here. I figured it would be more of the same old thing.
However my psychiatrist (Dr. Kanyote) is kind and listens. He seems very sincere. He actually is the one that started me on the only medicine that helps my severe depression. He also provided paperwork to help me find the psychological evaluation that I needed, instead of making me do the work on my own. My insurance has changed for the better and I could easily change providers now, but I feel as though I am cared for as a patient here, so I will continue using this place.
It did take about 5 months for a new patient appointment, but it was worth it.

The young lady counceller has been very good for my family member... they have been good about scheduling as well. I have had a unanswered phone call or 2 from billing office (somewhere else) as well as some confusion on billing. So if office got billing stuff sorted- Id say theyre a pretty dang good outfit.

I've been here 2x now and yet I still feel like I'm at home because the staff here is super nice and scheduling appointments is super easy to.....my counselor is super nice, and helpful.....she listens to me and sees the hurt in me and understands me like no one else does that with me.....

Such friendly staff....I had Craig as my therapist he was amazing .
I had my baby at this hospital, and the experience was truly wonderful. The doctors, nurses, and staff were incredibly caring, supportive, and professional from start to finish. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and well-informed throughout the entire process. The maternity unit was clean, and the team went above and beyond to make sure both my baby and I were well taken care of.

Wife came here for gul bladder removal and had surgery by surgeon burns-johnson and she is a class act no wait in the waiting room they dealt with pain fast this place is great. Way way way way better then meritus in Hagerstown and way better then Fredrick memorial definitely recommend

I went here for my court required drug & alcohol evaluation and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I read previous reviews and I must say, they made me incredibly nervous for my appointment. However, when I got there I was greeted with kindness and respect. The paperwork is understandably thorough but going over all of it was relatively quick and painless. Autumn was great and got me in and out of there without a hitch. As long as you’re clean & don’t have extensive past trauma etc I don’t see how you could have a negative experience. Obviously if there are red flags that come up, you will end up needing treatment. Certainly didn’t seem like they were after money as others stated in their reviews. 100% would recommend for evaluations. I wasn’t required to do further treatment so I can’t speak on that part but I have no complaints.

I was here in Abraxas shelter for almost 9 months, I was very scared and nervous. I got told all bad things, but if I have to be completely honest, Abraxas has turned into my second family as much trouble as I got in. I love the staff made great bonds with everyone a huge shout out to shelter staff in particularly because they do really try their hardest to help the kids. As much as I’m happy that I’m not there anymore. I will always miss my second family. And you really do learn a lot of things being in Abraxas.

I was lucky at the time to have been sent to LDP. You can tell the staff care about you and want nothing but the best of you. I was only in one Physical Intervention. I learned that life is more than drugs, alcohol and violence I took part in being able to go on some LEAP trips we went canoeing, camping, shark tooth hunting, we even went to Washington DC. I wish our group had more time and more activities. Delta Unit Rocks!

I would like to know with those who are new admissions, in the enrolling process that don't have transportation and stay in BaltimoreCity and would like to only attend the Hagerstown location does TruHealingHagerstown supply those people with transportation or they have to find their own way of transportation there? Also, I would like to know about the employment availability in Hagerstown? Once there will I be able to find employment? Do TruHealingHagerstown has connections or information of employers willing to hire those who want to work or there is a amount of time that has to completed without error or replased in the TruHealingHagerstown before you are even able to work?

Ok so at first I gotta admit it was probably the hardest thing I’ve done but by the grace of god and all the amazing people at tru healing who helped me through it everyday I did it. Not only did I complete the 30 day program I met some of the most amazing people I have ever met. Starting with the counselors and case managers, my counselor Ms Mo she is tough but the most helpful and supportive person and I needed your toughness and more importantly she knew I needed that as well and for that I thank her and Mrs bam omg she is the sweetest person ever and helped me everytime and always was there when I needed to talk which was a lot and for that thank you so much. Now another person who was so kind and amazing to me and to everyone was Nate he is an amazing person and such an inspiration thank you so much Nate. Also ms Joyce she was so sweet and always made me laugh all the time and Sarah she is the sweetest kindest person thank you ms Sarah for everything your an inspiration.

I have been treated at the martinsburg Va for homelessness ptsd and substance abuse. I once was struggling with depression really bad. I drove 4hrs just to get the best care on the east coast
