And now that I have had this experience from New Life for girls I have completely turned my life around, I was a drug addict for 3 years almost lost my children to my parents and now I am a life coach I work full-time I am getting my own home and my own new car and I am thriving in the Lord and it is all 100% due to this experience at this facility. I suggest anyone who has any life-altering ailment call New Life today and go there because it will change your life. You have to be willing to do the work, but if you are willing to make a change and show up for yourself, Jesus will show up for you through these people and this facility. I came through here 2 times and am almost 3 yrs clean. I've had my ups and downs, multiple rehabs, multiple rehab relationships, etc. This was a male only rehab and that's what I needed. I could complain about some things but the goal was to stay clean and I didn't wanna die from an overdose. My counselor was Casey and she was what I needed in a counselor and she lived everything she says. Amazing counselor. Also night staff Brad and Gino. Brad always talked to me and believed in me and he's everything I wanna be In a man and in my recovery. He is the definition of what a man is. Gino is just a thorough dude. Also the nurse Pam and I had an amazing relationship, we spent hours talking and she helped me so much. I want to thank Conewago Place for bringing my soul back.

Very caring and understanding counselors as well as staff went there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new way of life

Could not speak more highly of everyone I met when I came in for my outpatient surgical procedure. From the lady at the front desk that helped me figure out where to go. To the receptionist Michelle who checked me in and was so kind. All the nurses who cared for me pre-op and post-op. Everyone was phenomenal!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH. I chose this facility for family member as it is the county screening facility. I am a mental health therapist and this place is not only unethical but also illegal in the treatment of patients. I cannot believe this place is running, and I feel so sad for the people who go without knowing any better. This place gives mental health a bad name, and why communities do not seek out care. If you or someone is struggling dial 988, do not give up hope, but choose somewhere else.

No sé que pasa con el personal de este lugar, son super despectiv@s.. parece que tuvieran ira con todo el mundo o amanecen siempre con el pies izquierdo!!! La verdad terrible. Uno saca el tiempo en el trabajo o de las actividades de el día que en este pais es bien complicado pedir un permiso para poder ir hasta allá y por error [de ellos mism@s] o porque les dá la simple gana no lo atienden a uno!!! Las de la administracion financiera peor; encima que mantienen charlando , se tiran la pelota a ver quien atiende a quien, no quieren trabajar y von esa mala actitud! Lastimosamente es asi! Q mal por el personal caritativo y empatico que si quieres hacer las cosas bien! Las morenas don super racistas tambien ;soy latina y lo menosprecian a uno con la mirada o asumiendo que uno no habla ingles [ o sea 🤨]... y yo escuchando sus conversaciones despectivas hacia mi y varias personas que estaban ahí presentes, como si no estuvieramos! Waooo increible smh!!!

I was fearful in venturing to this hospital, given the negative reviews. I feel the bulk of them stem from the falling rate of intellectualism in its geographic location. My experience was as pleasant as imaginable. I was triaged within minutes. I had tremendous lower back and abdominal pain. James Ryan, P.A., administered physical tests, listened to my concerns, ordered additional (and relevant) diagnostic tests, and accurately diagnosed my issue as musculoskeletal. He was very concise through the entirety of our interaction, asked many relevant questions and quelled all concerns. Thanks James and the Meritus team!

Long, long wait to be seen, treated and otherwise but high rating for the first doctor in my mother's almost 67 years of life to kneel to her (5ft) level. Kudos for them!

My family and I have received exceptional care at Berkeley Medical Center on several occasions. The doctors and nurses are very attentive and have great medical expertise. The opening of a new world-class emergency facility is a terrific addition to this hospital and will benefits thousands of patients for years to come.

The staff is amazing and through their work, they show just how much they care too! It's a very comforting environment and I would highly recommend to those who seek the types of services Pressley Ridge has to offer.

Therapists are very nice and flexible and so is the secretary.

Things could always be better, but a lot of people need help, and not very many people feel like helping.

I was a patient here in 2023. I had a good time there I met amazing staff and patients In there, also a very good therapist, the rules they made were very understandable but yeah one thing I didn’t like was having to be in the room and not being able to pace the hall. When we went outside it’s ridiculous, I can’t even see grass. And the patio is soooo small. But overall I fw it

Last night my daughter was discharged from this facility. From the moment we arrived until late yesterday afternoon this place and its staff not only met our needs but in many ways exceeded our expectations. We arrived on a Saturday night at approximately 9:30 and there was more staff available then I saw the entire time my daughter was in another inpatient hospital. They are a little more strict than I was expecting. There were items I packed for her similar to what the other hospital allowed that were sent back with me so please keep that in mind if you choose treatment here. Those items included thong flip-flops for the shower, Crocs were okay though with no charms, tank tops and shorts and of course a couple of the books were deemed inappropriate. They also didn't allow for us to bring products from home as the hospital supplies everything. This I did not mind. She was there for 12 days and during that time I was called daily and updated on every step of her treatment plan. My thoughts and opinions were listened to and considered and I never felt the churn and burn of let's get them in and out. Her therapist and nurse practitioner as well as the psychiatrist that worked with us were kind, understanding, and informative. Patients are allowed to call twice a day for about 5 minutes. The times are usually after lunch and after dinner however we could call and leave messages or ask for a check-in but we didn't find that necessary as we were in daily contact. They allow 20 minute visits every other day with an option to Zoom which was extremely helpful considering we live an hour and a half away and there were a couple of days we could not make it up. Our main goal was to sort out medications to get her stabilized. That was done and more. She had homework to do for herself, we learned about intellectualizing emotions which is something I never considered, and there was a clear safety plan and well thought out blueprint for actions that would be helpful when agitation and overwhelming feelings and thoughts occur. Of course I read the reviews before we went and I'm grateful to know that oftentimes it's the not so great reviews that get written as opposed to the positive ones so I really wanted to express my gratitude to Brook Lane and their staff. It was a positive experience all around.
