Ok so I can't speak on what other people had to deal with while being here but honestly I loved it. They tried so hard to help me. I went between the years of 2010 and 2013. I recall a lot of the staff and my favorites mostly nicknames were "B-new" and Mr. Kulp. I was one of the 100s of troubled children here and really loved the horse barn. I hope the staff I speak of are still here doing good work. I'm sorry so many of you had bad experiences. I had fond memories of the RTF.

I was here in the 90s. I was a resident when it was Lutherans for the most part I had a good experience but I was bipolar I got into fights alot. I was a very angry child. I had my moments I put the staff through a lot? I still remember the staff I had I was up there earlier today because my dad lives in the retirement community right before it so much has changed over the years. It looks completely different from when it did in the 90s the retirement community was not there then. The horse barn is still there. Most the cottages are gone I was in Riber and white cottage I went to school on campus only for a year and they let me go to zilenople high school cause I earned it I was not an easy child to deal with. I went there When I was 12 and was there till I aged out of the system

When I went to teen challenge, I fought it all the way at first. When I arrived I was greeted with the nicest , caring, staff that made me feel welcome, warm and comfortable. During my stay at TC I learned alot about myself and how to deal with life head on. I was able to learn about God and work on my relationship with God. Everyone at TC between the staff and the clients have touched my life in away I just can't explain I would reccomend teen challenge to anyone who is struggling and is ready to surrender. Been going here 15+ years. Well actually in cranberry 1st, then here at NC. In all that time, I've come to realize this: they don't need us. We need them. They have ALL the leverage, we have none. That being said, I would suggest getting down on your knees and thanking God that you have the option here in NC of Discovery House. Would u rather go back to criming, sick every other day.. Ugh. Not me. If u follow the rules, such as showing up during dosing hours,etc u will have no issues.

I spent six weeks at the Greenbriar Wexford outpatient facility at a very difficult time in my life. My counselors (Ken and Sasha) were simply the best. I learned a lot of tools necessary for my recovery and I feel they definitely put me on the right path. I would recommend this facility for anyone who is experiencing a drug or alcohol addiction problem. I am certainly satisfied!

This is an excellent facility! The knowledge and compassion of not only the therapists, but also the rest of the Greenbriar staff, is extensive. The treatment program is very effective. I HIGHLY recommend Greenbriar outpatient treatment for anybody who is struggling with any type of addiction!

Received consistent and reliable quality of care here at this location. It’s very seamless to schedule an appointment here and there is a little to very small wait time to see a provider. There is an array of services that this place offers (Dermatology, Women’s Health, Primary Care, Lab/Bloodwork, Social Services/Counseling, Pharmacy, Diabetic care, Nutrition, Telemedicine) and staff are super helpful and accommodating! This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

I recently completed my treatment today after 13 weeks. I am happy to share that I am a new person and living a new sober life thanks to Ron my therapist- along with the rest of the staff. Everyone was awesome and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I have learned some much from my peers in my group therepy sessions and plan on continuing after care coming in on Tuesday for alumni day!! My husband is there and I never leave reviews but this place or let me say the people that work at that place are so awesome I can’t express just how great they really are. I’m four hours from there and had to bring some personal items for my husband but I have to work during the day ,they’re cut off time for drop off is 4 or 6PM, I didn’t get there till after 9 o’clock and they were so understanding and nice about it. And my husband isn’t the friendliest and doesn’t really care for people but he’s in such a good space it sounds and he’s actually getting something from being there.He says the people are great there. I’ve had to call there for a few times. I missed 3 phone calls so I had to make sure he was OK The person on the other end of the phone actually called him up to there and let me speak to him to let me know he was OK and to let him know I was OK that I didn’t answer and little things like that really mean A lot. If you’re seeking treatment, you’re a male I would check this place out 110%.

someone needed something between the staff and clients we got shit done. I had never laughed so hard for so long! It’s a truly amazing place as long as you do what you’re supposed to..it is what you make of it. It can only change you if you want it to change you but obviously they can’t force you. In order for any rehab to work you have to want it. Although most clients were court ordered there a lot of us took it seriously and I hope you do too.

I then did the chat and left my number, within 10 minutes Kristina called me back which impressed me with such a quick response. She was very caring with lots of compassion. This place is very amazing. Most people when they come here they have bad attitude. Like me. I was mad that my mom locked me up. But the bradley center help me come out of my shell. They cant force you to change you really want to change. But they will help you as long as you help yourself. Now some staff are rude but most of them really want to help.I also shown sum photos of how healthy I look😏

The people here have saved my life. They actually care and want you to get better. I have to talk about Erin the nurse though. She has been such a great influence on my life. She has always been there to help and encourage me to succeed but never ever have I felt judged by her for my previous mistakes. I’ve seen some people get mad and say horrible things about her because they lost their privileges, only to later come and tell her thank you for holding them accountable and helping them to really get back on track. When you’re an addict you place blame on others so much because it’s the only way you can live with yourself, but then you come to realize that it’s us who did wrong, they realized Erin didn’t take their privileges they took them from themselves, and the same people have come around and told me she saved their lives as well. She is an incredible nurse. She cares so much and sets an excellent example. I hope that Foundations realize just how blessed they are to have someone like her. She’s a treasure and a beautiful soul. One reason I’ve been clean for so long is I couldn’t stand to let her down. When I say she’s saved my life I mean it. Cherish her. Always!

I cannot say enough good about foundations and their staff. The nurses Erin and Edie are God sends. These people have helped save my life and I have many years clean and sober because of their help. People have preconceived notions and judgments about medication assisted recovery but you don’t know how it really is. These people care. They don’t want you stuck there. They saved my life over and over and I will forever be grateful. I’m going on 19 years clean because of their help and services. If you or a loved one needs help, there’s no better help out there than foundations. ADDED…. I was reading the other reviews and I’d love to address the one who says the nurses are horrible human beings. ABSOLUTELY NOT. When you don’t follow the rules that are out there for your safety you lose privileges. The nurses are not being mean by having to tell you that you failed a drug test or you didn’t show up to group so you can’t have the same privileges as those who do what’s right.. YOU DID THAT TO YOURSELF. And then he stated someone should burn it down!? If anyone did something so heinous because they can’t comply.. you’d be totally destroying so many peoples future. Not only would you take innocent peoples jobs but you’d crush single moms in recovery and other people trying to make it! How incredibly horrible! If anyone out there wants to get their lives back these people will bend over backwards to help you. Please don’t be turned off by a rant from someone who destroyed his own experience by not doing what’s right. Part of recovery is taking responsibility for your mistakes. No one can ruin your recovery but you. Foundations is amazing and they care. Especially the AMAZING NURSES! I want to add about my counselor Sydney. I have never in my life felt more advocated for. She is absolutely amazing. The people here truly care and want to see people get better. The only people who have problems are the ones who are completely out of line and disrespectful. They’re mad because they don’t get privileges but they forget they are the ones who ruin it for themselves. The nurses didn’t make you give a positive urinalysis. You did that. I have maintained my privileges for over a decade by simply allowing myself to live a normal life. And I wouldn’t have this chance if it wasn’t for the help of these great people. Thank you foundation’s staff for helping to save my life. My son who I got clean for in the first place is now on his way to becoming a state trooper. If you listen to them and do what you’re supposed to do. You will have your life back!

Great people here. If you're looking to foster, I highly recommend using Pressley Ridge. They were the absolute best part of the whole foster and adoption process. Allegheny County CYF, they were the absolute worst and most inconsistent part of the whole process.

I have been going to Laurel Care for almost three years now and I love it! My therapist is wonderful and makes me feel safe to share whatever I want. I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect as soon as I enter the building. The staff is excellent and I would recommend any of the therapists to those in need. The groups provided are also a great addition to just individual therapy. 10/10 would recommend!
