Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle.
I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. Thankfully, there is an incredible staff in place who walked with me through the introspection I had to do and showed me that recovery was possible. I marked 5 months sober yesterday and I truly believe that God removed my alcoholic obsession while I was on the mountain.
Everyone's experience is different and I can only speak of my own, but I personally could not see myself succeeding as I did in any other facility. I'll be thankful to Green Mountain for the rest of my life.

Just came home after four weeks at Serenity Treatment Center and it was a wonderful experience. I came home more with a better understanding of my condition and given great coping skills to deal with my anxiety and depression. I want to thank with all my heart two people in particular My clinitions Jack who gave me great one one one therapy with a kind and gentle heart and Rob...both true gemsne. Rob ran many of the group sessions always giving a lot of information and encouraged us to recognize our needs and work on coping skills that for me we're so important. Rob had a way of running groups and not making the groups boring with different approaches such as occasional an chuckle combined with many serious conversations. Anyone lucky enough to enter into the Serenity program is truly lucky. I would be wrong not to acknowledge the techs, nursing, cooking and cleaning staff all wonderful people.

I had an extremely great experience. My mental health, and my substance abuse were addressed and worked on every single day. I cannot say enough good about Aware Recovery Care going back to February 2023. My first involvement was with their In-Home Detox team consisting of RN Jenn Aguire and nurses Tabitha and Krystal who came to my home for at least seven straight days to get me detoxed. This was critical to me as at the time I was unwilling to enter in residence detox having had a negative experience in the past. I credit them with saving my life. Their kind and compassionate care showed me that there was indeed some hope for me going forward. Following detox Aware counselors Sam Hayes and Amber Gelinas continued home visits working very closely with me in keeping me on the road to sobriety. I also received monthly assessments by an RN and a session with a Psychiatrist. After six months my insurance lapsed but thankfully I was eligible to enter their Alumni Program consisting of multiple Zoom meetings during the week with Aware professionals. In addition they also host various events in different locations with other Alumni of the program. You always feel that Aware is right there with you every step of the way. I could carry on much longer but let me finish by saying that I consider the Aware professionals I have dealt with to be more than just counselors but as friends as well. I am welcome back in the lives of my children and most importantly my Grandchildren. On November 24 I will be collecting my Nine Month sobriety chip at my AA Home Group. I credit a great deal of my success on Aware Recovery.

I was destined to enter the doors at The Granite House and when I arrived my spirit was at its lowest due to my habitual drug and Alcohol relapses. I can wholeheartedly say with conviction that the spirit Of God works through the Amazing human beings who work in this organization. In the beginning I called them staff but before I knew it they were my family. When brother Justin shared his testimony on more than one occasion I felt and heard the Holy spirit speak through him, he has truly inspired me and many others to " Never give up because there is a way". I have read some of the negative reviews on here and the only thing I can say is when your going through detox every bad thing that happens is greatly magnified and things are not always as bad as you think. It’s a detox not day camp. If you are truly being sick and tired of being sick and tired and you want help getting clean and sober I would suggest going to Farnum. This place definitely saved my life. If you are looking for a place that will help in your recovery then please reach out to them. I didn’t get it right the first time so I’ve been there twice over the course of 5 years but both times I’ve been there all of the staff were all very helpful and caring. I think the staff does a great job at New Season Concord, N. H. I constantly hear people talking bad about the clinic, and just putting it down. My thoughts would be that more then likely they probably would never open such a place of there wasn't proof of it working. Or should I say, if the success rate wasn't there. I had been sober for 9 years, taking Suboxone but it was all a lie. I relapsed and everything came crashing down. I went to jail, almost caught a serious charge, was getting evicted from my apartment, my car ready to be repossessed and my life just seemed to spiral out of control. I was on the verge of suicide. I decided to go back to the methadone clinic and start IOP. My journey of healing began. It's just a slip, I will get back up even stronger than before. I know now who is important in my life and who isn't. If I want to change I need to start healing and loving myself first. Something I've never done, everyone else was first. Now it's time for me to be number one. My life matters I don't want to die.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful!!! I've been in treatment for a little over a year sober for 3 months now started attending IOP which is offered at the clinic and that led me on the path to being completely drug free thanks to all the support that's offered I can finally say LIFE is AMAZING!!! I see so much hate being projected on the reviews here. This place honestly saved my life, This place and people are the Reason why I am off of dope. There are a few things that could change though,One of the crappiest Things Are, When you Finally Make it to the clinic,Sometimes on Saturday there is a Enormous line out the door all the way around the building. Other than that it's an amazing safe place.
Well I forgot one thing. This is my 3rd counselor which I hope they don't keep leaving.

I normally do not write reviews for places and I know everyone has different opinions but for me personally this hospital and its staff have been nothing but so kind and caring to me while I was sent there to they’re psych unit for my depression. The nurses there were so kind and compassionate to me and so supportive. If anyone has a family member struggling I recommend they seek help here because they truly do care about their patients mental wellbeing. Thankyou so much to the nurses in the psych unit who looked after me I really do appreciate the support they gave me while at their stay. God bless them all ☺️

Ok. So far starting with this place it’s been a little bit of a nightmare due to all the appointment dates and that their answering service is messed up. Never correct.
I’ve met with my Case Worker Sabrina. Really connected with her and know she is good peoples and knows what she’s doing.
Very happy about that. Then today I met with my med doctor David. Very intelligent man. Was funny and told him about all the bad advertisement they have. I told him if he makes me see someone else we r done. He’s like that won’t happen unless you change it. So I had a good experience when I went today. Sorry for everyone else so far. I saw all the reviews. Looks like the system isn’t established correctly yet.

Just had to say the program director actually spoke to me for almost an hour. I was a complete mess from crying over worry for my daughter who is not even at Pegasus House. Currently she is incarcerated and we are looking for a program. I googled residential and due to the holiday, I really didn t think I would reach anyone. Staff who answered transferred me to the Director who was actually there. Before I could say hello back, she told me to take a breath. She didn t know who I was. My daughter will be calling in the morning to complete a phone interview. Never will I forget the patience and kindness that was shown to a frantic mom

Several years ago. I made an appointment with seacoast mental health. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Betty. I was in a very bad way in a very bad spot in my life. I have had many problems with doctors that just didn't care and was ready to give up I pushed his poor ladies buttons as hard as I could. And I was good at it. And from that point on I will say this lady has saved my life. It has been several years and I owe my life to this one lady at seacoast mental health. I will say in a few short years my whole life has changed. As he perfected the proper medication for me I have become such a better person in life more people like me I deal with everyday problems so much better. And my life has changed 100%. She also got me a case manager. His name is Patrick. And I will say Patrick has the neck to help me deal with the other problems that appear in my everyday home life. He teaches me how to deal with problems with DHS social security problems that arise at work. And keep a proper running household. I will say without these two people I would not be able to make it in normal everyday life I thank them every day I talked to them and I appreciate everything they do for me. I’m under the care of Ellen McFarland, and after seeing an array of people since 2003, I can say that she is the best therapist I’ve ever seen. She is so realistic, talks to me instead of down, and uses my language, instead of quotes from a book. I can change the office environment at anytime. I’ve sat on the floor for an entire session and she’ll sit low as to not break eye contact. She’s absolutely wonderful, with a great sense of humor
